Worst stay EVER.If can, will give no star, if not for the location. Wet walls. Wet walkway. Wet floors. Complaint not attended to. Whole room wet to due leakage from ceiling. Finally on the last day they changed my room! Ceiling lights act weirdly. Shuts off and on by itself.

Booking deluxe executive room, the highest category in this hotel and end up in a small room w/o mini fridge, I request for a fridge during my booking because I really need it, book 2 months in advance but end up very disappointed, staff not helpful and very noisy in the morning because my room next to the store room, and can hear noise like people’s are knocking the door in the morning and it’s irritating, won’t stay here again and it’s not cheap for my room because of the category , there’s so many more choices with that kind of rate 😩

The room was decently clean and the location was very convenient. The receptionist was polite and kind but do take note that you have to prepare SGD50 for the room deposit in cash.
