You can definitely relieve the fatigue of trekking in the main area by swimming in the hotel... The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is cheap and the breakfast is good.

loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.

We made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast

A truly delightful family-friendly stay with a super-fast check-in. Our room offered stunning mountain views, and we could even spot a church. At 6:20 AM, we stood on the balcony and witnessed the breathtaking 'Golden Peaks' as the morning sun illuminated them – an absolutely perfect and memorable highlight of our stay. Breakfast had an impressive variety, tasted delicious, and catered perfectly to my preferences. Overall, the hotel facilities were excellent, with the only minor hiccup being the shower's water temperature, which was a bit difficult to regulate; everything else was fantastic. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna. The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. After hesitating between the popular tourist hotel and other options for a long time, I stumbled upon this hotel's photos of the golden sunrise over the snow-capped mountains on Taobao. It was indeed stunning! The location is just a short distance to the left and slightly in front of the popular hotel, with unobstructed views. It's a bit of a walk from the town bus stop, uphill, about 15-20 minutes with luggage. We strolled along, enjoying the scenery as we went. The receptionist was kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early. Our room faced the snow-capped mountains directly, and we were able to capture the golden sunrise from our balcony the next morning. Breakfast was simple but freshly made, and the restaurant also offered beautiful mountain views. Overall, it was great value for money.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃
