Our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the CBD and subway station, making travel extremely convenient. The front desk staff Cobe and Sakee were warm and efficient, and they upgraded our room. The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view. The bedding is highly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special mention goes to Rina for her outstanding service! The fitness center and heated swimming pool have new facilities that are well-maintained. Every detail reflects a five-star standard. The breakfast is also excellent! Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an ideal choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again next time!

Luxurious as expected. The lobby was decked in Christmas cheer and I'm impressed they even have a mini carousel in the lobby for young guests. Location is good, within 5 mins walking distance to Futian Railway Exit 10 (where you can catch a train to Hong Kong), 10 mins walking distance to Futian Exhibition Centre and a metro station on a few lines and surrounded by malls including LinkCity which has many food and shopping options. The room is spacious and clean, well-maintained but dated. Wide selection of amenities including pillow options and I love that I can requests for these through their mini prog in WeChat. Bed is a little soft for my liking. Service is tip tops from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping to Lobby Lounge. Certainly my choice of hotel when I next return to Shenzhen.

A pretty perfect stay! I am traveling a lot around the globe and stay in 5* hotels. There are plenty of high-end luxury hotels in the Futian area. I am happy that I chose the Ritz-Carlton. Not just that the location is ideal - from the moment I entered the property until I left I felt a true warm hospitality. Especially Miya (reception) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - always with a warm smile, very responsive and kind - it almost felt like having a personal assistant. Also helpful was, that her English is very good. Having a big outdoor pool is fantastic to have after a busy day, and for me it was also a perfect start into the day, after having a gorgeous breakfast (good choice also for Europeans). I appreciate the barista-coffee. The room might not be the newest (Scandinavian-like) design. However, it was in an immaculate state, perfectly clean, spacious, with plenty of well-positioned international plugs (no adapter needed) and very comfortable. And most important to me: with a very quiet A/C. So all in all: I truly can recommend this hotel, and when coming back to Shenzhen I for sure will stay here again.

Guest rooms are big and have separated living and dining area which is very convenient. Room’s amenities are well-sufficient and works in good condition. We saw they allowing some guests to take food out from club lounge but they disallowed when my sister requested as i didn't manage to reach back on time to have dinner with her. The room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a top-quality mattress that ensured a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the bathroom view—it added a lovely touch to our stay. The food in breakfast buffer was decent and we enjoyed a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The Four Seasons Shenzhen is truly one of the best hotels in the city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Rachel, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Upon learning that we were in Shenzhen to celebrate our anniversary, she kindly upgraded our room and arranged a beautiful surprise with rose decorations and a cake. Thank you to the Four Seasons team for making our anniversary so special and memorable. The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations and Coco Park, making it very easy to get around. We initially planned to stay for three nights, but due to the hotel’s excellent location, comfort, and outstanding service, we decided to extend our stay by an additional two nights. The Four Seasons is now our top choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The only disappointment during our stay was the limited minibar selection, and the fact that soft drinks were charged. This did not quite meet our expectations for a five-star hotel.

Although Meisu is a little distance from the subway station, there are beaches/snack stalls along the way, so it's okay. The estate itself feels old, and the swimming pool is deserted, but once you enter the house, you’re in another world; The cleanliness is better than expected, the bed sheets, towels, quilts, sofa and bathtub are also clean and tidy; Customer service contacted us via WeChat, and the Wifi, door password, and how to get to Meisu were all clear. Even nearby attractions are introduced one by one. Although the response is not immediate, you don’t have to wait too long; The facilities are very complete. The bathroom supplies are all there. The refrigerator can freeze (which is good for a normal hotel). There is a giant screen with movies to watch, but VIPs can't watch them. However, you can use Air View, and you can prepare your own movies if necessary. There are two sets of kimonos for everyone to take photos, and the surfaces are very clean. There are also sufficient charging stations in the room, and a charging cable is provided. The bathtub is on the terrace, with disposable bath bags provided. Draw the blinds at night, turn off the terrace lights, and people downstairs won't see you when you stand up. Japanese style, comfortable and beautiful

Shenzhen Nanao | Stay in a French Garden and Watch the Sea 🌅 Mello is absolutely stunning! Found a French Riviera-inspired B&B in Shenzhen 🏡 Mello truly has romance etched into its soul. White walls + French courtyard + endless sea views – every shot looks like it's straight out of a movie 🎬. The housekeeper even provided thoughtful sleep eye masks 💤. Open the window to a sunset over the orange sea 🌇. Sunlight streams into the room, making even the air feel gentle. The courtyard is fragrant with lemon trees and passion fruit, and you can spend an entire afternoon on the swing. A cocktail and a tipsy view of the sea are so therapeutic. While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The room was very clean; the tables, chairs, and bed were all neat and tidy, ensuring a solid basic stay. The room amenities were complete and easy to use, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't easily disturbed by outside noise while resting. The only minor drawback was that the room layout felt a bit cramped, and with the dimmer indoor lighting, it could feel a little oppressive if you stayed for a long time. The hotel's location is excellent for transportation, making it convenient and hassle-free to get around. I didn't try the hotel's dining services this time, so setting aside the food, the overall stay was steady and the value for money met my expectations.

I extended my stay for an extra night, which was a seamless process. The surrounding area is a shopping and tourist district, very close to Vientiane and Talent Plaza. We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

The cleanliness is impeccable, with fresh sheets provided daily, and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The luxurious yet calming atmosphere made it a joy to return to after a long day. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a great variety to start the morning right. One of the most unique features was the *windowless room with a glass lookout to plants*—something I’d normally avoid, but Skytel executed it beautifully. The greenery provided a serene backdrop day and night, making the space feel open and refreshing. I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels, but Skytel exceeded every expectation. If I return to Shenzhen, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. *Highly recommended!*
