The location of the hostel in views of the Bucht of Praia da Vitória is very good. The rooms are clean and lovely furnished. The service is very friendly, but not around the hour on the ground (a telephone number is still deposited). The rooms are equipped with all necessary, but quality and cleanness in the community kitchen are only provided.

The staff at Passal Hostel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and overall everything looks very new and well maintained. The breakfast was also great. I can only recommend the hostel.

Big room, big bathroom. Very clean. Hotel is excellent, comfortable, good location, next to you are restaurants, breakfast is delicious, staff is very polite and cute. A little rigid bed for me, but it is a taste matter. Of course I recommend.

Facilities: The shower has a full amount of water hahaha; the air conditioner is very cool! Service: staff is very good and welcoming; breakfast is also very rich Hygienic: clean Environment: very quiet; a little distance from the central area, but not far; I went alone, I felt safer; I also met a French brother, he spoke English very well hahahaha, chatted happily for a while

The hotel room was spacious and equipped with two large beds. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. The mattresses were a little too hard for our taste. The parking space is unfortunately not large enough for all guests, so we had to park on the street several times. A mirror at the exit would be helpful because of the limited view. The pool is beautiful, but not heated. Breakfast was good and offered a large selection. The hotel restaurant is only open at three evenings a week, but there are enough alternatives in the village.

I had an excellent stay at Island Bliss. I was there for only one night, during a 19-hour layover in Ponta Delgada. The dorm room I stayed in was super comfortable, each bed having a lamp, 2 outlets, and a towel free of charge (which most places don't offer without a fee). The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty of room. Everything was very smooth. Self check-in is excellent and very convenient, especially since I was arriving late at night. I didn't end up using the kitchen, but it seemed well-organized and clean as I passed through it. After checking out, I was able to stay in the main seating area and download some shows for the plane, which was very nice of the owner. I should clarify that I stayed here in the off-season, which might be why I was allowed to stay after my check-out. I didn't have much time to explore Ponta Delgada, but it seemed to be a good spot, near several restaurants and botanical gardens. I would easily recommend this place to travelers, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at!
