Firstly- getting from terminal 3 to this hotel can be a bit tricky with the road (gotta be brave and just cross) or you can go the longer way via the skybridge and walk down the road in Newport. The proximity either way is great even if you’re coming/going to other terminals as there is the free shuttle outside, along with other buses (we had a 4am bus to Clark airport so the proximity was ideal).
Check in was easy, the staff were lovely each time I interacted with them despite a brief stay. Check out was also super smooth & quick.
The room was clean and had everything you’d expect.
We ended up with an airport view which was pretty cool.
Can’t comment much on the services / facilities as was only there for barely a night, but the pool/gym area looked pretty cool from what we saw on a quick exploration.
Beds were comfy, shower was good. Overall recommended for staying near the airport- less so as a general Manila stay though, Newport ( this area) is mostly hotels and not much else to explore. There are multiple shops (Lawson, 7eleven) /and mostly fast food places nearby (go a few roads down for more local eats), along with pharmacies, supermarket etc.
My partner and I recently stayed here for the **second time**, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit. We decided to come back because we loved the relaxing atmosphere, and this time the experience was even better.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, which made it easy for us to rest after a long day. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the place was, making it perfect for couples who just want to relax and spend quality time together.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It felt nice to be remembered and treated warmly when we returned.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again in the future. If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing place for couples, this hotel is a great choice. Highly recommended!
I booked a Standard Queen room especially because it was advertised with a Bay View. However, upon arrival, the view from my room is blocked by a high-rise buiding under construction. After a day, I informed my concern to the reception, and I was re-assigned to another room with a better view. Thanks to the kind receptionist for this move.
Other than this event, everything was up to my expectations.
My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. Will definitely come back and recommend. Kudos to this hotel staff for maintaining the place so well! Thank you!
We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Go Hotels Ermita
Go Hotels Ermita is a decent budget-friendly option for travelers who want a convenient location without spending too much. The hotel is close to Robinsons Place Manila, several restaurants, and major Manila attractions, which makes it easy to get around.
The rooms are simple and clean, though quite small, and some amenities feel a bit basic. The air-conditioning works well, and the beds are comfortable enough for a short stay. However, noise from the surrounding area can sometimes be noticeable, and the overall maintenance of the rooms could be improved.
Service is generally polite, but response times can be slow during busy hours. The hotel doesn’t offer many on-site facilities, but for the price, it delivers a reasonably comfortable and safe stay.
Overall, Go Hotels Ermita is a practical choice if you’re looking for affordability and accessibility, but don’t expect premium comfort or full amenities.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Lime Resort Hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist us with a warm smile, which made our experience even more special.
The facilities are very Instagrammable and beautifully maintained. The ambiance of the resort is perfect for relaxing and taking great photos. The only minor downside was the bayside area due to ongoing construction, but we understand that improvements are being made.
We especially loved the buffet breakfast — it was absolutely superb! There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
We booked aquaroom and bay view twin, very accommodating staff. You get your money's worth. Rooms are clean and perfect for relaxation. Though the windows are not that clean on the bay view. We checked all sites its the cheapest to book here in Trip.com. Complimentary tickets for aqua adventure for all of us. Easy access to MOP.

Very bad experience they give you a menu for a room service and after you pay a big amount of money for your stay in the hotel, they can not provide you an adequate service room because can’t provide all the items on the menu for 2 time in a row try to order a dish but never available and the answer was ( but you can order something else if you want) , I said I’m sorry but paying big money for staying in 5 star hotel I demand the service , and you have to guarantee that to your clients, I been in many of the 5 star hotels around in the area and honestly I never had any problems , also the house keeping I asked to make up my room with new bedding but they didn’t leaving and just adjusting the same one without cleaning also , when you arrive at the hotel and get the key room they demand a bond of staying , I believe yes will be correct but the other 5 star hotel in the area doesn’t do it and at least provide an adequate wonderful service for the money you spent to stay and not like this hotel who just make you pay big bills for nothing with really bad staying experience.
I’ve been in this hotel 3 times in 2025 it always is good the staff are great & always really friendly it’s like a second home to me I’ve been using it for 4 years now when in Manila & breakfast and meals is always excellent

MMariCris TI am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

GGuest UserOur stay at Alpha Suites was truly enjoyable and comfortable. We booked a room that was suitable for a family, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home. It was ideal for families who need enough space to move around, rest, and enjoy quality time together.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well prepared, and offered a good variety of choices. There were options for both adults and kids, which made breakfast stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. Everything was served warm and replenished regularly, showing good attention to quality and freshness.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were polite and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Alpha Suites is a great option for families looking for a comfortable stay, good amenities, and a satisfying breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families as well.

KKayczeeHere is a **more professional and polished English review**:
Our stay at Acacia Hotel was pleasant overall. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment.
However, during our stay, the hotel conducted its annual electrical and door lock reset from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which required us to leave the room and spend time at the mall. While we understand the importance of routine maintenance, it would have been more appropriate if this had been communicated prior to payment or reservation confirmation.
Additionally, offering alternative arrangements or some form of consideration, such as a discount or added service, would have helped maintain guest comfort and satisfaction during this inconvenience.
Overall, Acacia Hotel is a good place to stay, but clearer advance communication and better guest accommodation during maintenance activities would greatly enhance the experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel had a strange smell, and the windows couldn't be opened! There was no ventilation, and the hotel is really old. I recommend everyone to avoid staying here! There's a Hilton and Sheraton nearby, which I'm sure are much better. This hotel isn't even as good as an all-season hotel in China, and the breakfast was also (the review cuts off here).
