This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were all very kind and polite. During my stay, they even surprised me with fresh fruit and specialty drinks, which was such a warm and lovely touch – they really pay attention to the details. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for an overall extremely comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful sea view!

Our stay was excellent! The hotel staff provided exceptional and thoughtful service, always gentle and patient. They went above and beyond to help us change bedding and promptly restocked towels and bath mats. Our butler, Zirong, meticulously shared all relevant hotel information and even kindly provided vouchers and the shuttle schedule, making travel and shopping very convenient. The room was comfortable and pleasant, leading to an overall fantastic experience.

Our stay in Sanya this time was incredibly comfortable! I have to give a hundred points to Manager Shen at the front desk! We arrived quite early on the day, about two hours before check-in. We were originally just planning to drop off our luggage and explore, but Manager Shen, knowing we were tired, quickly helped us arrange a clean room. It was so thoughtful! Later, we asked him for recommendations on where to eat seafood without getting ripped off and try local specialties, and the places he suggested were truly affordable and fresh, simply amazing! Such dedicated service means we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Sanya! The room was also great, very clean, and I loved the bathtub on the balcony.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The hotel, though small, has everything you need. The laundry room is a great convenience, with both washing and drying facilities. Breakfast is also plentiful. The lady at the restaurant was very enthusiastic and provided great service. I highly recommend it, it's worth a visit.

Very good hotel, the front desk lady Xiao Chen service is very warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment is very good, the most important thing is clean and hygienic! The bed was very comfortable. There is a free breakfast and it tastes good. There are also many supermarkets around, and shopping is very convenient. Order takeaways or something, all small robots are delivered to the room. The overall experience is very good. I will continue to patronize next time, satisfied and satisfied.

After seeing so many beautiful reviews of the Century Bridge view, I booked this place without hesitation. However, the actual stay was very mediocre. The front desk told us they upgraded us to a sea-view suite, but it was actually a room in the apartment building – super old and rundown. The light switches were the kind you had to individually turn off, the bathroom tiles were yellowed, and the cabinet doors had a scary, yellowish tint. The furniture was also dirty and dated. Honestly, it would have been better if they hadn't upgraded us. I didn't really get to experience much else. Initially, I thought the service was pretty good, with daily follow-ups. But on our last day, when we checked out and left, I don't know if it was because it was early, but even though someone was standing by the door, they just watched us struggle with our two large suitcases without offering any help. They just coldly stared as we moved them ourselves. I found it utterly bizarre and was speechless.

This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.
