The hotel's location is very central and convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk directly to Futian High-Speed Rail Station, Coco Park shopping mall, and the 116F observation deck of Ping An Financial Center. This time, I took the high-speed train from Futian Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, which only took 14 minutes, making it incredibly quick and easy to get to Harbour City. The hotel environment is comfortable; the lobby and public areas are beautiful, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. I especially loved the fitness center and pool; the facilities are comprehensive and excellent. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. They enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surrounding area during check-in. The breakfast selection was also rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was also very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay, and I will definitely choose Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable overall, and the room was spacious and bright with excellent hygiene. The bed was soft and I slept very well. The staff were all warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return, and I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!

Although there were a few minor hitches during my stay, the hotel staff handled everything efficiently and responsively, and the issues were resolved quickly and properly. I'd especially like to thank Jennifer for her patient assistance throughout, her gentle and considerate demeanor, and for proactively helping me coordinate various matters – she's very responsible. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

This is an old hotel that's been around for decades, and you can tell that the furniture used back in the day was top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with various facilities. However, with time, it's a bit outdated now; the lack of smart toilets is a noticeable drawback. But on the bright side, the spacious rooms, elegant decor, and comprehensive facilities, along with meticulous cleaning, really allow us to sleep soundly and comfortably without a worry.
I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out for the hotel's service and food! 👍
**Service:** It was Dragon Boat Festival, which coincided with my mother's birthday and Father's Day, so I came back to Shenzhen to celebrate with my parents. Since the booking was quite last-minute, I messaged the hotel, just hoping, to ask if they could arrange a birthday setup. The hotel staff readily agreed and did an amazing job with the birthday decorations! Upon arrival, we were informed that both rooms had been complimentary upgraded to high-floor deluxe rooms, and the birthday decorations inside the rooms were perfect! I'm incredibly satisfied! 😊
**Food:** Breakfast is served at the all-day dining restaurant, the Beer Bar on the 3rd floor. IHG members can move to the Prego Italian restaurant for a quieter atmosphere. The continental buffet breakfast offers a rich variety and excellent quality, including a noodle station and made-to-order omelets. The omelets and black truffle scrambled eggs were particularly amazing!
For lunch, we used a dining voucher at the Fu Lin Men restaurant on the 2nd floor. Note that the voucher can only be used for à la carte stir-fries; it's not applicable for tea or dim sum, and cannot be combined with member discounts or group purchases. The dim sum at Fu Lin Men is excellent; the shrimp dumplings are smooth and tender, the tripe is crisp, and the stir-fries are consistently good. After using the voucher, the total cost for three people was 210 yuan, which was a very satisfying meal overall! 😋
Great value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Luohu!
Traveling from Shenzhen Luohu to Hong Kong, I decided to stay with my family at the Metropark Hotel Shenzhen for a night. Even though it was summer and quite crowded, the hotel's location right next to the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Despite being an older hotel, it still feels relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby even offers self-service drinks, and during the summer, they had refreshing and delicious Xianning tea. For an older hotel, everything was impressive. Ms. Winnie was also very welcoming and provided excellent service.

Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast options are varied and delicious. Super convent location and service is as good as 5 star hotels. It even has an upright piano in the lobby for my daughter to practice while on vacation! Special thanks to Xiao Yu and Aya for the hospitality during my stay and for promptly responding and addressing all requests. Will recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely pick this hotel again for my next visit.
็Highly recommended! The hotel is very convenient for shopping and is located just a short walk from the metro station. All staff members were friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff. The front desk staff were especially welcoming and could communicate in English, which is not always easy to find in China.
The room was exceptionally clean and modern. Everything felt brand new and very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious, although the variety was somewhat limited. However, I appreciated that the menu changed every day,

Second time visiting with my family — the location is excellent, just a short walk from Luo Wu Port and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. The reception staff at check-in were very nice, helpful, and spoke good English, which made the process smooth. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast buffet, but overall, the experience was excellent.
Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|2.72km from downtown
I chose this five-star hotel for a short getaway in Shenzhen, and it did not disappoint! The lobby is elegantly luxurious, check-in was very efficient, and the concierge service was proactive and attentive.
The room was spacious with a fantastic city view. At night, overlooking the Futian skyline was truly atmospheric. The bedding features Marriott's signature 'cloud-like' comfort, so even a light sleeper like me had a peaceful night's rest. The outdoor pool had clean water, and the gym was well-equipped, perfect for some leisure and relaxation.
The breakfast buffet offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly-made rice noodle rolls and omelets tasted authentic, showing consistent quality in their food offerings. The staff were friendly and professional, handling any small issues efficiently. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring and dining. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen!
The environment and decor are good. My only suggestion for improvement is that the doorman at the main entrance should be more professional and responsible. They need to pay attention when cars are parking to prevent 'door dings' from damaging properly parked vehicles. I'm really speechless; my car needs new paint protection film and dent repair because the paint was chipped and indented, and the film was torn.
Shekou Area (Nanshan District) Shenzhen|12.52km from downtown
Hisoar doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The hair dryer is very old, the washer/dryer doesn’t dry, the elevator is very slow, and the floor creaks. Sound proofing between floors is poor. There was a huge black bag of trash left in the elevator lobby on my floor for the entire day. There are design issues like unusable windows that would open to another room? and awkwardly placed refrigerators that force you into the kitchen corner, behind the door, to use.
Service and location are good.
Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|3.95km from downtown
My overall experience at The Langham Shenzhen was excellent. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with complete facilities. I especially want to commend the staff; their service was attentive and thoughtful, and they were very responsive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Yulia and Sylvia Liu, who were both incredibly kind and patient, and handled all my requests professionally and smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable and significantly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended!
The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100 Shenzhen|5.51km from downtown
The room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable, so I slept exceptionally well. Getting a good night's sleep in a hotel is very important, and this is high praise indeed. The hotel's decor is stylish, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety is rich, and the taste is unparalleled. The Cantonese breakfast was delicious, and the egg rolls and eggs Benedict were also very good. The only downside is that if you go late for breakfast, you might have to queue, but there are plenty of seats, so even if there's a line, it moves quickly. The coffee and tea at breakfast are also excellent. Freya, Winky, and Monuca at the front desk are very thoughtful. They genuinely care if you're enjoying your stay and promptly address any issues that arise during check-in.
The front desk for check-in is on the 33rd floor with a great view. The executive lounge is a nice place to relax and unwind. Afternoon tea consists of two types of cake and some beverages. Dinner is relatively simple but has everything you need, including a noodle bar, which shows a good effort. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I return.
However, there are three minor drawbacks I must mention:
1. One side of the hotel faces a large construction site, so the view isn't great. There's not much the hotel can do about this, as it's already well-maintained, but the surrounding environment does detract a bit. Perhaps future stays could compensate for this view deficit.
2. Light leaks from one side of the curtains, which can slightly affect sleep.
3. For such a high-end hotel, the complimentary water was Nongfu Spring with a red cap. While Nongfu Spring is good, I feel an upgrade to the water would be more fitting.
Hygene: The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The cleaning staff were all smiles and greeted me warmly, which put me in a good mood.
Service: Whether it was the concierge on the first floor or the staff in the executive lounge/breakfast restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

This hotel is a long-standing star hotel in Shenzhen, full of a sense of history. The walls from the second to third floors are adorned with photos of visiting dignitaries, entertainment stars, and athletes from various countries, showcasing its past glory. The dragon-patterned elevator in the lobby also possesses an artistic beauty and is quite unique. Upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded me to a river view room. Outside the window was the Shenzhen River, with the natural beauty of Hong Kong on the opposite bank. In the evening, I even enjoyed a splendid sunset from my room – it was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's gym and restaurant are also worth commending. In terms of transportation, it's only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Luohu Port and Shenzhen Luohu Railway Station, which is very convenient. The only thing to note is that after exiting Luohu Port and taking the escalator on the left (towards Heping Road), you'll need to cross a sky bridge to reach the hotel. If you can't find the sky bridge, it's easy to get lost around the railway station. Additionally, ordering takeout is very convenient; there's a takeout locker on the first floor for self-pickup, though you need your room card to use the elevator, so delivery can't reach your room door. Also, this hotel has a lot of foreign guests, making it a perfect choice for those crossing the border to Hong Kong. I will definitely stay here again. The happiest part was that during my stay, I happened to encounter the 2026 Antiques and Art Exhibition on the third floor, where I saw many genuine paintings by famous artists and precious antique collections – it was a real feast for the eyes ❤️

We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs.
The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby.
They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room.
We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea.
Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food.
Overall, we loved everything, thank you!
Yantian (Dameisha & Xiaomeisha) Shenzhen|26.73km from downtown
Although Meisu is a little distance from the subway station, there are beaches/snack stalls along the way, so it's okay. The estate itself feels old, and the swimming pool is deserted, but once you enter the house, you’re in another world;
The cleanliness is better than expected, the bed sheets, towels, quilts, sofa and bathtub are also clean and tidy;
Customer service contacted us via WeChat, and the Wifi, door password, and how to get to Meisu were all clear. Even nearby attractions are introduced one by one. Although the response is not immediate, you don’t have to wait too long;
The facilities are very complete. The bathroom supplies are all there. The refrigerator can freeze (which is good for a normal hotel). There is a giant screen with movies to watch, but VIPs can't watch them. However, you can use Air View, and you can prepare your own movies if necessary.
There are two sets of kimonos for everyone to take photos, and the surfaces are very clean. There are also sufficient charging stations in the room, and a charging cable is provided. The bathtub is on the terrace, with disposable bath bags provided. Draw the blinds at night, turn off the terrace lights, and people downstairs won't see you when you stand up.
Japanese style, comfortable and beautiful
Shenzhen Nanao | Stay in a French Garden and Watch the Sea 🌅 Mello is absolutely stunning!
Found a French Riviera-inspired B&B in Shenzhen 🏡 Mello truly has romance etched into its soul. White walls + French courtyard + endless sea views – every shot looks like it's straight out of a movie 🎬. The housekeeper even provided thoughtful sleep eye masks 💤.
Open the window to a sunset over the orange sea 🌇. Sunlight streams into the room, making even the air feel gentle. The courtyard is fragrant with lemon trees and passion fruit, and you can spend an entire afternoon on the swing. A cocktail and a tipsy view of the sea are so therapeutic.
Just a few minutes' walk to the beach 🏖️. It's uncrowded with clear water, super comfortable for walking on the sand and watching the waves. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get up ✨.

Seriously unearthed a hidden gem! The environment is incredibly healing; opening the window reveals stunning views of green mountains and trees. The air is fresh, it's wonderfully quiet, and it's so relaxing to be away from the city hustle. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!
Two adults and one child. The room size was very satisfactory, and we could even make tea. The environment was clean, new, and quiet. There was a complimentary sweet soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They paid attention to details, with an online concierge before and after check-in. We had a very comfortable stay. We'd definitely prefer this type of accommodation for future visits.

It's been a while since I brought my family to stay at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. On the day of check-in, Max contacted me and enthusiastically arranged for us to check in directly at the Executive Lounge on the 29th floor, which felt very welcoming! He also helped upgrade us to a suite on the 30th floor and thoughtfully arranged a small bed and a little tent for the child. Previously, he made a personalized key card for me, which I still carry. This time, he made a cute bear-themed key card for my child with her name printed on it, and she absolutely loved it! I've also stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou, Tianjin, and Beijing before, and they were all excellent! But I feel a special connection to the Four Seasons Shenzhen; every time I come back, it feels like returning home. Perhaps this is the true essence of a top-tier hotel. The Executive Lounge has seen some changes; breakfast is now served as a set menu, which is quite good. They prepare just enough portions for the number of guests, which is quite eco-friendly. I feel the entire hotel has a very strong environmental consciousness, including the packaging of toothpaste and the wooden toothbrushes, etc. APEC Shenzhen is coming up soon, and the Four Seasons should be the official hotel, meeting very international standards. The Bose sound system in the room is also a nice touch. The Executive Lounge experience was great this time; the supervisor, Cecilie, was very warm, and Chadi even came over personally to greet my family during dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. Oh, and the outdoor pool was open in the summer with a perfect water temperature. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying again!

Staying at the Sunlight Hotel was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the team member who showed us to our room was polite and attentive. Our room's window overlooked the Luohu district, offering a fantastic night view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and they offered several pillow options, including a massage pillow that you could even buy by scanning a QR code. Breakfast on the second floor restaurant was a mix of Western and Chinese options, simple yet satisfying. The restaurant staff even proactively asked if we needed anything else. The hotel's swimming pool was also excellent – clean water, refreshing to swim in, and with expansive views. Location-wise, it's just a ten-minute walk to Dongmen Old Street, and Guomao Metro Station is very close, making it convenient to get anywhere. When we checked out, the lobby manager even prepared small gifts for us and helped us with directions. In Shenzhen, finding such great service and facilities at this price point is truly rare.
Shenzhen Coastal City, Shenzhen Bay Control Point Shenzhen|12.47km from downtown
Every time I visit Shenzhen, I stay here. This time, I met Sally, who was professional and efficient! She patiently helped us with all our questions, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. She even prepared amenities and gifts for the kids in advance. The cookies were absolutely delicious!
The hotel itself, as always, boasts its biggest advantage: convenience! It's right next to MixC World and Coastal City, offering great food and shopping options. Shenzhen Bay Port is a mere 10-minute drive away, or you can take the subway from the station right downstairs, which is only two stops direct to the port! Super convenient!
Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|0.94km from downtown
This hotel is incredibly convenient. The B1 level connects directly to a shopping area and a metro station, featuring everything from coffee shops and a snack street to anime stores – it's super handy. The lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The huge curved floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Shenzhen's nightscape. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable, and the gym is professionally equipped, with a full range of clean and hygienic machines; it's quite busy, but the atmosphere is fantastic! The executive lounge offers a great selection of food with excellent service; they even delivered meals to our room when we didn't want to go out. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it!
Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Fuyong Shenzhen|26.4km from downtown
We arrived in Shenzhen late last night with two kids and checked into the Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport. Although it's very close to the airport, the soundproofing in the room was surprisingly good, and we all slept soundly until morning.
I particularly loved the blackout curtains on the bunk beds; they worked wonderfully, and the kids slept soundly too. We had a great rest even for a short stay.
After a hearty buffet breakfast in the morning, we were refreshed and ready to head to the airport. This is an excellent choice for families catching early flights or arriving late at night.
Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Fuyong Shenzhen|26.69km from downtown
The room's location is excellent, and it has double-glazed windows for soundproofing, so it's a good recommendation if you're not overly sensitive to noise. The room's decor and cleanliness are up to Hyatt's usual standards, and breakfast is also good. However, the light dinner I had at the coffee bar was quite concerning. There was essentially only one person handling drinks, taking orders, and serving food, and by the end, I felt awkward even calling them. If you're just looking for a place to stay, it's fine.
Shekou Area (Nanshan District) Shenzhen|16.19km from downtown
The hotel has been really busy lately, and a last-minute booking meant I paid peak ***** New Year prices [facepalm]. I brought my kids here for summer vacation, and overall it was good. The only issue was that the hotel was hosting a team event, and there was also construction going on, which caused some inconvenience. However, the service and cleanliness were still great. Aileen saw that I was a member and helped upgrade my booking to a sea view room for free, allowing me to enjoy the member benefits. [ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]
Overseas Chinese Town Shenzhen|7.6km from downtown
I used AI to summarize my overall stay, and here's my experience:
This stay was a disappointment because the hotel pool, which I specifically wanted to experience, was completely unusable for various reasons. It rained continuously for all three days of our stay due to bad weather, and on one day, an orange rainstorm warning was even issued. On top of that, my daughter inexplicably developed a fever on the first night. Although the hotel was very thoughtful and arranged a late check-out on the last day, my daughter hadn't fully recovered. Even when the rain stopped, the sky remained gloomy, and I didn't dare let her swim, which made this trip quite unpleasant. If I couldn't use the hotel pool, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel to celebrate a birthday.
The hotel is located right next to Exit C of Overseas Chinese Town Metro Station, with only a short open-air section. However, if you're pushing a stroller, you need to be extra careful as there are a few steps along the way where you'll have to lift it. To get to the nearest Yitian Holiday Plaza, you need to take one stop to Window of the World, which is a bit inconvenient.
What I liked:
Simple birthday decorations were provided.
Room Quality and Design: The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, and the lighting was easy to adjust. I particularly liked the reading/night light design next to the bed, which was very practical. (It would be even better if disposable bath liners/bags were provided, like in other hotels.)
Excellent Service Attitude: The front desk team provided excellent service, they were friendly and always smiling. I especially want to praise the male staff member in charge of the carousel; he performed magic tricks and managed the facility, all with a very kind service attitude!
Recreational Facilities: The outdoor playground and carousel facilities at the hotel were excellent, and my children had a wonderful time!
Areas for Improvement:
Room Amenities and Facilities: After the room was cleaned, the tea bags were not replenished. For a hotel of your caliber, the attention to detail in amenities is clearly lacking. Additionally, only instant coffee was provided in the room, with no coffee machine or milk, which is slightly inferior compared to other hotels in the same chain (such as Marriott or The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Blue Lagoon).
Fruit Quality Control: One of the apples in the welcome fruit platter in the room was rotten to the core when cut open. I hope the hotel can strengthen quality checks before delivering items to rooms to ensure fresh produce is provided!
Insufficient Bed Space: The double bed was relatively narrow, making it quite cramped for one adult and a 10-year-old child to sleep together, severely affecting sleep quality.
Overly Thick Mattress: The mattress thickness was a bit exaggerated, making the bed surface too high and very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed.
Facility Safety and Hygiene: In the small indoor building block playroom next to the outdoor playground, the blocks were slightly worn. I even found instances where the outer layer of some blocks had peeled off, exposing sharp wooden edges, which is very dangerous. Please make sure to strengthen cleaning and maintenance and immediately replace damaged facilities.

This was my first stay at a St. Regis, and overall I was very happy and comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to check in, I experienced a signature St. Regis feature: butler service. The staff at the front desk were very patient during check-in. The room itself was very comfortable with great views, and staying at the St. Regis saved me a lot of hassle.
Shekou Area (Nanshan District) Shenzhen|13.2km from downtown
The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The front desk staff, especially Nicole, was incredibly enthusiastic. She communicated with me many times both before and after check-in, for which I'm very grateful! She's beautiful and kind, haha. Before my arrival, I specifically contacted her to discuss my work needs. She was so helpful with issuing invoices, bringing water, and changing facilities – her service felt truly thoughtful and efficient. It was a great experience with a fantastic view. Thumbs up for Nicole!
Shekou Area (Nanshan District) Shenzhen|16.3km from downtown
It was okay. It's close to Sea World, which makes getting around easy.
Late-night congee: They offer it, but I didn't try it.
Cleanliness: It was decent.
Service: They upgraded me to an Executive King Room. The Deluxe room I originally booked felt smaller than a standard room.
Science and Technology Park Shenzhen|13.43km from downtown
The surrounding transportation is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi or bus. The room temperature was consistently comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. All facilities were functioning well, and it offered decent value for money. The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic in the summer.
Shatoujiao and Chung Ying Street Shenzhen|18.49km from downtown
Room: Excellent! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, and the high-floor view was fantastic. It was so relaxing to sit inside and watch the sea. The twin beds were easy to push together, making it very family-friendly for those with kids.
Location: Unbeatable! ❤️ Our main goal this Dragon Boat Festival was to explore the Yantian coastline. The hotel is super close to the subway, making Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Xichong all easily accessible by metro. It was also convenient to walk to Yating Bay to catch the Haishan Line to Enshang Wetland Park. We had a very fulfilling three-day holiday.
Facilities: The hotel isn't specifically geared towards families, so we only tried the pool, which was good. However, with One City Mall right downstairs, you have everything you need, which is incredibly convenient.
Breakfast: Very satisfied! 😘 Everything was great, except for a bit of a wait during peak hours. They had freshly made wontons and waffles, as well as fresh squeezed juice. All the breads were delicious.
Overall, highly recommended! ~

ZOE is meticulous and thoughtful, a preferred apartment hotel for frequent business travelers. Located in Futian, it offers convenient transportation, making commutes and errands hassle-free. The room layout is well-organized, featuring a dedicated work area and stable internet, perfect for both work and relaxation. The overall environment is quiet and private, with high-end amenities and professional, efficient service. Five-star rating recommended for a comfortable and respectable business trip.
This was my first stay at this Grand Skylight Hotel, and the overall decor is acceptable. However, the biggest issue with this stay was the insufficient water pressure in the shower. I called the front desk in the evening to inquire about it, but the staff couldn't offer an effective solution and weren't able to arrange for an engineer to come up and fix it.
The front desk staff were reasonably efficient and polite during check-in. The only significant problem was the extremely weak water pressure. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend staying here.
