## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Didn't expect that, but super thankful for that. Wish you all the best! Thank you very much 😊

Harbin was the last stop on our road trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The most unexpected bonus was the parking lot in the back, which was incredibly convenient. Both the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Incredible value for money! Highly recommend!

This was my first stay at Mercure, and I switched over from Hilton. I honestly didn't have high expectations, but the entire service team, from the ground staff to the management, really surprised me in the best way! **Location:** Right across from the City Museum, and very close to the main attractions. **Facilities:** The laundry room and gym are both well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** I stayed for two days, and I constantly saw the cleaning staff tidying up – it was excellent! **Service:** Absolutely five stars! First off, everyone at the front desk was incredibly dedicated and always helped solve any issues warmly. They also have many unique services, like a complimentary self-service afternoon tea for two in the lobby. **Heartwarming late-night snack:** It changes daily, and I tried the hawthorn apple soup, which was delicious. **Creative bead art activity for kids:** I didn't get to try it, but it seems like a great option if you're traveling with children. Overall, the service is truly exceptional; I felt right at home. I experienced a level of warm hospitality here that I didn't even get at Hilton. If I ever come to Harbin again, I'll definitely stay here!

The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. They offer a shared airport shuttle service, which is free and convenient. The driver was very kind and helped with our luggage. There was a welcome fruit platter on the first day, and the fruit was delicious. For coffee, they had Americano, but it was very bitter as there was no sugar or creamer. I'm not sure why they don't provide them. Facilities: They have a gym and a laundry room, which was quite convenient.

This was an experience that truly exceeded our expectations. For our girls' getaway, we chose the four-person suite. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the start of Central Street Pedestrian Street on Jingwei Street. What really made a difference was the hotel's service; it wasn't just one or two good staff members, but every interaction we had was fantastic. The front desk was incredibly thoughtful, reserving a specific floor for us based on our request. When we went for our complimentary afternoon tea, the buffet lunch was still ongoing, and they very kindly let us help ourselves. When afternoon tea officially started, they thoughtfully suggested we could move to a different table and offered to make us tea. Knowing someone in our group was celebrating a birthday, the hotel even sent a gift box of red sausages as a birthday present 🎁, which was incredibly touching. There were so many other small details that made us feel the hotel's service quality was top-notch.

Wonderful hotel! We received a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious with impeccable cleanliness. The bed was absolutely magical. The room also had an ironing board with an iron, a coffee machine, and a powerful hairdryer. There's a laundry room on the floor. Breakfasts were good. Near the reception, there's a counter with tea and refreshing drinks, complimentary packed lunches, fruits, and pastries. The location is very convenient, right next to Arbat, with everything within walking distance. We don't regret choosing this hotel and would gladly return again 🫶🫶

A really great hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, and you can even walk to the riverside. The room facilities are complete, and all the toiletries are individually packaged and disposable, which feels very clean and reassuring. The room also includes complimentary afternoon tea. The overall amenities are thoughtful and comprehensive, the hardware provides a great experience, and the service is also very good and welcoming. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The breakfast was plentiful and the environment was great. The facilities were excellent, clean, and hygienic. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we stepped in. It's only a 5-minute walk to Central Street, so the location is fantastic. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were definitely better than any other hotel I've stayed in. The best part is that breakfast runs until 12 PM, which is incredibly kid-friendly. The latte art on the yogurt was also adorable, and my child loved it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The service attitude was excellent – a big thumbs up to all the staff at the front desk, concierge, and breakfast restaurant!

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

GGuest UserMy family and I stayed for two nights with breakfast, and overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The thoughtful detail of providing late-night congee (convenient for seniors) was particularly commendable. However, what happened with the hotel restaurant waiter on our departure morning was truly infuriating. Here’s a brief summary of the incident: I arrived at the hotel restaurant entrance with two family members and proactively presented the room cards for both rooms. The waiter responsible for registration told me that only the room numbers were needed, so I provided both (and saw him record them on a form). The waiter then indicated that the three of us could enter the dining area. While we were eating, my family member mentioned that this waiter had approached her again to ask for her room number when she was getting food. She told the waiter that she had already checked in for dining. My family member was confused and upset about being asked for her room number again mid-meal. I could only explain to her that I was the one who handled the check-in at the restaurant entrance, so the waiter might not have noticed her. My family member accepted my explanation, and we continued to enjoy our meal. Unexpectedly, a moment later, as I was alone at the buffet counter getting food, the same waiter walked straight up to me and asked for my room number. I told the waiter, “You already registered and verified our room numbers at the entrance before we came in, and we entered the restaurant with your permission.” I then asked the waiter, “Does every guest who registers at the entrance and enters the restaurant get asked for their room number again?” The waiter said no. Everything described above is an objective and factual account, without any subjective emotion. By the way, a front desk supervisor happened to witness the scene and immediately apologized to us with sincere politeness. I commend this supervisor’s professionalism and crisis management skills. Without saying more, I just want to raise two questions: 1. It is standard practice for hotel buffet restaurants to have a verification process at the entrance, such as guests presenting their room cards or stating their room numbers. The hotel verifies the guest’s identity, then allows them to enter the dining area and be seated. This should be considered the completion of the identity verification process, and guests should not be disturbed again for this purpose while dining. This is basic etiquette and the minimum standard of hospitality. If guests are asked to re-verify their identity while eating, it’s just ridiculous. Honestly, among all the hotels I’ve stayed at, both domestically and internationally, from five-star establishments to general chain hotels, this is truly the first time I’ve encountered such an odd and rude experience. 2. Since the waiter responsible for registration at the hotel buffet area explicitly stated that not every guest entering the restaurant needs to have their room number reconfirmed, I am curious: by what criteria does he select which guests need to be re-verified? And it’s quite an honor that both my family members and I were singled out twice.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

AAninininiThe hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean! The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic! If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
