Had a fantastic stay, my first time in Harbin! I could see the beautiful Songhua River right from my window. The restaurant was also great, and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. Teasel from guest relations provided wonderful service. Truly a superb experience!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service stood out as truly exceptional—every member of the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They generously provided plenty of disposable body towels, facial towels, and even warming patches, which we found incredibly thoughtful. Our whole family was delighted by the breakfast each morning; every dish was flavorful and prepared with care. A special mention goes to the supervisor, Yanhua Huang, whose professionalism and personal touch made a real difference. She paid close attention to each guest, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented yogurt—a gesture we truly valued. Our room was cozy and inviting, allowing us to rest very soundly each night. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a short walk from Central Boulevard and the beautiful Saint Sophia Cathedral in Harbin. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and left with fond memories of our time there.

Stay one more day. I made a special trip from Beijing to Jiamusi to see the city where my parents lived and worked all their lives. The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel facilities are very good. However, the vehicles on the road keep honking, which affects the staying experience. Such a nice hotel, such a comfortable room, was disturbed by the sound of the horn. I originally planned to stay for three days and made a reservation, but I had no choice but to check out today. I really didn’t want to hear the sound of the horn anymore and leave the city. Thanks to Ms. Zhou Xiaoying at the front desk for her warm and attentive reception and arrangements. The standard service of the hotel staff left a deep impression on us. Thank you.

Needless to say, it feels high-end. . . Suitable for business trips, the environment is very good, really nice. The surrounding environment has complete facilities and good supporting facilities, and it is close to Liming Lake. The night view is also beautiful at night. Worth experiencing for everyone. In order to be close to the airport and catch a flight the next day, I tried staying at Haitian for the first time. The handsome guy at the front desk who checked in gave me a free room upgrade, and his service attitude was very good! 👍🏻A fruit plate was prepared in the room, and the small tomatoes were very sweet! The room as a whole is clean and tidy! What was particularly amazing was that the hotel service provided free airport drop-off. The driver, Master Dan, preheated the car ten minutes in advance, so when the guests got in, the car didn't feel cold at all! Jiamusi in the morning (minus 20 degrees) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is the best hotel in Mohe County, and the price during the off-season is quite reasonable. The lobby is very grand, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic. The restaurants they recommended were all excellent, and Mohe's cuisine was a pleasant surprise.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The location is quite convenient, and all the staff are well-trained. From the bellhop who helped with luggage at the door, to the front desk, housekeepers, and restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly and kind. The room itself felt like a palace with an exotic flair. I loved the sensor lights from the bedside to the vanity; it meant I didn't have to turn on the main lights when going to the restroom at night. Even during peak season, it was well worth the price. Harbin is so cold that outdoor activities are limited each day, so choosing a comfortable hotel is key. I hope they continue to improve and wish them great success in their business. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.
