Staying in Shenzhen for a short stopover from Hong Kong, I simply made a casual note on my booking that it was my wife's birthday, without expecting any special arrangements. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room to find it decorated for a birthday, complete with a mini cake. During my stay, if I had any issues and contacted Joy, she was always prompt and efficient in her responses and problem-solving, never perfunctory. The room cleaning was very thorough; it wasn't just superficially clean. The bedding was comfortable, and there was no standing water or grime in the bathroom corners, which made for a truly comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and bright, and all the facilities I used daily worked smoothly. It was a very pleasant experience to relax in the room. When needed, issues were also handled immediately. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Getting a taxi or finding a restaurant is hassle-free. It's just a 5-minute walk to Coco Park and Ping An Finance Center, saving a lot of commuting time for out-of-town visitors. Overall, it was a very genuine stay, without unnecessary frills. This small birthday gesture left a very good impression.

I stayed in a river view room in the West Tower this time, with a view of Hong Kong across the river. Pros: * Well-decorated and good facilities * Very quiet, perfect for relaxation * Spacious room -- Overall, a great stay experience. Cons: * The room lighting was a bit dim. * You have to change elevators on the fifth floor, and walking down is a bit inconvenient. * Food delivery doesn't come up to the room; you have to go down and pick it up yourself. * The hotel's location isn't very close to the subway station; walking there involves a somewhat secluded road. I'd recommend taking a taxi.

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!

This time, I chose this hotel for a family trip, and the overall stay was excellent. Sahar, Molly, and Bella were incredibly friendly and patient. They gave us practical advice, considering we were a family traveling together, and were very responsive to our needs. Their service was attentive and thoughtful, and they were kind and polite. The hotel's location is very convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. My family was very satisfied with their stay. The overall service experience was fantastic, five-star recommended, and I'll definitely choose this place again for future family trips!

My overall experience at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was excellent this time. During my stay, there was an unusual noise coming from the air conditioning in my room. After I called to report it, duty manager Zain responded immediately. He patiently listened to my concerns, sincerely apologized, and promptly coordinated with the engineering department to inspect the room. He followed up on the progress throughout, proactively offering a suitable solution. His service was both professional and thoughtful. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the environment is quiet, and the location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The hotel truly showcases the service heritage of a long-standing five-star establishment; they don't shirk responsibility when facing customer complaints and handle issues efficiently and appropriately. I'd especially like to commend duty manager Zain for his excellent crisis management skills, approachable demeanor, and thoughtful handling of affairs. I stay at this hotel several times a year, and when I visit Shenzhen again, I will continue to choose Crowne Plaza Futian. I also highly recommend it to other travelers!

The hotel staff are all very friendly and greet you proactively. They are quick to resolve any issues you might have. 3. The hygiene and other aspects are also very good, and the breakfast is decent. 4. The location is super convenient, but the facilities are quite old. Plus, with the construction of the large bridge/overpass, they work overtime late into the night, which can be noisy. Being close to the train station, when traffic jams, people honk their horns intentionally until very late, which is pretty loud. The pool, while not exceptional, is decent. However, an annual pass is a bit too expensive.

A truly satisfying stay! The JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is indeed a top-tier hotel. The lobby exudes a light luxury and grand atmosphere, and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen for a temporary business trip, and the attention to detail in their service left a lasting impression. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, Max, the manager who assisted me with my previous check-in, immediately recognized me and provided exceptional service. His incredible memory for guests truly showcases the high-caliber service at luxury hotels. The guest room had an open layout, offering a nearly perfect stay and rest experience. The sofa lounge area, workspace, and sleeping area were clearly separated, creating a smooth flow that's ideal for business travelers. The bathroom featured a bathtub and a smart toilet, and all facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay during my business trip. Breakfast was at the FOO restaurant, which boasts a timeless 'old money' design that has stood the test of time. My favorite part was the seating experience; there were numerous semi-private 'booth' style seats that offered great comfort and allowed for an undisturbed dining experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring everything from Kashi yogurt, a wide variety of bread options, freshly made wontons, to Chinese brewed flower teas. It's clear that the Four Seasons invests heavily in its dining offerings, making the early morning breakfast experience for a business trip truly satisfying.

Coincidentally, a typhoon hit, and my original plan was to travel to areas around Shenzhen for the weekend. Due to the typhoon and high-speed rail cancellations, I had to change my plans and opted for a staycation in Shenzhen. I was drawn to THE LANGHAM's unique British charm, and after much deliberation, I chose this hotel. Although it's been open for a while, I was a bit worried the facilities might be outdated. However, comparing it to the most beautiful lounges in London, I impulsively booked an executive room. Upon arrival, a small hiccup delayed my check-in. Afterward, a thoughtful male staff member at the front desk noticed and guided us to the executive lounge on the 22nd floor to check in. There, Peter, who assisted us, was incredibly warm and demonstrated the professionalism expected of high-end hotel staff. He thoughtfully asked about our preferences and led us to a comfortable spot in the lounge. Throughout our time, the lounge staff — Emily, Via, Yulia, and Caron — also showcased what a 'most beautiful lounge' should be, with attentive service and impeccable attire. The variety of drinks and other offerings in the lounge was extensive; we basically didn't want to leave. Stepping into the room, a strong British ambiance immediately enveloped us, truly reflecting the brand's unique character. The room offered panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay through its 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to experience the city's vibrancy even from bed. The hotel breakfast was also rich and varied; I tried the beef noodles, which were excellent, and the desserts were a big plus. Thanks to the professional service and the brand's distinctive style, I felt the joy of a vacation without even leaving Shenzhen. THE LANGHAM is truly worth it!

The hotel boasts a prime location right next to Luohu Port and Shenzhen Railway Station, making cross-border travel and train journeys incredibly convenient. With a well-developed transportation network nearby, it's a hassle-free choice for both commuting and sightseeing. The hotel itself is grand and impressive, exuding the classic charm of an established star-rated hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and all public areas are clean and tidy. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling check-in and check-out procedures quickly and smoothly. Hisoar doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The hair dryer is very old, the washer/dryer doesn’t dry, the elevator is very slow, and the floor creaks. Sound proofing between floors is poor. There was a huge black bag of trash left in the elevator lobby on my floor for the entire day. There are design issues like unusable windows that would open to another room? and awkwardly placed refrigerators that force you into the kitchen corner, behind the door, to use. They upgraded my room, which had a lovely city view, and I could even see the mountains and sea in the distance in the morning. The room facilities were complete and clean. The only minor issue was that the kettle was inconveniently tucked away in the cupboard. Also, it was crowded on the weekend, so I couldn't check in immediately upon arrival and had to store my luggage as I was in a hurry to go out. I only managed to check in around 7 or 8 PM. This was my first stay at Hotel Jen, and I was told my room got upgraded, which was great as it was very spacious. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the room elevators from reception. On my second day, I had an early flight around 5 AM, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for the number of guests, including yogurt, bananas, sausage buns, and eggs, which was quite substantial. However, having stayed at Hyatt hotels two or three times before, I did notice some differences. For one, a Hyatt hotel is closer to the airport, whereas here you need to allow 15 minutes to walk to security. The most noticeable difference, though, was the soundproofing; I could constantly hear planes taking off or landing, which might affect sleep for light sleepers.

Breakfast: Very satisfied! 😘 Everything was great, except for a bit of a wait during peak hours. They had freshly made wontons and waffles, as well as fresh squeezed juice. All the breads were delicious. Overall, highly recommended! ~

The beef brisket noodles for breakfast were delicious; I ate them for four days straight and didn't get tired of them. All the staff were excellent, very warm and friendly. Ms. Liu Mingjie from the restaurant took great care of us, which left a deep impression. It was a wonderful apartment stay experience in Shenzhen; you can cook for yourself, and it's very close to the border crossing. If I have the chance to visit Shenzhen again, I'll definitely choose this place.

Huaqiangbei Area Shenzhen|2.16km from downtown
The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, so getting around for shopping and dining is a breeze. Our room was spotlessly clean and didn't have any strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept really well. The staff were all very kind and patient, and they responded quickly whenever we needed something. The facilities are also well-maintained. All in all, it offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a short trip.
