The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was super fast. They even proactively asked about our travel plans and thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and dining spots, sending us detailed directions. The location is excellent too, just a few dozen meters' walk from the night market and a ten-minute walk to the beach. There are many attractions nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and daily life. If I ever visit this city again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

The environment is good. The hotel lobby is easy to find, and the front desk service is very good. I like they for helping with invoices. The room is clean and the bedding is also very comfortable. The facilities are complete, which is very convenient for travel.

This hotel is centrally located in Shijiazhuang, and the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is quite basic, but the cleanliness and attention to detail are excellent. The essential facilities are all there, making it a standard four-star hotel. The price is very reasonable, offering great value for money, especially for business trips.

What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a 'home away from home' in Shijiazhuang, a sanctuary where I can let my guard down and rest peacefully. The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Laohushi Beach. You step right out of the hotel onto the sand and into the sea, making it incredibly convenient to catch both sunrise and sunset. The hotel's decor is exquisite and creates a great ambiance. The 'Ocean City Love Theme' is very whimsical and kid-friendly. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was really comfortable. I'm very satisfied!

A good hotel..just a few guests saying bad words in English in the hallway for their amusement.. otherwise it's clean and near the station

Hotel location is very good to find, the high speed is there, parking is convenient, and there are charging piles. There are supermarkets around, shopping is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated and very high-grade. There is also a gym, you can exercise your body. In the morning, there are early, porridge, soy milk, eggs, corn, and pies that are freshly made in the pot, which is very in line with my taste. The service is also super warm, praise.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn store when I visited Shijiazhuang for the first time, I liked it so much I always stay here. Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life. I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout and comfortable accommodations. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, and I slept very well. The bathroom facilities were complete, the water pressure and temperature were stable, and the hot water came on quickly. The hotel's location is convenient, with complete surrounding amenities. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time.
