We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. 400 meters to the central square, 300 meters to a street with numerous restaurants, and 150 meters to two large grocery stores. The room looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was brand new, even the carpet was spotless. The bed was large with a good mattress. Although our windows overlooked a busy three-lane highway, the noise in the room wasn't very noticeable. However, we did have a view of the main stele with the flag. The windows were a bit dirty, though. We were very pleased with the breakfast in the restaurant. A wide selection of dishes, including sliced ​​fish. Coffee is made to order on a professional coffee machine and delivered to your table (free of charge). The restaurant is located on the top two floors with panoramic views of the city. On the ground floor there's a currency exchange office and a café.

This was a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the experience here. The receptionist spoke good English and provided excellent service!

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

The breakfast was varied with a lot of choice. As a traveler I felt well and safe. The reception was always occupied and friendly. In the hotel room it was a little noisy through ventilators from outside, but I could change the room. There is a supermarket, many cafes. I am very satisfied!

The room is clean and hygienic, mountain view room, beautiful scenery, the room price is a little expensive, there is a horse and chicken at your own expense, free swimming pool, swimming trunks are required

The location is convenient, and the Chinese-speaking service is a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with all the necessary amenities. The authentic breakfast, with congee and small dishes, instantly soothed my 'Chinese stomach'. Overall, the attention to detail made my international trip feel like a comforting homecoming. Highly recommended for Chinese travelers, it's excellent value for money!

The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier? Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.

The room was clean and tidy and bright, and the breakfast quality was very good. The time was later than the Chinese hotel. 7-10, if the flight time was a little rushed, it should be simple to pack a little.

Friendly staff. Check-in/out process was efficient and fast. Room/breakfast was basic but great value for the amount paid. Not exactly in the prime sight-seeing area but that is offset by their relatively affordable local ride hailing service and the walkable distance to multiple dining options and convenience stores.
