Booked a standard queen room,Room is clean and love the garden view. Basic stuff were provided but no bath robe just towels. We had good sleep because it was quiet and ac temperature was great.We had buffet breakfast,had great variety of Pilipino food to enjoy.

Loved the spacious pool area, which was perfectly for a relaxing afternon. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes. Will definitely coming back and highly recommended. I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.

We stayed in a club room on the 15th floor! Excellent service and living conditions! There's a constant stream of people in the lobby on the ground floor, as it's a historic hotel. The breakfast was good, but the room was a bit dark. The pool was crowded, noisy, and uncomfortable. We highly recommend spending at least one night in Manila's very first hotel!

Not accomodating specially the front desk when I arrive at before 12 noon😔 I know check out time and busy but the way she answered my question she say go to a line which is not my question.

Enjoyed our holyweek staycation in a very quiet Makati. There is an ongoing mall construction across the street but it was a holiday so no issues. The staff are nice. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice big pool might need an update soon, need more lights at night.

Staying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila. The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.
