The hotel environment is superb, with a large garden and even small squirrels. We even got a travel photography voucher when we checked in. It's a bit hot this season, but it doesn't detract from the amazing scenery. The front desk staff were also fantastic; they told me about good places to eat and even mentioned insects I might encounter. This trip was absolutely worth it, and I'll definitely stay here again when I come back.

The privacy and vacation vibe are both top-notch. The experience was truly great and worth a special trip. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Sanya next time!

But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience! Upon arrival, our room was ready immediately, and she even upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite, which was perfect as I could get some work done after our child went to sleep. The experience was truly excellent. Kaylee was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even brought us many delicious treats. We had ordered a lot of JD.com packages in advance, and after checking in, we contacted her and they were delivered to our room very quickly. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very clean. I even saw staff meticulously cleaning crevices in the outdoor public areas with small brushes – truly impressive attention to detail. The lobby is incredibly grand; it makes you say 'wow' as soon as you step out of the car. It's very family-friendly, with a children's section in the restaurant that our little one loved. The family pool has a shallow area, and there's even a bubble party in the evenings. The pool is well-stocked with plenty of swim rings, so you don't need to bring your own if you're not particular. As for dining, the underwater restaurant was fascinating, with large fish and turtles often swimming by. The hotel's Tianfu restaurant was absolutely delicious – hands down the best meal we had during our 5 days in Hainan! 😂

Haikou People's Park is right downstairs. After finishing 'laoba cha' (a local tea), we went into the park to stroll around and were surprised to see so many locals exercising and relaxing there; it was really lively.
