I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Aryan, who served us during both breakfast and dinner. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable and memorable. The food was excellent, and the service consistently exceeded expectations. Thank you to Aryan and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it. On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety. However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest. While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.

Excellent hotel  Best location you can get food around the area  Goofd restaurants and street food too  Very very clean and spacious rooms.  Service was an excellent  TEJAS helped us a lot  Best part was he let us check in so early in the morning. We enjoyed our brief stay at the Spree Hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff were helpful and cordial. Only thing is that the restaurant closes off at 10:30pm in the night, which might make it difficult for guests checking in late at night to procure dinner. Breakfast spread was nice, there were a lot of options and food quality was maintained at a good standard.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Hotel is convinient, 10 mins uber ride to phoenix mall,   A variety of different cuisine available in hotel. Affordable room service, however not consistent in giving in house guest discount, must tell them. Will come back if I next come Pune ….
