They gave my child a little otter toy, and the overall experience was great. The breakfast was delicious. On Christmas Eve, Santa even showed up and handed out candies to the kids, which made them incredibly happy. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the sofa could even be converted into a bed specifically for the child. It was convenient for getting everywhere, and the staff were very thoughtful.

Short stay here for parents to rest before flying again. Near cityhall MRT and great customer service ! One thing good for improvement would be to fix the power switch sockets. Some of it not really working well or need to push in harder in order for it to work.

A truly beautiful and wonderful hotel. Our family of three stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable time. The hotel is surrounded by Chinatown, and the food there is absolutely delicious. There's also a hawker center nearby, as well as the National Design Centre, both worth checking out. It's also very convenient to get to other tourist attractions.

Jump to the conclusion, I wouldn’t stay at Grand Park City Hall Singapore again.  First, the positive things. -Super convenient location. From the airport, bus no. 36 alone will be fine. From the metro station, around 5 minutes. You could  walk to several famous spots, such as Merlion Park(less than 15 minutes), Clark Quay and Chinatown.  -Doormen and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. -Swimming pool and gym on the 4th floor, with a shower room and towel bar just beside, which is quite convenient. Then, the unsatisfying things. -Not clean. Inside the room, dirty bed sheets, moldy bathroom door, moldy bathroom blinds. Beside the pool, tables are kindly set but seem to not be wiped forever, very dusty and food residue. -Unhelpful front desk staff(not everyone, of course). The madam, who helped my check-in, took 15 minutes to handle a fully-prepaid room reservation without special requests, and, didn’t instruct us how to use the elevator, which is tricky and we failed to go to our floor.  -Not sufficient amenities in the room. There are some, such as toothbrushes, comb, disposable slippers. But cups are not enough(we travelled 3 people. Three beds were made but only 2 cups each in the living room and bathroom.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights as a Christmas couple’s retreat in the Executive Marina Bay King Room. The Marina Bay view was beautiful, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located, but it is a fair walk from City Hall MRT, which could be inconvenient without direct transport. Breakfast at Edge was average for a hotel of this category. Noise insulation in our room could be improved, as footsteps from the room above affected our rest. The minibar uses a charge-on-removal system, which feels outdated, and the fridge space is very limited—enough for only about two 320ml Coke cans. Check-in was somewhat rushed and confusing as we had completed online check-in beforehand, we still had to queue and register again at the front desk, which made the online effort feel unnecessary. The staff were mostly friendly, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, but it felt somewhat underwhelming. Considering the Pan Pacific brand and its premium positioning, we expected a bit more.

Housed in a century-old historic building, this hotel boasts a prime downtown location and an air of old-money elegance. The rooms are grand and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally high-quality. Breakfast is quite good; while the variety might not be as extensive as some five-star hotels back home, the quality of everything is superb. The freshly made laksa noodles and omelets were excellent, and the juices were freshly squeezed. In the room, they provided a complimentary folding fan and tickets to the Asian Civilisations Museum and the Peranakan Museum. If you have time, both museums are well worth a visit. I didn't know about the complimentary tickets beforehand and had already bought my own ticket to the Asian Civilisations Museum. The outdoor pool on the second floor offers fantastic views; even if you don't swim, I recommend going in the evening to enjoy the scenery and take some photos.

This is my 3rd time checking in to this hotel. Cause their service was great from my 1st and 2nd experience. esp their amenities and location, but when i checked in yesterday, 24/12/25. i had a horrible experience with the receptionist name “Diyana” she kept on telling me that my physical ID si not enough as a requirement for check in, she kept on insisting that she needs my passport, but i told her, i’ve been to other hotels here in SG, they never as for my passport cause i already have the IC. she asked me to go back to my house and collect my passport or else i wont be able to use my key card. i told her, my house is far away from bugis, and she told me she really need my passport, and IC is not enough. I’m so frustrated and pissed off cause it will took me 2hrs to go back and get my passpord, and she even told me that my key card will only be valid until 7pm. and she needs to see my passport by 7pm. And when i check their regulations in website, it was stated there that either physical IC or passport will do. I’m very dissappointed with what happened. And she even kept on calling to our room, telling me that the visiting hours is until 10:30pm, when i checked the time. its only 8pm. I thought i will have a good time with one of the fav hotels in SG, but because of your staff “Diyana”, she made my stay with alot hassle and worst experience with Pan Pacific.

This was my first time in Singapore, and I blindly chose this hotel from many options because the pictures looked great and it was close to the MTR (subway). Upon arrival, I found that it truly is very close to the MTR; you can access the station by walking through the mall without even going outside. It's about a kilometer from the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, and there are attractions like the National Gallery nearby. It's perfect for an after-dinner stroll, as it might even be faster to walk than take public transport for those short distances. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. It might be the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, definitely on par with a Park Hyatt. I had read some reviews mentioning poor soundproofing, but I didn't experience that during my stay. The hotel has wooden floors, with a carpeted area around the bed, which is great for someone with allergies like me. The hotel is truly beautiful, and the Christmas decorations were very thoughtfully done. I really felt like I didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again next time. The only downside, in my opinion, was the hairdryer. It really didn't match the overall decor; it was an old-fashioned type that was noisy and didn't have concentrated airflow, making it slow to dry hair. I hope they can upgrade the hairdryers next time.

Traveling with my parents, I chose this hotel because I felt the loft rooms wouldn't feel too cramped (hotel rooms in Singapore are generally on the smaller side). It was decent for a family of three. The upstairs area was okay; we could fit one or two suitcases and there was a chair. Downstairs, there was no seating other than the bed. The mattress was a bit soft, making it a bit of an effort for the person sleeping inside to get out. Coffee and tea bags were provided. Just a short walk from the hotel's parking area is the Singapore River, surrounded by many dining options (mostly Western cuisine). There were quite a few people exercising and cycling. It's a bit of a walk to the MRT station, but there's a smaller food court about 600 meters away where we had several meals. Overall, the hotel is quite clean and new. However, the air freshener scent in the hallway outside the elevator was quite strong initially, though it improved over the next few days. The lobby scent was fine. Plus, there are several 7-Eleven stores nearby, making it very convenient for buying things. Overall, our stay was quite good, and the housekeeping was very clean.

We could not use the machine for self check-in because their system could not find our booking on trip.com, so a staff member had to manually check in for us. Excellent facilities - they provided lots of trolleys for luggages near the front door/reception area, which I think were quite thoughtful. Our kids used the playground a lot. Would love to use the swimming pool but our room (Studio Queen and Single) was quite small (especially the bathoom) to hang our swim clothes to dry. Coat hangers were provided in the room which could be used to hang swimclothes on to airdry, but with the humidity in Singapore, it would take about 2 days to completely dry. In the middle of our stay, we found a dead cockroach on the bed (first photo) while clearing stuff to prep the room for daily room service/cleaning. We left it there for the cleaner to handle it, but when we came back at night, the dead cockroach was still in the room (and moved to a different spot this time - second photo), so we cleaned it ourselves. Not that we are nitpicking, but since the room was small, we had to organise our things around every nook and cranny of the room, and I found the wall under the table near the floor quite dirty.

*”I had to switch rooms THREE TIMES—**the first one looked like a prison cell (and this is supposed to be a *5-star hotel*?!), the second **reeked of cigarette smoke** (in a country with *so many bans and fines*, really?!). Everything in the rooms is **ancient**—furniture, appliances, wallpaper… This isn’t even a hotel, it’s just **a crappy apartment complex**—no pool service, the lobby bar is *always closed*. The only decent thing was the **room service food** (cheap and not bad, probably from a nearby restaurant). The **only good thing** about this place? The location. If you want **actual service and cleanliness**, RUN THE OTHER WAY.”**

A truly first-class hotel where care, consideration and thoughtfulness are meticulously attended to. The television system malfunctioned and failed to operate properly, but was promptly repaired by the technical staff.

One nice hotel in the city center of Singapore. There is a big mall with many shops and restaurants in the same building as the hotel. The breakfast is not bad for a European. The room is clean. We lived at the 28th floor, the view from the balcony is fantastic. But when we arrived at the hotel nobody came to help us with the bags, that's a big minus.

It was a really nice experience. Hotel is eco friendly, laidback, chill and we explored a lot of nature and plants even within the hotel itself. They are an inclusive employer employing special needs employees too, which is perfect for me who has an autistic child, for a hotel that understands. The swimming pool has a waterfall feature using water from a natural stream. It was cold and so wonderfull! Overall the place really surprised me.

Parklane suite is on a seperate side of the hotel compound. It not the most convenient especially when its rainy season in Singapore at this time of the year. Staff attitudes differs greatly. Some are very nice and some are nonchalant. Appliances in the room are new and of good quality. Furnishing is old though.

Very satisfied! I requested twin beds and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodated us. It's right opposite Haji Lane. Our room was on the fourth floor, and the pool and gym are also on the fourth-floor terrace. From the terrace, you can see Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer~
