Staying at kingsford is great. The only downfall was the food during the breakfast, there's so much choices but the quality is not good (most of the fried dishes are too tough - fish fillet, bacon, sausages) but still good. In terms of service, the only problem was i tried calling the housekeeping to request some kits two times but both calls don't have answers. But still good to stay here if you want to relax and enjoy the view of the okada.

The hotel is located directly opposite T3i and is a convenient 10-minute walk across the skybridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food, and they even have a buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has consistently provided excellent service. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every time I visit. I appreciate the smooth check-in process and the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The quality of service has remained reliable throughout my stays, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended for both new and returning guests! 😊

The hotel is very near T3, but far from T1 airport. Most people assume just because it is near Terminal 3, they can walk over from Terminal one to the hotel. Not in Manila, there is a free shuttle from T1 to T3 and visa versa. The hotel itself is actually very clean and i had a great stay.

Loved everything about this hotel! From the very courteous staff, decent breakfast spread, the amenities, and the room. Everything was excellent! Check-in time was at 2 or 3pm but I was able to check-in around 10am for a fee of P1,500. I’m so glad I chanced upon Grand Westside, and I’ll surely be back.

The biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay truly remarkable! 😊

I really love the service na naibigay sa amin, sobrang accommodating and ang bait po ng mga staff nila! The place is nice and hindi rin siya maingay. The facilities are quite old. The room size is decent, and the location is excellent. There's a huge mall right across the street with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The breakfast is pretty bad, honestly, you're better off skipping it.

Suite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful they deserve recogition.
