"I love the hotel but did not like the fact that the electricity went out 3 or 4 times is about a 30 minute amount of time. And to be woke up about 6 am by fire department pounding on the door across the way. I feel like it was not the best first impression for me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The room was nice clean and comfortable."

"This was my first trip to the United States, and I had the fortunate opportunity to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale. The hotel's layout is exceptionally well-designed, featuring ample parking, comprehensive facilities, a tranquil environment, and comfortable rooms. Everything was in perfect harmony, making my two-day stay feel like being at home. I am deeply grateful to the hardworking staff who kept the rooms immaculate, for the generous breakfast offerings, and for the kindness of everyone I encountered. I wish them all the best for the future and hope to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale again on my next visit."
