Just pulled up to the hotel and — plot twist — our room wasn’t ready. Shocking, I know. They’d just survived the Water Festival the day before, so the place was probably still half-drowned and hungover. The receptionist dude was an absolute saint. His female colleague, however… let’s just say she was clearly auditioning for the role of “Cranky Receptionist from Hell.” I’m 99% sure she was on her period and the other 1% was pure personality. Thankfully they upgraded us, which was nice. I never saw the original room, so for all I know they moved us from a broom closet to a slightly larger broom closet with a view. Speaking of which — the view? Legit fire. The room itself? Clean enough. Dry sink area: spotless. Toilet: sparkling. Then came the shower — oh boy. It started off promising, like a decent enough setup… until my girlfriend jumped in. Five minutes later the hot water ghosted her mid-shampoo like a bad Tinder date. One second she’s happily singing, next second she’s screaming like she just got waterboarded by ice cubes. I’ve stayed in fancier bathrooms in Mexican motels that still had bullet holes in the walls and more reliable plumbing. Breakfast was… breakfast. The kind of “basic” that makes you nostalgic for airplane food. But hey, they gave us more bottled water than a doomsday prepper’s basement, so points for hydration. We were only there for two nights — in and out like a cheap Tinder date. Would I go back? Big fat question mark with a side of “probably not even if they paid me.” ⁉️

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get around, especially being so close to Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel itself has a beautiful Naxi style, and the room designs are full of ethnic character. The decor is thoughtfully arranged and everything is spotlessly clean. We booked a 'snow view' room, which was spacious and comfortable, and relaxing on the balcony was pure bliss. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, a swimming pool, and even a spa. They also offer a variety of activities, like feeding animals or tea tasting. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the atmosphere. Christin at the front desk was very attentive and kindly asked about our stay experience. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

This was one of the few hotels in the area that offered breakfast, but I later realized the breakfast wasn't worth getting up early for. The hotel facilities are excellent, the bedding in the room is great, and the service is also very good. It offers fantastic value for money. The only reason I'm docking a point is for the breakfast. Also, I've never quite understood the 'sea view' claim here. Is it because it's on a high floor, so 'sea' refers to a 'sea of buildings'? Regardless, this is definitely a hotel worth a second visit.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 It's super convenient for dining and shopping, and not too far from Cuihu Park. Both the subway and bus stops are easily accessible. The bedding is clean, and the hotel's parking management is excellent. Both the front desk and restaurant staff provide wonderful service. I especially loved their breakfast, which featured authentic Yunnan local specialties. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The location of the accommodation is incredibly convenient – we could walk to the Starlight Night Market and all the popular restaurants in Gaozhuang, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and bright, making us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The owner is super nice and communication was incredibly smooth; they were always ready to help. Since we didn't drive ourselves, we inquired about a private car service at the guesthouse, and the price was very fair and reasonable. What was even more surprising was that the driver we got was also excellent. Not only did he drive safely, but he also proactively recommended attractions and helped us plan our itinerary, offering many practical travel tips that made our entire trip worry-free and fulfilling. This thoughtful and convenient accommodation experience has already made me quietly decide – next time I visit, I will definitely choose this place again!

The Xishuangbanna Parisian Riverview Light Luxury Hotel is a beautifully constructed property in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the night market. Both the room and the balcony were impressively clean, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of choices to start the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Their hospitality is absolutely unbeatable, making for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for top-tier service and convenience.

The hotel environment is fantastic, with many hot spring pools and lots of trees, plus a variety of small animals. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and we could even project movies. There's also a small private courtyard outside for a personal hot spring bath, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very attentive and detailed in their service, which was excellent. However, there was a minor flaw: there was no toilet paper holder in the restroom. The toilet paper was placed next to the sink outside the door, meaning you had to stand up to reach it, which was quite awkward.

Arrived in Dali and instantly felt my mood lift upon checking into this hotel. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and opening the window reveals stunning views of Erhai Lake. The room is very spacious and even has an enormous private pool, though unfortunately, I couldn't swim due to a cold. The afternoon tea was a thoughtful touch, extended until 8:30 PM, and the toiletries were all very high-end.

This place is so beautiful. When I came to Banna to play, I asked if there was a treasured accommodation with a view of the Lancang River. The Suriya Riverview Resort Hotel is really good. The C position of the hotel is definitely the infinity pool overlooking the Lancang River! The golden afterglow sprinkled on the river, and the swimming pool and the Lancang River seemed to be integrated, as beautiful as a painting! There is no need to find an angle to take pictures here, just take a picture and it will be a blockbuster, and post it on WeChat Moments! The hotel is full of rich summer Bali style, surrounded by a whole coconut grove, as if you are in a Southeast Asian resort. Swimming in the swimming pool, blowing the breeze, and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Lancang River, it is so beautiful The river viewing platform at the end of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also a surprise! Sitting there, watching the sun slowly set, the sky was dyed into gorgeous colors, and the river water flowed slowly under my feet. To be honest, if I had known this place earlier, I would have come earlier The breakfast is quite rich, with rice noodles and many snacks The hygiene is also very clean, and the bathtub and toilet are equipped with disposable covers, which is very considerate.
