Good hotel. We only stayed for one night without breakfast but we saved our luggage there for a few days. The service is quite good

Excellent hotel with a great service quality worthy of the ritz name. The staff are very good and helps you with all your requests. The rooms and spacious and well kept.

When I checked in initially everything was lovely. They charged me $80 for an extra person in the room. The view was lovely and I was upgraded as a Marriot gold Member. The next day was not so lovely. I told them I would like to extend and was told I had to do that through Booking. What? Ok. So I rebooked with Booking and I guess they didn’t get the information. I showed them the reservation and that I paid. They called me incessantly and were rude as hell even though they had my Amex on file. It was ridiculous so I checked out and went to Le Meridian. So much better. Stay there. It is even connected to the airport. They have several restaurants and the staff is amazing. The view was lovely at the Ritz though.

In a city like Cairo that grew out of ruins, the chestnuts by the Nile still have many surprises. It is very convenient to get to Ebo. The hardware is indeed a little behind the relatively new chestnuts in China and other developed countries, but the service is still internationally standardized. The quality of breakfast is also good, but the bathtub and shower do not have a movable shower head 🚿 which is a bit embarrassing. Surprises: 1. The Egyptian president was in the city on the day of check-in, and the entire road was under martial law; 2. The sunrise I encountered when I got up at 6:30 to adjust the time difference 🌅

I have nothing to say about the location and all the services are great. I will definitely stay here when I come to Cairo and I also want the view of the Nile River.

I was very satisfied with the choice of the Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo, Egypt's first stop, and was lucky to get the executive lounge privileges at a preferential price. The room has a view of the Nile River, whether it is the morning sun shining on the other side of the river, the sunset, or the night, it is extremely beautiful. The large floor-to-ceiling windows would be better if there were no railings. The room facilities are old but sufficient. There are double basins, a bathtub, Diptyque toiletries, and other products are not branded. The bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioner is very powerful. The sound insulation is not very good, and the sound of cars in the corridor and on the road outside can be heard. Check in early, check in in the lounge, and taste breakfast. The lounge is high and faces the river. The lounge dinner has good hard dishes, not many people, and a good environment. Knowing that we are on a honeymoon trip, they also prepared special decorations. Special thanks to the lounge managers Ramy and Mahese. There are many concierges at the door, and Tamer and Loay helped us notice the location of the taxi. The breakfast in the breakfast room feels average. The back door leads to Tahrir Square, turn left and walk 100 meters to the Egyptian Museum.

Very close to the Cairo Museum, you can see the sunrise. Although it is a bit old, it is clean and tidy
