Good location, nearby fukui station, lot of restaurants surronding. Room was very clean, exceptionally clean in bathroom, with plenty of space, but the design was not quite making good use of space. The hotel provides free late night snack at restaurant and welcome snacks & drinks in room.

The experience of Zen meditation and the service was very good. The vegetarian food was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was an experience worth more than the price.

I came to Fukui for the first time because of a concert. The venue was not convenient for transportation, so I booked this hotel next to Tsuruga Station. I didn't expect the living experience to be very good. The hotel facilities are very new, the front desk service is very good, and the room is spacious and clean. It is very close to the station and there are many dining options around. You can walk to Kehi Jingu or take the bus to other attractions. If you choose to avoid cleaning, you can also receive store coupons, which are just right for buying specialties. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose to stay here again.

I stayed in a standard twin room. The room was clean, the amenities were adequate, and there was a table and chair next to the bed, as well as a large mirror, so I was able to stay comfortably. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I was very happy. The hotel staff were also kind, and were happy to accept my family's breakfast order, as they had stayed at another hotel at short notice, so we were able to all enjoy a delicious breakfast together. This hotel locates next to the JR Fukui station, which is quite important because the required public transportation for tourists are all start from here, including the bus, JR, and local railway. However, you can tell this hotel is quite old and only has refrained limited part such as the wall paper, which does not mean much to me. The air condition is not cooling, the toilet flush leaks frequently, these points are not often seen for a hotel in Japan. The hotel offer free breakfast like some of the business hotel.

New hotel, spa really nice. Spacious and modern room. Staff was nice. The problem is that parking area is a bit small, people mainly use cars and risk to not get a space is high. Same for breakfast, small area compared to hotel numbers so you may have to wait. But overall experience is super nice.

The room was compact but very clean. It was reasonably priced and I was very satisfied. This time I only stayed overnight, but next time I'd like to include meals. 🍽️

There are two Oedo on Awahara Hot Spring Street, this one is on the mountain. The hotel looks not small in size and there are outdoor campsites. The decoration is a bit old, the room is still opened with a key, and the bed is a bit small. The hot springs are also divided into outdoor and indoors and free drinks and alcoholic drinks, as well as sticks. There are also free drinks in the lobby. It is the buffet that I personally think is average. It may be the taste that the Japanese like. I personally don't adapt. I went to the wrong hotel at the beginning. The lobby manager of the hotel under the mountain immediately arranged a hotel shuttle for me. Although the two hotels are very close, the climb is still a bit tired. The hotel has a welcome bus and needs a 50 yen cabbage price. Overall, the price is not bad.

A cosy hotel with really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was a little small compared to what we have been used to. But the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hotel staff made up for everything. Air conditioning on the first night was a little hot (we went to Fukui in the summer time), but was OK on the 2nd night. You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st). The hotel thoughtfully provided a laundry drying rack so you can dry laundry in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam (made with Royal Jelly) made my hair really soft and manageable! Very convenient to drive to Tojinbo Cliffs too!

The room is small and exquisite. The hotel has a hot spring to experience. The breakfast is good. The hotel service is also great. It is also close to the station. It can be recommended.
