The hotel is falling apart, we used to love this hotel back in 2013, and in 2018 but now in 2024 it is not to the standards as it used to be. The toilet was broken, the airco had to be fixed. And the wifi wasn't working properly. Also we had problems with our door. And it was such a shame that people were smoking in the hotel, it was to be smelled everywhere, it was a pity, really! On the other hand, and to be positive, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast had a lot of food (buffet). And your not far from Cangzhou station, your also near a mall with great nightlife and dances, the hotel architecture looks FANTASTIC on the exterior and personally also the interior (only the lobby). It looks like a palace. They also have ammenties such as stores, restaurants, gym, etc... If I were to improve upon this hotel, I would suggest to maintain the hotel rooms, hallways, and to have the hotel more alive, as I saw several shops closed as in not operating anymore. Everything summed up, should you stay in this hotel? Well it depends, if you are willing to put up with all this negativity, then go ahead! But if you NEED your device for working abroad, then try to find another hotel, such as holiday inn in the same city. It all sounds super exciting but it also comes with negativity. Hope this helps!

A very satisfying skiing experience. The hotel environment is very good and convenient. It has two restaurants and hot springs. You can basically stay at home after skiing. The key point to emphasize is that the attitude and ability of the service staff throughout the whole process are in place! I brought the snowboard and snowshoes given by a friend that day, but before going on the snow, I found that the shoes and the board did not match, and they were old. The girl who rented snow equipment on site was very enthusiastic but still couldn't fix it. Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

I stayed for two nights. It was a clean, warm and cozy room. The location was excellent since it only took me 5mins to walk to the ski area. Recommended for those who doesn’t drive. The price to travel down to the village cost me CNY30 and CNY50 to the train station by taxi. There’s a bus stop at the hotel that departs every 30mins cost only CNY3 to the village.

The hotel facilities are all new, the rooms are large and spacious, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the breakfast is rich. I want to start from the welcome in this hotel, at check-in I was welcomed by KARA, the best welcome I have ever received in China, a very kind and professional person with splendid spoken English, he really fulfilled my every request for the rest, truly wonderful hotel, majestic in its external structure, splendid and elegant in its furnishings, my room on the twenty-first floor, spectacular with a view of the golf course. Spacious, elegant and refined room and everything spotless. I ordered a dinner in the room and in a few minutes I received everything, very good. Highly recommended!!

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.
