My stay at Pousada Alto de Montanha was truly unforgettable. It’s an amazing place—peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. É um lugar incrível — tranquilo, silencioso e perfeitamente isolado do barulho da cidade, cercado por uma natureza exuberante. O ambiente é ideal para quem busca relaxar e recarregar as energias. O anfitrião foi excepcional: sempre alegre, acolhedor e genuinamente simpático, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. A comida foi outro ponto alto — tudo estava delicioso, especialmente o café da manhã, que era simplesmente incrível e claramente preparado com carinho. Not bad, every time I come here, I will set it here. Invincible sea view, you can see the sunrise, many people are swimming and sunbathing on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays. The recommended choice of the last number of two beds is 00 or 11. The room is bigger.

The hotel is located on main street with food access to the big bridge that connects the villa velha. Not so far away is little favela but if you go the city is a good area. The hotel is designed in 2000 year style so is not super modern but is not vintage. The wet sauna and small swimming pool is a plus. View from the 4th floor is half residents buildings and half mountain, which is the best spot for a picture in the hotel.

The location is good and the room is spacious and bright. Good health

Hotel has already a high cost and still charge 10% service charge above the daily value... wonderful view but does not compensate cost benefit
