Subject: Feedback on Staff Training and Late Check-out Protocol We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie). However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight. Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence. Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus.

I recently stayed at Belmont Manila Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport or the nearby malls and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, although I usually have to wait a little longer before being assisted. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities, even though some parts look a bit dated. The bed and overall setup made it easy to relax after a long day.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The amenities and buffet breakfast offer good value for money, though both the elevator wait times and buffet lines can get quite long, especially during peak periods like our check-in on December 24. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. My room was spotless and had a great view of the OKADA. The location is perfect—walking distance to okada and several cafes. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport and offers shuttle service, which needs to be booked in advance. It's quite noisy at night due to its proximity to the main road, especially with the sound of motorbikes. I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side, away from the road. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, but there are only about three or four dishes to choose from.

The place is clean and quiet. They changed the linens and clean the room for you everyday if you'll stay for at least 2 nights. Convenient place to stay. Breakfast is fine. It's worth it and budget friendly.

Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs. After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding. Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.

The staff are very accommodating. Cell signal is a challenge tho in the ground floor but they offer wifi connection if your booking for a ride. Rooms are clean. I love the automatic curtains they have. Their Lobby is located on the second floor, I was lost at first when locating it. LOL. Food were decent as well on their breakfast buffet.

We were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful. The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed. The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!

WWhyhI had a wonderful five‑night stay at Makati Diamond Residences, where the service stood out for being consistently attentive and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days. Its prime location in the heart of Makati made it easy to access shopping, dining, and business areas, which added great convenience to my trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that combined excellent hospitality with comfort and accessibility.

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport. Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would need. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a ****** and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

GGuest UserStayed for 4 nights over the past weekend. The connection to Ayala Mall is a plus point. The service of the restaurant staff must be commended. One of the day, the room was not cleaned up. Another day, a wet bathroom mat was placed on the sofa (yekks). The eco-green card that i placed on my sheets went missing. There is a musky smell in the corridor on some levels, esp. L5, where it is connected to the pool. Additionally, there is a sewage smell emanating from a corner of the family room. The soundproofing of the window and door is not good, I can hear noise from the corridor and from the swimming pool. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection, albeit not much change over the days.

AAnonymous UserThe place is clean and the staff were very nice. All the hotel staff we met greeted us warmly, making us feel really welcome. We checked out the bar on the 22nd floor and enjoyed the live band performance. Plus, they gave us a 10% discount as in-house guests. It was my husband's birthday, and the band even sang the birthday song - such a nice touch! The staff also wished him well, which made the stay even more special. They also provide shuttle as long as it is in Alabang area We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

GGuest UserIt was okay, you get what you pay for I guess. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beds are thin and you basically get an airport blanket for the night. Netflix didn’t work and the majority of channels on the TV were unavailable. The room only has a chiller, not a fridge, and I would argue that it didn’t chill much if anything. 3-1 shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and house keeping will wake you up every day at 8:30.
