## Amenities:
The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel.
## Cleanliness:
The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering.
## Ambiance:
I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet.
## Service:
Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*.
▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online.
▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*.
▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!)
● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Didn't expect that, but super thankful for that.
Wish you all the best!
Thank you very much 😊

Facilities: Well-equipped and complete.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Comfortable and cozy. The front desk staff upgraded us to a family room, which was perfect for traveling with kids or a family of three.
Service: Attentive and detailed. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out.
Self-service afternoon tea: A good variety of teas, but the snacks could be improved.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The price was excellent, and the location is superb, very close to Central Street. But what really stood out was the incredibly warm, attentive, and detailed service. They seriously went above and beyond for every request, making me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Harbin!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The shuttle driver was friendly and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The hotel offers breakfast and has a coffee/tea station. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again.

The location is directly across from the south entrance of Central Street, with north-facing windows offering a view straight down the street. It's about equidistant from Central Street Station and Shangzhi Street Station on Metro Line 2, roughly 45-55 meters from each – a bit of a 'can't have your cake and eat it too' situation.
The lobby service was incredibly warm, efficient, and never dragged. Someone even managed to seamlessly hand me a cup of tea that was the perfect temperature and strength. Absolutely fantastic.
The family room had a large and a small bed, both spacious enough. There was ample room for luggage and even a convenient spot next to the toilet for your phone. The complimentary tea bags in the room were Lapsang Souchong and White Peony. Room cleaning was incredibly efficient – it was tidied up by the time we returned from breakfast.
The hotel's convenience store had decent prices, and a good selection of bottled Kvas from Qiulin. If you turn right outside, there's a great grilled squid vendor. Across the street, there's a large Harbin Meat Processing Factory store.
Overall, very satisfied!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 days during my trip to Harbin. Upon arrival, the staff warmly helped us with our luggage and took it to our room. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and our requests were quickly addressed. I initially booked one day less on Ctrip by mistake. When I went to extend my stay yesterday, my original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff kindly showed me two other room types, and I ended up switching to a room with a courtyard, which I'm very happy with! Both room types were very quiet at night!

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and Flood Control Memorial Tower. The air conditioning in the room maintains a comfortable temperature, hot water is instant, WiFi is smooth, and the TV is clear. The bathroom is spotless, the lighting is soft, and the disposable amenities are clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even made us a delicious coconut latte. The hotel's afternoon tea is exquisite and tasty. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when traveling.

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and there were so many hotels to choose from. I ended up picking this one mainly because of its excellent location; it's super close to Stalin Park and Central Street, easily walkable. Plus, the riverside view from the hotel is lovely.
The hotel service was prompt and friendly. The staff, especially the 'princess, please get in the car' service (I assume this refers to a special concierge or greeting service), was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. Very impressive 👍
Breakfast was bountiful, the environment was good, the facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the food itself was excellent. The service was great too, and the breakfast side dishes were particularly good. 👌
It was a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

BBrown/Overall, I'm satisfied. The breakfast was good, everything else was just okay. The female staff at the front desk seemed a bit assertive. It's very close to Central Street, and there's a bus stop right outside, which makes getting around convenient. It's a bit far from the subway station, though.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

MM314585****Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

AAninininiThe hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean!
The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic!
If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

GGuest UserI always stay at InterContinental Group hotels when I travel, and their service, hygiene, and facilities are always top-notch. The front desk, concierge, and even the staff member responsible for parking were all incredibly helpful. Since it was a holiday weekend (May Day) and there were a lot of cars, the parking attendant was especially diligent and responsible. Breakfast was also great, and the location is super convenient, very close to Sunac Land.

LLieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026.
The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest.
The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day.
At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!
