Not a bad stay at hotel Torifito. Conveniently located near the famous shopping street. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast could have had better options also the coffee from the only coffee machine tasted quite cheap. Room was OK with all the basics. Overall a good stay.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station, which is four monorail stops from the airport. It's in the same building as a Don Quijote supermarket, with a direct back entrance to the supermarket on the second floor, which is incredibly handy. The front desk lobby is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and Okinawan specialty liquor. There's also a beautiful fountain outside the lobby.
Cons: The breakfast selection was very limited, and by the end, I found myself running out of things to eat.
The location was very convenient close to the Kokusai Dori street and if you come by the car there is a parking next to the hotel that cost only 1,200 Yen 24 hours Maximum or park at the hotel cost 1,650 Yen per 24 hours in and out anytime but first come first serve. I stay here total 4 night it was excellent.

There is a family mart on the ground floor so it made buying desserts very easy!
The room appears to be well-maintained and you can adjust the intensity of lights by turning the buttons. Sometimes I just want a dim light before sleep so it feels really great to have that :)
Most importantly, the room was so spacious! I was able to fit my luggage and shopping bags in the room.
Overall, i have a really nice stay here!

The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor for quietness and a good view. Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer.
The location and the fact that the hotel was new and clean were definitely the standout points.
One area that could be improved is the parking process. I had to repeatedly keep and present the same parking slip multiple times just to park and retrieve the car. It felt unnecessarily cumbersome - ideally, there should only be a single verification at the car park lift, rather than additional checks at the driveway or again at reception during check-out.
In terms of amenities, the hotel is good overall, but it could be even better with the addition of a coin-operated laundry area. I may have been slightly spoiled by the hotel I stayed at earlier in Chatan, where each room came with its own washing machine and even included two packets of laundry detergent.

The room was clean and spacious enough to fit our checked luggage, even for a family of three, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel breakfast area is small, but thankfully the variety is quite good, and you can definitely get a full meal. They also offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. On our first day, a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member checked us in and explained everything thoroughly, even finding a three-prong adapter for me. Communication was seamless and very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Naha bus station, making transportation easy, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The hotel's furnishings are excellent, but the decor style is quite average – it really doesn't match the quality of the soft furnishings. Our room even came with a Refa hairdryer, a straightener, and a curling iron. The location is just okay; it's surrounded by hostess clubs, but on the bright side, there are a lot of great food options nearby.
「A hotel perfect for solo adult travelers looking to recharge in peace.」
It’s not flashy, but it's high-quality and incredibly relaxing. It strikes the perfect balance between a business hotel and a luxury one.
✴︎ What I loved:
① The incredibly calming atmosphere
* The room design is simple and refined.
* The soft lighting creates a wonderful relaxing ambiance at night.
* Even alone, it doesn't feel lonely; it's perfect for focusing on ”me time.”
② Excellent location
* Easily accessible from Yui Rail Naha Airport.
* Kokusai Street is within walking distance, making it ideal for a casual stroll out at night.
* Suitable for both leisure and business trips.
③ Sophisticated hotel vibe
* Quiet and comfortable.
* Being able to gaze at the night view and simply unwind was, subtly, the best part.
* You don't feel out of place even when traveling solo.

The hotel location os really good.
The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues.
The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean.
The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room.
It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm.
The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould.
We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness.
Thank you.

Great
AArnold Z CruzI chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great but it has a few key flaws. First off, breakfast requires you to join a queueing system and you might be waiting 30+ minutes for a slot to become available. The elevators are always busy and quite dirty. You have 1 parasol and 1 chair included for the beach, I found it really cheap and unpleasant that they didn’t offer at least 2. Everything else is great but I suggest you improve on the above.
AAlyseChukzThe environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.
RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.
Yyan128This place is very beautiful, the room is independent, there is a terrace, you can clearly see the stars, you can see the Galaxy that night. From the airport directly to the accommodation, take a taxi 4100, 30 minutes. There is a western restaurant near the accommodation. It is very recommended. The landlord has prepared a perfect restaurant information map , Very intimate. Very exquisite and attentive B&B, highly recommended
AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.
VVets123It was a pleasant stay with ANA. The beach , swimming pool facilities are excellent. It would have been better if they extend the opening hours of the pool, they are only open until 6.
They also have a bouncy castle slides at the beach but it costs 4000 yen for adult or child. A bit overpriced I think for child.
The breakfast is good but the hotel is a bit old but acceptable. If u r looking for a not super fancy stay, this hotel is a good choice.
MMin Jong LeeLocation
The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.
Room Quality
On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable
JJingziwuliuqiThe hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful. I booked a twin room, but the empty space wasn't very large. I had to push the two beds together to make enough room to open my suitcase. However, the room facilities were very comprehensive: a large balcony with two chairs and a table. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel shop sells diapers, so if you're traveling with a baby, you don't need to go out to buy them. I particularly want to praise the sea area; the water was shallow in the afternoon, and I swam around within the safe zone, encountering six different types of fish, which was fantastic. The hotel has many steps, but also plenty of ramps and elevators, making it suitable for strollers. Beach loungers are paid for by the full day or afternoon; there's no option for just the morning. The laundry room was a letdown, though. While there were many washing machines and dryers, they were quite old, and about a quarter of them were out of order.
