The room was very clean and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The executive lounge had a nice ambiance and good food. Ms. Du at the front desk was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; her service left a deep impression.

Facilities: The kids' playground was a bit disappointing. One slide was under maintenance, and there was no trampoline, just building blocks and such – not much to play with. It was worse than what I expected from a family-friendly hotel's children's facilities.
The pool was great and clean.
The hot spring pools were also a lot of fun.
However, the outdoor area only opens at 10:30 AM and the slides close around 5 PM. In Beijing's summer, it's impossible to play when it's at its hottest; you'd get roasted. And it closes before it even gets dark. It's a bit of a shame that we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor slide pool.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Service: Very good and enthusiastic. Kevin, our butler, helped us solve all sorts of problems throughout our stay. Many thanks to him.
Environment: Right next to Wanda Plaza, so no worries about food and drinks. It was very convenient.
The hotel lobby bar was also good, with decent standards.

The hotel is very pro, the service is very good, especially the room TV has a problem, someone will repair it immediately, if it can not be repaired immediately, we will change the room. And the customer service staff of the extra bed is also very polite. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, Chinese food, as a pure Guangdong stomach, Cantonese cuisine is quite good. The fly in the ointment is that there is a customer service who opened the door directly when he came in, and didn't knock on the door, so he was scared to death. Even if you don't know if there are any guests in there, you should knock on the door first. Pay attention next time
