I had the most beautiful stay in Jianshui. The hotel was clean, bright and very comfortable. The hospitality was fantastic, which as a solo traveller I was very grateful for. I was given tea and fruit on arrival and the laoban introduced me to all the key spots in Jianshui and sent me recommendations of food spots too. I was given a delicious breakfast with some of the best congee I've had in China! I really felt at home. The location is fantastic, right in the old town on a beautiful side street with a peaceful quaint atmosphere. The hotel also organised a taxi to take me onto my next destination - thank you both for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The Kaleidoscope room is truly amazing! You can capture the chimney night view right from the balcony, and the most stunning surprise was on the day we left – I opened the curtains and saw the sunrise, it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff's service attitude was also excellent. I accidentally scraped another car while parking, and they quickly helped resolve it. They even gave us two complimentary breakfasts afterward. I'm truly grateful; this hotel is genuinely fantastic. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the scenic area for photos, but the Dongfengyun Scenic Area is only really suitable for taking pictures; we finished exploring in half an hour. By 3 PM, we were so bored we just watched TV at the hotel. If I hadn't booked the hotel in advance, I would have just gone back to Kunming that evening.

Service: The service was excellent. They gave me a free upgrade to a river view room and extended my check-out by an hour. They even provided brown sugar souvenirs and a fruit platter. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good. The bedsheets and toiletries were clean, but the daily rubbish wasn't completely cleared during my stay. Environment: The environment is beautiful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. It's right next to the Lancang River, offering a truly relaxing view.

Out of all the places I stayed in Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, this hotel in Kunming was by far the best – I couldn't find a single fault! Upon check-in, I received a beautiful basket of fresh flowers, which was a lovely touch. The hygiene was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were incredibly comprehensive. The in-room amenities were very thoughtful, and the service was outstanding; they provided everything I needed. They offered coffee, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks, and the breakfast was very extensive! The rooftop had great views, and the price wasn't expensive at all, making it incredible value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yunnan!!

The front desk staff patiently showed us to our room, and as soon as we stepped in, we were captivated by the stunning, unbeatable river view! It felt so cozy, and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous. It's a shame we could only stay for one day, as it was fully booked. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and it even had a mahjong machine and a projector. The projector's quality was excellent and very clear, perfect for both adults and kids without disturbing anyone. The service was also very warm; anything we needed was delivered promptly. The surrounding area is lively with plenty of great food and entertainment options. The location is fantastic, highly recommended!

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

A great weekend!! Caught up with Mother's Day, I took my mother to rest for a day. I felt super relaxed from the moment I entered the hotel. The environment is beautiful and the green vegetation covers a large area. Before check-in, Miss Niki (?) contacted and arranged a room upgrade. I am super grateful🥹You can see the jacaranda and blue sky outside from the balcony and feel the wind. The quality of the double breakfast and lunch rice noodle set in the set is absolutely impeccable. There are various snacks. You can try all kinds of small bowls. Paoruda is the best😋The lemon and sour spicy chicken feet in the set are super delicious. I also went to the Chinese restaurant to take a portion home before leaving. Thanks to every staff member I met, including but not limited to Brother Cai Liping at the front desk, Brother Gu Dezhong in the Western restaurant, and a small but energetic lady in the Chinese restaurant (I met her at noon on 5.9/10). I hope I didn’t write everyone’s name wrong🙈 See you next time! ! Definitely come again!

My check-in experience at Holiday Inn Kunming was very satisfying. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation access and close proximity to both the city center and major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the bed was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes. Overall, the experience was comfortable and convenient, making it a great choice for business trips or leisure vacations.

Absolutely loved Jiangye Resort Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with great natural light. The warm tones made it feel really cozy. The hotel has excellent facilities, including an indoor pool, outdoor hot springs, and a laundry room. It's in a fantastic location, right across from a scenic spot, making it super convenient to feed the seagulls. Definitely recommend! The front desk staff even upgraded us to a family room for free, which was wonderful. My kids absolutely adored the outdoor hot springs!
