"Advantages: ①The room is a very large suite, and many appliances are not used for one night (large refrigerator, large dishwasher, large microwave) ②The coffee in the room is better than the coffee in the lobby ③There is a No. 60 bus at the door, which is very convenient for going back and forth between Providence and Newport Pier. It only costs $2 per person and there is a seat Disadvantages: The breakfast is too bad. I stayed in the same brand hotel in Providence for three days and was quite satisfied with the changes in the breakfast there, but this one is not good!"

"The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that."

This property is perfect for entertaining with all new furnishings. The main floor includes a large living room with multiple couches, comfy seating and a large TV with cable, premium channels and multiple console hookups... bring your favorite gaming devices. Also on the main floor is a dining area with a circular dining table that opens up to expand for a large family gathering. From the dining area enter the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and an eat in nook perfect for your morning coffee. Looking to spend a quiet night in? This kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal just bring the ingredients. Each of the three bedrooms has plugs and USB ports perfectly placed for your bed side table, new wall mounted TVs with cable and premium movie channels and a seating area so you can escape to your own room if needed. No detail has been overlooked. Along with the main floor living room there is a second large living room with a slider door out to a wood deck with patio furniture and a spacious private fenced in back yard. There is even a separate game/living room with a vintage Foosball table along with other games. Both living areas and the game room have TV's with cable, premium channels and couches with queen sized pull out beds. That makes this property able to sleep up to 12 people comfortably if needed. And don't over pack there is a full size washer and dryer available for guest use. Restmere Cottage is close to all the local Newport attractions but with a house like this you might never leave. Convenient to everything that Newport has to offer, as well as Middletown’s stunning beaches, this location can’t be beat. Features include all brand new top-of-the-line furniture and mattresses, eat in kitchen with granite, plenty of outdoor space, off street parking for 2 cars, and central A/C. The deck creates the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee, or a cold beverage in the evening after a stroll on Cliff Walk. Beautifully landscaped and central to beaches and shopping. High quality furnishings with a deck and a lovely private backyard.
The space: This condo is designed to make you feel at home. Upon entering the South unit, you will be welcomed by a spacious, comfortable living room and tasteful beachy decor. A sofa bed along the East wall allows for a very comfortable movie spot, and then provides 2 separate twin sized beds. The 55” television above the decorative fireplace has full live TV via the YouTube TV app, and allows you to sign into any of your preferred streaming services. The upgraded eat-in kitchen provides seating for 4 and is fully equipped with a Keurig, coffee pods, and all basic cooking needs. Down the hall you’ll find a “Jack and Jill” bathroom that connects to the master bedroom. The bedrooms are alike in size and boast queen beds with Serta mattresses. The back door to the cottage is off of the kitchen and leads to the deck that is complete with brand new, comfortable furniture and is shared with the North cottage next door. Although both of the property's "cottages" are adjoining, they are separated by a foyer, basement stairwell, and a rear hallway to allow for your privacy and quiet enjoyment. *all furnishings are brand new as of July 2021*
