An excellent stay! The quality of a five-star hotel is always top-notch, but it was truly elevated by the thoughtful service. I especially want to commend our butler, ”Master Brother” (Dashi Xiong). He was incredibly welcoming, provided impeccable service, and even arranged a complimentary breakfast for us. It was fantastic! Five stars all around.

On business trips to Chengdu, InterContinental Century City is always my top choice! Anna, the hotel's butler, provides truly impeccable service. She always politely addresses me by my surname and contacts me in advance before each stay to meticulously arrange the room, which is always stocked with fresh seasonal fruits. These thoughtful details are everywhere. When checking out, she efficiently assists with issuing invoices. The entire process is professional and attentive. My numerous stays have consistently been excellent; the service is consistently good and the attention to detail is spot-on. 👍

Very Good
The overall check-in experience was good. My butler, Giri Zheng, provided excellent service, being gentle and patient. He recommended many Chengdu delicacies to me and always addressed me as Mr. Kai. The room was clean and spacious, and I was very satisfied.

Outstanding
It's a lovely hotel and the building is definitely worth a visit. There were some beautiful restaurants and cafes but we didn't have a chance to visit this time. Rooms: lovely ans spacious, except the toilet roll holders in the bathrooms are poorly designed with rolls continuously falling out on _every_ use. This has been referred to the hotel and they said they would be addressing it a.s.a.p. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms roomy and well appointed. The staff we've come across were just delightful. Buffet breakfast: lots of choices here both eastern and western style with allergens clearly labelled. Seating is lovely and tea and coffee is included, number not limited. The global centre access is direct and very easy but while the hotel has western bathroom facilities, the centre clearly did not. All the ones we've been to had either only one western style stall available, it is there but locked (without anyone in it).
