It was a good stay at Grand Westside Hotel. It was a weekend stay so I expect it to be busy. I queued for about 30 mins and another 30 mins at the reception because the other connecting room I booked wasn’t ready yet. I arrived at around 2:30 pm and checked in past 3:30 pm. They only gave one room, but promised to give the keycards for the other room asap but they gave it so late, it was around 6pm. They offered to give us late check out until 1pm next day. But I think it’s not compensated fairly.
I also emailed ahead for a complimentary cake for our Wedding Anniversary, and request it also upon check in and said they will have it deliver to our room next day, but no complimentary cake received. I’m a bit dismayed.
Overall, i’ll give it a 7.5/10. An improvement for the customer service is needed.
Everything is good. The buffet breakfast is okay too. Location is near terminal 3 its convenient if you have flights in terminal 3. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep.

This was our third stay at Kingsford, and once again, we had a great experience. We booked a Superior Twin Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although we weren’t assigned a city-view room this time, the relaxing river view was just as lovely. We’re hoping to get a higher-floor room on our next visit. We also enjoyed spending time at Zabana Bar in the lobby, which has a charming retro vibe. The poolside bar was another highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were excellent, and being beside the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the restaurant, and we were impressed by how spacious, cozy, and elegant it was. Special thanks as well to the nurse who was available 24/7 and promptly attended to our medical needs. Their care and assistance made our stay even more comfortable and reassuring.

The room and sheets were clean, and the location was very convenient since it is just within walking distance of Robinsons, making it easy to grab snacks or buy necessities. However, the room felt a bit cramped because the toilet and bath are positioned near the entrance. The main concern was the lack of soundproofing, as loud voices from nearby rooms could easily be heard, especially during afternoon and evening rest hours, which made it quite disturbing. For our 3 nights stay, they didnt replenish our toiletries/amenities. We requested for a room make up but they have they’re time limit for it, so they just change our towels instead as requested. Overall, we had our great stay since most of the time we are out.
We recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit.
I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in.
The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.
My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. Will definitely come back and recommend. Kudos to this hotel staff for maintaining the place so well! Thank you!

Staying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila.
The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated its consistency over time. I previously stayed here in 2018 and 2019, and I observed that the overall quality remains stable. The facilities and ambiance are still well maintained, which reflects good management. The service quality is also consistent. The staff are professional, responsive, and attentive to guest needs. The breakfast experience was a highlight. The food quality is good, and there is a decent variety of options available.
Overall, this hotel continues to deliver reliable service and a comfortable stay.
It is a good choice for travelers who value consistency and quality.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone.
The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded.
Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely.
The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor.
Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets.
Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night.
Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and the hotel felt very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is super convenient since you don't even need to go outside. Newport Mall has tons of dining and entertainment options and is very upscale, considered the most high-end mall in the Philippines.

SSAGERISTI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay.
The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.
GGuest UserIt was a lovely experience overall, and the staff were genuinely so nice and welcoming. The only hiccup was the check-in time. Trip.com listed it as 2:00 PM, but it's actually 3:00 PM at the hotel. I had to shift my business errands around because of the one-hour difference.
