My stay at Pousada Alto de Montanha was truly unforgettable. It’s an amazing place—peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I will definitely be coming back again. Minha estadia na Pousada Alto de Montanha foi verdadeiramente inesquecível. É um lugar incrível — tranquilo, silencioso e perfeitamente isolado do barulho da cidade, cercado por uma natureza exuberante. O ambiente é ideal para quem busca relaxar e recarregar as energias. O anfitrião foi excepcional: sempre alegre, acolhedor e genuinamente simpático, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. A comida foi outro ponto alto — tudo estava delicioso, especialmente o café da manhã, que era simplesmente incrível e claramente preparado com carinho. Um aspecto que realmente se destacou foi a flexibilidade e a disposição para ajudar os hóspedes. Mesmo que o Trip.com afirme que as reservas não podem ser alteradas, a pousada foi prestativa e ajudou a fazer ajustes quando necessário, o que demonstra seu compromisso com um ótimo serviço. Recomendo fortemente este lugar para quem busca uma escapada tranquila. Com certeza voltarei.

Not bad, every time I come here, I will set it here. Invincible sea view, you can see the sunrise, many people are swimming and sunbathing on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays. The recommended choice of the last number of two beds is 00 or 11. The room is bigger.

The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception. The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out. However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was. In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

The location is good and the room is spacious and bright. Good health
