Orange Mercure (Chaozhou Ancient City West Lake Branch)

My two-night stay at Orange Hotel Select (Chaozhou Ancient City Paifang Street Branch) was incredibly satisfying. The staff were all very kind and provided excellent service, especially the front desk. A courier couldn't deliver my package due to a system error, and the front desk staff proactively helped communicate and correct the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel even has robots that deliver packages to your room – so cute! The location is convenient and the service is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chaozhou. Five-star recommendation!

This hotel is fantastic – very new and beautifully decorated. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious. All my friends absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were always warm and friendly whenever we needed assistance. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially when we were trying to call a DiDi (ride-sharing service) but had issues with our phones. She even used her own phone to book three DiDis for us and told us not to worry about payment, we could just pay her back when we returned to the hotel. Big thanks to the hotel for their warm hospitality. We really appreciate the wonderful stay, and if we ever come back to Chaoshan, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

My parents stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The room had non-slip mats and handrails, which were perfect for them. The elevators were fast, so there was never a long wait, and the food in the restaurant was tender and delicious. The staff even proactively helped my parents with extra rice. Full marks for attention to detail!

I was really impressed by the hotel's attention to detail! There are USB charging ports on the nightstands, so no more hunting for outlets. The hairdryer in the bathroom is super powerful and dries hair in no time. The cleaning staff tidies up the trash daily and even straightens any crooked decorations. It's such a comfortable stay!

I have to rave about the soundproofing at this hotel! I couldn't hear the kids crying next door at all, which is a dream come true for light sleepers like me. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast was incredibly fragrant, and they also had local pastries. I felt energized and ready to explore after eating. The cleanliness was impeccable too; even the mouthwash cups were individually wrapped.
