Excellent location in the center of the pedestrian street. Excellent breakfast and service in the hotel.Recommended!!!

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done. 

This is by far the most unpleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Its only positive point is its proximity to the tourist area, making it convenient for souvenir shopping. First, the hotel gave the wrong address. Even the address on their door didn't match the one on their email website. When I arrived, they didn't answer my phone calls. I finally found the hotel by comparing photos one by one. When I checked in, the staff just said, ”Oh, really? That's strange!” The room reeked of formaldehyde, and there were male hairs on the tableware, blankets, and door. The bathroom had poor water pressure, switching randomly between boiling hot and ice cold. The shower was incredibly cramped. On weekend nights, the bar across from the hotel blasted loud music until 4 a.m., and there was vomit at my doorstep in the morning. How dare a hotel like this claim to be a four-star hotel?! It's a complete scam, like a small private inn. On the first day of our two-night stay, we only had one bottle of water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. Is water really that expensive? The room was very hot for some reason. There was a blower sound in the next room from the moment I checked in. There was no water in the room.

Have a great time with your sister! Very tasty and diverse breakfasts, pleasant and friendly staff. The room is excellent, everything clean, new, stylish! They took the paid group training “Healthy back” in the hall (it's great that there are such activities all day), but the trainer didn't like it. In the rest, everything is perfect.

Excellent location and very, very luxurious breakfasts. I have stayed in many hotels in Kazan, but I would especially like to mention the breakfasts here.

The hotel is very convenient. You can get to the Koltso shopping center without going outside and stock up on essentials and groceries. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the center of town, yet the room is completely silent from the street! The room is huge, and there's a sauna included in the price. We loved everything!

A good hotel with a convenient location. Unfortunately, the parking is very cramped, literally dangerous for large cars, but it's good that it's available. The mattresses are not designed for people weighing over 80kg, and the pillows are a three out of five. There's room for improvement in this regard.

The environment is quite nice, the heating system is very good, the service is excellent, and it's quiet at night. It's close to the Kremlin tourist attraction, and transportation is convenient; you can walk a few hundred meters to a bustling area. However, the price is a bit high.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. Just 200 meters to the Kremlin's street just over a kilometer. The rooms are not the smallest. There is a table with a soul and two chairs with a table. Good breakfast on the first floor. Free parking or in this area stop signs are forbidden everywhere.Frequently the cards are demagnetic and the cleaner does not notice that the toilet paper will soon end. Everything in the carpet is therefore quite quiet.
