A truly delightful family-friendly stay with a super-fast check-in. Our room offered stunning mountain views, and we could even spot a church. At 6:20 AM, we stood on the balcony and witnessed the breathtaking 'Golden Peaks' as the morning sun illuminated them – an absolutely perfect and memorable highlight of our stay. Breakfast had an impressive variety, tasted delicious, and catered perfectly to my preferences. Overall, the hotel facilities were excellent, with the only minor hiccup being the shower's water temperature, which was a bit difficult to regulate; everything else was fantastic. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. 酒店就在網紅酒店Rooms hotel的前面，前台給升級了一間山景房，看卡茲別克的角度稍微比Rooms矮一點，但是價格也就是三分之一，性價比很高，基本上都是外國人。門口停車位不多，路邊晚上可停，一層的酒吧紅酒價格相比小鎮比較高，早餐夠吃。缺點的話，沒有電梯，搬行李上下樓，熱水應該供水能力不足，晚上大家都洗澡時候水是涼的，下午和早晨都是熱的，卡茲別克挺涼快的，白天洗一個晚上不用洗了。圖三酒店後面樹林中亮燈的就是Rooms，其實都離教堂很遠，手機拍不出啥。

If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive. Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK. We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃
