The hotel's guest services called a day in advance to ask about our estimated arrival time, if there were any elderly guests, and any special needs. It's clear the hotel really values guests' requirements. 👍🏼 The hotel environment is excellent, with good greenery, and staff are always maintaining it. Plus, every corner of the hotel is super photogenic! 😆 The front desk staff quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room for free! 👍🏼 They also explained all the important details clearly. 😎
The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation and an amazing ambiance. I have to say, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are incredibly picturesque! 😛
The hotel breakfast offered both Western options and Yunnan's special rice noodles, and it was consistently good every morning. 😊
All the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. 👍🏼
From the environment, cleanliness, facilities, to the service, my family and I were extremely satisfied. Choosing the MGallery was definitely a wise decision! 🌹🌹🌹

This hotel truly boasts a first-class river view, offering stunning sunset views every day and a light show across the river. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and welcoming. My only minor complaint is the constant buzzing sound at night, which seemed to be from the neighboring air conditioning unit, likely because our family room was on the end.
Absolutely amazing! I initially just wanted a comfortable hotel, and it turned out to be so good that staying in was a great option. Breakfast goes until 1 PM, there's a late-night snack, and afternoon tea is from 3 PM to 6 PM – I barely ate out! The hotel facilities are also excellent, and the night view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. My room had fantastic natural light, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again. A special highlight: staying on the 31st floor, I unexpectedly saw a gorgeous sunset from the hallway when I returned in the afternoon. So beautiful! Definitely worth the price! 👐

The hotel's actual environment is even better than the photos provided, and personally, I think it's even superior to Banyan Tree, yet it costs less than half the price. If you're coming to Lijiang, it's really worth trying out.
The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the buffet presentation is up to par with what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The pastries were just okay, and the rice noodles (er si) were a bit bland, but everything else was pretty good.
It would be great if there were more golf cart drivers available for rides back to the rooms. We often had to walk back ourselves, and there's a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance to the guest rooms. Luckily, the hotel grounds are beautiful, so the walk wasn't unpleasant.
The small petting zoo at the hotel is a nice touch, though the pigs were a bit smelly. But their cuteness makes you forget everything else!
Facilities: The hotel's facilities are superb! The bedding in the room is comfortable, the toiletries are complete and of great quality, and basic amenities like air conditioning and hot water run smoothly. The smart room control system is also very convenient to use. In the public areas, the fitness and lounge areas are well-equipped with brand new and well-maintained equipment, and the public area hygiene is also exceptionally good.
Service: This stay was fantastic, and I must highlight Minnie and George Chai at the front desk for their exceptionally professional and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, they were smiling throughout, and patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for local attractions and dining. Their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Any questions we had were answered instantly, and their attitude was gentle and considerate, adding so much warmth to our trip. Their excellent service truly made our entire stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Minnie and George Chai for their outstanding service!

I recommend this hotel enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and world-class. It is incredibly expat-friendly, and the communication was effortless as the staff speaks impeccable English.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly Chris at frontdesk . Their hospitality was next-level—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Chris at frontdesk went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
If you’re looking for a flawless stay with a team that truly understands international standards, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!
A real hidden gem, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kungming hotel. The staff were very friendly, warm and really helpful, which is an important thing I look for in my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, neat and tidy, the room was beautiful with a large bathtub, clean linen and a comfortable bed. The hotel gives guests a complimentary fruit plate, bottled water and toiletries so no need to bring your own. There is a beautiful park only a two minute walk away, which in April, was in full bloom and worth a visit. I’m gutted I only spent on night there, would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back and visit again, for longer next time.

Great location with convenient transportation, making it super easy to get to Kunming Old Street and Nanqiang Night Market. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Our window faced the library, and nearby were Xima River, Cuihu Park, and the Military Academy, along with plenty of great food spots like Xiaojipo No. 8 and Xilou. There are so many picturesque photo opportunities around! A special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially the kind and warm young man who provided excellent service, offering us a late check-out, complimentary fruit, and rose tea. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thumbs up again! 👍
This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip! As soon as we entered, we were impressed by the grand decor, and the courtyard had a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. They even provided free hot spring tickets, and there were plenty of pools, not just a token gesture. The room was massive, with balconies in both the bedroom and living room, overlooking Qinghua Park, with mountain views behind. We checked in at dusk, and the light on the mountains was absolutely stunning! You really must book this suite! It's so spacious and bright; I was incredibly satisfied. Even right before Chinese New Year, the hotel price was still excellent value for money. The hotel's decor and service felt five-star, yet the price was even cheaper than a B&B! The breakfast was also top-notch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baoshan. The only minor improvement needed was that the shower water pressure wasn't always consistent.

Good
Rraymond200909On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new.
On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp.
Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

Excellent
UUlysess444The hotel's facilities and services are excellent, with many thoughtful details that really show they care about guests. The way to activate the power is unique; instead of inserting a card into a narrow slot, you place it on a tray with a groove at the bottom, which is much simpler, especially in dim lighting. There are plenty of hangers and various surfaces to place your belongings. The smart room control system is very user-friendly, allowing individual control of lights in different areas. The 'disposable' slippers are fantastic – clean, comfortable, and environmentally friendly. The room has a mix of wooden flooring and small area rugs, offering the comfort of a carpet while being easy to keep clean, which is much better than fully carpeted rooms. The toilet is the best I've encountered in a hotel; the heated seat is just the right temperature, not too hot, and the flush is quiet yet very effective. While the wide front of the seat and the automatic sensor for opening and closing the lid aren't groundbreaking features, they significantly enhance the user experience. The shower controls are a bit unique, with two separate switches for the handheld and overhead showerheads. This means you can't control water flow and temperature simultaneously, but you get used to it. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the toilet paper – it lacks elasticity and tears easily.

Very Good
MM26269****Facilities: The shower pressure was great, very comfortable!
Cleanliness: Decent enough.
Environment: The soundproofing was pretty good. Around 10 PM, I could hear some people outside shouting slogans, perhaps doing a formation drill or something. The street was lively, but all other sounds were well-isolated.
Service: Quite good. The auntie was very enthusiastic, and the young lady at the front desk was also lovely.
Xishuangbanna Jinghong Gasa Airport private pick-up: The recommended restaurants were all delicious!!!
GGuest UserIf you book early, you can also get a free horseback riding experience. The fee includes three meals a day, you can swim, catch fish in the stream, watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, taste coffee and pick coffee beans. It is definitely a treasure manor. It was New Year's Eve, and we prepared a self-service stir-fry, which tasted good. The self-service beef hot pot was also great, with many varieties, delicious beef, and self-service drinks. What else do you want a bicycle?
Xxiaoxiao061804Jun Mansion is a really great hotel with a distinct design and excellent facilities. The room rate included four meals, and even though there was some repetition in the food, it showed a lot of effort. I especially loved the Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles at lunchtime – so unique and delicious! The mattress was also incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully at night. When I checked out, I accidentally left my charging plug and cable in the room, and the hotel staff were so kind and helpful, arranging for SF Express to send them to my next hotel. They also have a 'Republic of China Photo Studio,' which sounds really interesting, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to experience it. Jianshui is a historic city, and instead of adopting the common traditional black-tiled roof architectural style of most old houses, the hotel features interior design elements from the Republic of China era. This reflects the city's past blend of Chinese and Western cultures, which is a really interesting approach. The only thing I'd like to point out is the English sign at the hotel parking entrance that says 'Welcome to put up at Jun Hotel.' This phrasing is very old-fashioned and rarely seen in international hotels anymore. I suggest changing it to 'Welcome to Jun Hotel' or 'Welcome to stay at Jun Hotel.' Of course, perhaps the use of 'put up' was an intentional nod to the Republic of China era context! 😊
DDaidai## Facilities:
The hotel boasts numerous smart amenities, including smart toilets, digital TVs, smart home systems, and a mini-fridge. The 3rd floor also features a swimming pool, laundry room, and gym, which are all quite good.
## Environment:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lower floors facing the street can be noisy, so I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room facing the inner courtyard.
## Location:
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Starlight Night Market and Gaozhuang, making it very accessible.
## Service:
The front desk staff are polite, greet guests with a standing welcome, and promptly answer questions and provide directions. Check-in and check-out processes are also very efficient, which is commendable.
GGuest UserChoosing this hotel during my trip to Ning'er was definitely the right decision.
First, the location: it's easy to find, and parking is convenient with both above-ground and underground parking. The surrounding area isn't particularly bustling, but it has all the necessary restaurants and small shops selling daily necessities. Most importantly, it's incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until dawn.
The front desk staff were efficient and straightforward; check-in was completed in just a few minutes. Adding their assistant also resulted in receiving a hotel check-in guide and travel tips.
My first impression of the room was its cleanliness. I'm a bit picky, but the sheets and bathroom were impeccable, without any musty or disinfectant smells. The hot water was strong enough, perfect for a relaxing shower. The internet speed was also fast, allowing me to work or watch movies without any buffering.
What surprised me most was the small garden. Taking a stroll there in the morning to breathe in some fresh air, or sitting there for a smoke in the evening, is much better than being cooped up in the room.
Overall, it's not flashy, but it does everything you need well; it's the kind of place where you feel your money was well spent. If I come here again next time, I'll definitely stay here again.
__CFT010000002372****Traveling to Yunnan with my family, we booked one king room and one twin room. The front desk kindly upgraded the king room for us. The parking lot is very spacious. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but they offer late-night snacks from 9 PM to 11 PM, with three choices of congee or sweet soup. There's also a gym and a mahjong room on the 7th floor. Overall, it's great value for money and a hotel I'd definitely stay at again when I come back to Pu'er.
GGuest UserThis is my first time leaving a detailed review on Trip.com, but after staying three nights, this hotel deserves a half-hour of my dedicated endorsement. Let me break it down:
#One Food & Drink:
1. **Fruit:** You can grab fruit whenever you like for all three meals (to me, 'grab whenever you like' isn't the same as 'unlimited supply' – it offers more freedom). The fruit is fresh and delicious. I ate a year's worth of strawberries and blueberries; I'm almost embarrassed to admit I ate at least two plates of blueberries and 20 strawberries every day... No need to buy fruit outside, it's much tastier than what I found in the ancient town!
2. **Complimentary Hotpot:** The hotpot provided in the evening is very generous; you really don't need to order any additional dishes.
3. **Local Coffee & Freshly Brewed Milk Tea:** You can enjoy complimentary local coffee and freshly brewed milk tea all day. This is hands down the best milk tea I've ever had in my life; I even bought some to take home!
4. **Afternoon Tea Snacks:** The potato chips and beef jerky at afternoon tea are incredibly delicious. And you can ask for them to be brought to your room as a snack anytime you crave them.
5. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is a bit simpler compared to the other meals, but it includes bird's nest and peach gum (these vary daily).
6. **Homemade Wine:** They have homemade wine, one of which contains many traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, cordyceps, and deer antler. After one sip, I was literally bouncing on the balcony for half an hour! :)
#Two Amenities & Accommodation:
The amenities are on par with a five-star hotel, and I slept incredibly comfortably. I could see the snow-capped mountains directly from my bed. At night, after turning off the lights and opening the skylight, there were so many stars and bright moonlight. I haven't seen that in ages...
#Three Service & Hospitality:
The front desk ladies are sweet and genuine, and the gentlemen who sang folk songs for me and helped charge my phone were wonderful. There are also many free activities, which unfortunately we couldn't participate in because we weren't feeling well. When I fell ill, there was a medicine I couldn't find in the city, so one of the gentlemen drove to a pharmacy near the airport to buy it for me. I'm so grateful! Also, after getting ripped off buying mushrooms in the ancient town, the hotel can help you purchase local specialties like coffee and tea and ship them home, preventing me from getting scammed again. *cries*

Yyeerin_My trip to Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town was made absolutely perfect by my stay at the amazing Guanxin Inn – what a delightful surprise!
The environment is picturesque, with lush greenery in the courtyard and the soothing sound of a small bridge and flowing water. It's incredibly therapeutic!
The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally, feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful, with every little detail making me feel genuinely cared for.
The location is also superb, right in the heart of the ancient town, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Lijiang's laid-back lifestyle – staying here is definitely the right choice!
