Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world
I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating.
Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water!
For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time.
Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!!
Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage
Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast
Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio
However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring
The hotel is located in the beautiful southern Tunisia tourist resort. The hotel has its own private beach, a large internal area, and a reasonable division of labor and design of various functional areas. The decoration has both local Carthaginian characteristics and is luxurious and elegant. The breakfast restaurant has an unbeatable sea view, excellent quality, large room area, and very high comfort.
Everything was great!
Super friendly staff, especially at reception.
The hotel has everything you need and has a very pleasant atmosphere 🥰
I'm looking forward to going there again next time!

Very Good
The hotel is lovely, the beds are really comfy, there's indoor and outdoor pools, the beach is nearby. The food is pretty decent - lots of choice - with waffles and crepes at breakfast time, a massive buffet for lunch and dinner (including chicken, beef, fish and sometimes shrimp), salad bar, soup, ice-cream and cakes. After two days, I felt ike I was ready to explode. I can't imagine how you'd survive eating all-you-can-eat meals three times a day, for much longer than that! The drinks are mediocre though. The juice isn't juice - I think it's just water and powder. The ”cocktails” are just spirits and mixers, which are made with those ”juices” and way to much alcohol. The only beer is lager. Although the slushies were fine, and you could add booze to make a kind of cocktail, so that worked out okay. The animation was very limited, because it was the winter. There weren't any windsurfs (advertised here) or kayaks (advertised elsewhere). Even some of the scheduled events (the zumba and petanque) didn't go ahead as advertised. But I did the water exercise class with Ryan, which was a lot of fun. Ryan was very friendly - he deserves a special mention. And the show at night, with a dance troupe and a belly dancer, was pretty cool.
My experience at the hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was modern, spacious, and quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. Highly recommended!
I stayed here twice, I had to leave early to the airport, they had breakfast at the reception for me, super friendly helpful staff, amazing swimming pools, the room was decent, bathroom clean, good breakfast, i didnt have lunch inside because nearby restaurants. Its worth its money.
I really liked the hotel. Although it's very large and crowded, I liked that—no one was intrusive with their service. The grounds are large, well-maintained, and have beautiful greenery. The beach is about 100 meters away, but it's a pleasant walk along a shaded path. The beach is nice. The food is excellent—varied, fresh, with fruit and ice cream. The pool is small and not very pretty, just a simple rectangle, perfect for those who enjoy lounging by the pool. But coming to Djerba and lounging by the pool is silly.
FFoufa MaloucheThe food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00
And no wifi in the rooms
Comfortable hotel, varied and copious breakfast. As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm, the staff was friendly and smiling. The women at the reception were attentive and did their utmost to make our stay as good as possible. Heated indoor pool, not tested outside because we went there at the beginning of February :)
