GGuest UserThe hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

AAfridonmyownThis is by far the most unpleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Its only positive point is its proximity to the tourist area, making it convenient for souvenir shopping.
First, the hotel gave the wrong address. Even the address on their door didn't match the one on their email website. When I arrived, they didn't answer my phone calls. I finally found the hotel by comparing photos one by one. When I checked in, the staff just said, ”Oh, really? That's strange!”
The room reeked of formaldehyde, and there were male hairs on the tableware, blankets, and door. The bathroom had poor water pressure, switching randomly between boiling hot and ice cold. The shower was incredibly cramped.
On weekend nights, the bar across from the hotel blasted loud music until 4 a.m., and there was vomit at my doorstep in the morning.
How dare a hotel like this claim to be a four-star hotel?!
It's a complete scam, like a small private inn.
On the first day of our two-night stay, we only had one bottle of water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. Is water really that expensive?
The room was very hot for some reason. There was a blower sound in the next room from the moment I checked in. There was no water in the room.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much. Clean, excellent design, super rooms, breakfasts very much liked, location is also good. But most of all I liked the staff, a very good team, helped in all requests (even non-standard) and tried to make staying in the hotel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely choose the hotel on the next trip

Все было бы отлично, если бы не 1 инцидент: на завтраке 25.09. в ресторане 1 из посетительниц сначала громко разговаривала по телефону , но это еще можно было потерпеть, если бы она не стала проводить конфколл ( собеседование) по ноутбуку прямо посреди ресторана. На просьбу на рецепшен ( менеджера в ресторане не было) сделать «даме» замечание этого не делать, мы получили ответ , что это не запрещено. Не запрещено что- не мешать другим посетителям завтракать!? Для подобных мероприятий есть бизнес-центр или специально отведенная зона.

SSergey PodolskThe hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. Just 200 meters to the Kremlin's street just over a kilometer. The rooms are not the smallest. There is a table with a soul and two chairs with a table. Good breakfast on the first floor. Free parking or in this area stop signs are forbidden everywhere.Frequently the cards are demagnetic and the cleaner does not notice that the toilet paper will soon end. Everything in the carpet is therefore quite quiet.

OOlga818We loved everything! It's beautiful, everything is gilded, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a great variety, and it's super convenient to be right at the airport with an indoor walkway to the terminal.
