The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, actively addressing my concerns and repeatedly checking in for feedback. However, the hotel's hardware, specifically the soundproofing between rooms, was a bit lacking. I tried to take a nap in the afternoon, but the kids next door were constantly making noise, and the TV was very loud. If you have high standards for your accommodation or are a light sleeper, I'd suggest checking if you can tolerate the noise levels first. After I explained the situation to the front desk, they promptly moved me to another room, and I had two peaceful nights of sleep afterward, which was great. There are several hotels on the same floor, and while this one is on the top floor (11th), it offers good value for money and excellent service. The elevators to the floor are a bit small, with only three of them serving multiple hotels on the same level. Also, the windows are in the hallway, so remember to close them when you sleep.

I forgot to take pictures, so there are no real-life photos to show, but this hotel definitely deserves a great review! Its location is fantastic, very close to Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. Plus, it's newly opened, so we got a great discount, including complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. The hallways have a pleasant fragrance, and they have delivery robots, smart toilets, and everything is super clean. The breakfast selection is also very rich. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. Some rooms even come with smart speakers and a mini-fridge. After dinner, you can relax on the terrace next to the restaurant – the view is amazing! This was our first family trip to Chengdu during Chinese New Year, and choosing this hotel was a perfect decision, 10 out of 10! The room experience was perfect! The hygiene was meticulous; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, and the bedding was fresh, changed for every new guest. The facilities were in good working order and easy to use, with hot water available on demand. The soundproofing was also quite good. The staff were warm and polite without being intrusive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've saved this place and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
