InterContinental Properties in Chengdu

The room was super spacious and incredibly comfortable. I really want to highlight the service. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews at first, but my son was set on Universal, and I figured I'd just give it a try. To my surprise, it was a completely different experience! Every staff member was so enthusiastic, always greeting us with a smile and effectively resolving any issues. All in all, after our three-day, two-night stay, my son and I really didn't want to leave. My son even explicitly said he wanted to stay for a hundred days! Universal truly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was so rich and varied that it actually made us want to get up early every day to eat. And the water park, don't even get me started – it's a paradise for families! I highly recommend everyone go and experience it for themselves.

My stay at the InterContinental Century City Chengdu was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting or traveling in the South City area. First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly opposite SKP, so getting around is a breeze. Public transport accessibility is top-notch. The room's cleanliness was also excellent; the king-sized bed was soft, flat, and spotless, and the dry/wet separation in the bathroom was immaculate. What truly stood out was the consistently warm and attentive service from all staff members. Housekeeping staff would greet me proactively in the hallway, the butler was helpful in resolving issues, and the concierge enthusiastically assisted with luggage. They were also patient and thorough in answering any questions I had about directions. I felt well-cared for throughout my entire stay. It's perfectly suited for both business travelers like myself and families on vacation. The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, which I definitely want to try next time. In summary, the hygiene, service, and location were all impeccable. I will certainly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.
