Beth Howard De SilvaMy stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

Oh! GhiIt was an okay experience overall, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back here again.
The food was just so-so, and nothing really stood out except for the arroz caldo, which was probably the best part of our stay. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the pillows were too flat. I was already using three pillows, but I still couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.
We booked this hotel mainly because we had a last full-show movie at SM MOA and wanted to stay somewhere nearby so we could rest immediately afterward. We arrived at around 1:30 AM, but when we got to our floor, we couldn’t enter our room because the key card wasn’t working. We had to go all the way back down to the lobby to have it fixed. It turned out that our key card was only registered for one day instead of the two nights we had booked. It was a huge inconvenience, especially considering how late it was.
Overall, it was a very unfortunate experience because I had been eyeing this hotel for quite some time because of its affordable rates and convenient location. I really wanted to like our stay, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.

Guest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Ms Maria CabreraAn amazing farewell stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay! I booked a family connecting room for our friend’s farewell before heading to the US, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, cheerfully accommodating our multiple requests for bottled water. Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. We loved the seamless check-in/out, the welcome drinks, and they even waived our security deposit! The rooms were spotless, and the buffet was delicious. A truly memorable stay!

The bonus was we arrived very early. Like 8am. She told us we can check in early but it would be 2k pesos. We declined and hung out at the lounge. She told us we can check in for free at 10am.
We had a visa appt, and originally booked a cheaper hotel. We saw the reviews of the other one and decided to cancel. We saw H20 had a kiddy area with slides and splash pad, so we decided to splurge and enjoy it. We booked for 4 days. Only to find out the splash area was under construction. The pool was freezing, so my 8 month didn’t want to get in. We went to the outside one and it was smelling like a septic tank or sea lions, or something.. and could use a cleaning. we didn’t stay long.
Our fish tank was nice when the fish came, in our room But it was rare. We were the last room, so maybe they didn’t come down as much..
staff was friendly and accommodating . But when I asked if we could walk in the Aquirum since the kiddy pool was not working. They said no, it’s an extra payment. Trip gave me $39 in trip coins, that we used.
But the feeding of penguins were the same price or more to do then the actual ticket to get in.

Kristin_XWe arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome.
We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026
They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us.
At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards.
We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table.
We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it!
The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

itsreallyjaineStaying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

Guest UserMy husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake!
The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces.
The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Gen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

j.lynIt was our first time staying at Savea, and we chose it to celebrate our son’s birthday. We originally got assigned the wrong room, but the staff quickly resolved it by upgrading us to a 2-bedroom unit, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen. The pool was also very inviting and perfect for a relaxing dip. Breakfast was simple with limited selections, but it was decent enough to start the day.
Since the hotel only opened last year, there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some construction is still ongoing, and we noticed there wasn’t a telephone in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. You can definitely see the potential of the property, and we’re excited to see it once everything is fully completed. We’ll definitely be back!
