Hi, for all who’s searching for CAR PARK, please park at the nearest one raffles place during the weekends. It’s literally a life saver. It’s a flat rate. (yall will thank me) DO NOT PARK AT HONGLEONG BUILDING. The building is outside the MRT. Super awesome location. Love it. Slightly old on the interiors but so far all is very well maintained. Didn’t try the breakfast tho.

Amazing stay at Ascott Raffles Place Singapore! The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly professional and welcoming, and the suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Highly recommended!

Our stay was exceptional. The spacious room and suite offered complete amenities. We successfully hosted my brother's fiancée's 30th birthday celebration, comfortably accommodating several guests. The speakers could be improved and the aircon really needs a revamp as it was warm suddenly!

hosted our daughter's first bday party in the finlayson suite. probably the best room type thanks to the huge space. the staffs were friendly and helpful however on the last day we felt like the non local receptionist wasn't really nice at check out. otherwise all else was good. we truly enjoyed our stay.

When I come to Singapore lately I stay at Ascott Raffles Place. Great location (3 minutes walk to Lau Pa Sat, 15 minutes walk to Marina Bay), well-equipped apartments, 5-star hotel service. I want to thank our housekeeper Ryan for the efficiency, quality of cleaning and pleasant surprises. A quick note about the concierge: when I asked for help booking a table at the restaurant, he refused to help me, citing the fact that the restaurant is located in a hotel not owned by the Ascott chain. This is strange, as I would like to receive more support from management.

Didn't clean the room in the first day
I couldnt find any info on how to reach front desk or catering from my room via land phone
Food ordered via Grab was left at 1F entrance
Ascoot Orchard concierge can deliver food to my room directly
Clear instructions in the room for how to contact front desk
