The location is excellent — very close to the MRT, which made getting around super convenient. However, the staff were quite strict and not very friendly; they looked rather stern and did not allow any late check-out at all. The room came with two bottles of drinking water per day. The soundproofing wasn’t great — I could hear people talking in the hallway and even bathroom sounds from other rooms. The air conditioning was extremely cold, and the hairdryer only worked for about 30 seconds before shutting off, as if it was intentionally limited to short intervals. The bed was very small, just enough for one person, but at least it was comfortable. Basic amenities like liquid soap and tissues were provided. Despite the issues, I still slept comfortably every night. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if you prioritize location, but there are several comfort factors that could be improved.
