The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often.
Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed.
Location is great!
Breakfast was really good!

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet.
A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay.
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is also option for breakfast and nice bar inside the hotel. The room is clean and enough facilities. I really enjoy staying here.

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

Ctrip's fast 900 does not include an early loft room. In fact, the price has been reduced a lot before moving in. This low price guarantee is really bad. In addition, as a boutique hotel ranked No. 1 on TripAdvisor, the service is really speechless. Arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, no one at the front desk, after a while, people said that the room was not good, understandable, went out for lunch, temporary heavy rain, did not bring an umbrella, back to the hotel wet in the rain, it was already two in the afternoon Point, the front desk of the hotel didn't even check the computer to see the status of the room, and directly said that there is no room, or you can go to the restaurant at the back for a drink. As a result, the coffee is charged, not the hotel prepared for the wet waiting guests. In addition, the shortcomings of the boutique hotel are fully reflected in this hotel. In the toilet, press the flush button, and the water will reach the body. There is a towel rack for hanging clothes on the toilet paper towel, but hanging the washed clothes will make the paper towel wet. It was all very to our satisfaction. The location is perfect, you are in a few minutes on the beach or at the restaurant. Breakfast was whatever good, especially waa with it. Your staff were very friendly and helpful, where may even be in our rooms earlier.
