We enjoyed it here. My son loves the pool! We stayed for three days. On our third day, the chlorine level was very high. Location is also perfect. We just didn’t like the housekeeping lady on the 15th floor. Very unaccommodating when we asked for new towels. We stayed for three days so we needed new towels but she frowned and refused saying she didn’t have spare. When I called guest services, they sent someone to bring us new towels in exchange for the soiled ones. On the other hand, I’d like to commend Lyka of front desk because she’s very helpful and welcoming. FOUR CHEESE PIZZA on the pool menu is SUPERB by the way! Love it.

The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk. Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles. The gym was clean and equipments looked new. The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!

Booked for a 3 night stay here as it was located close to the airport. 15 mins by taxi. All staff so wonderfully polite, Steam room swimming pools are gorgeous (i only booked for the hotel as it had a sauna). My initial idea was to find somewhere where i could help deal with the jet lag, relax, etc. Wow. It certainly helped. The pools are so clean well cared for. 1 of the pool life gaurds staff (Alex)helped my lady improve her swimming, he offered, that in my books is so very respectful, thankyou Alex. We are extremely fussy where and how we travel, even the sweet young lady crisha who was the towel, changing area controller was such a pleasure to talk with 1st thing every morning we visited, always a huge smile, polite, couldnt be more helpful. We had some lovely talks. We will return 100%. My lady and myself can not wish Alex and Crisha enough appreciation. Maybe the surest reason for our looking forward to return. Excellent. 100%. Oh, my only niggle, no netflix in the bedrooms, but, hey..

The concierge was very helpful. I had an online class at 230 pm (check-in was 2 pm). They ensured I had access to my room amid the crowd waiting for their rooms at the lobby. The room has a small kitchen with a microwave oven! The hotel must change the ceramic tiles in the hallway, though. A handful are broken.

Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs. After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding. Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.

We stayed overnight in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a large smart television. It smells fresh, generally clean and well-lighted. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft for my preference. The check in and check out process was seamless. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had a fewer choices, and some of the drinks and food hadn’t been refilled and I had been made to wait for little under 30 minutes with some other guest because of limited seating capacity of the cafe and I think the hotel at that time was fully booked. We also had a problem with the air-conditioning as it wasn’t cooling well but it was address immediately by their maintenance staff.

Our third stay in Seda Manila Bay and compared to our first two stays, this time room is so-so. We got free early checkin but they put us in a connecting room and the shower glass door is almost broken. screw wasnt attached to the wall so we kept the door open entire time we showered coz we were scared it will fall on us. The bath towels are kinda rough which wasnt like this on our first two stays like 1&2 years ago. Feels like the hotel had become older now. But facilities like pool, breakfast and the service are all great. We had early check out too and we got lost in the parking lot finding our way out coz all exits were barricaded except for one that we didnt see since the signages pointed us to different route. We thought we were trapped in the creepy parking 😅 you need better signs. Location is perfect. Right next to a shopping mall. More shopping malls nearby, restaurants and *******.

This hotel is just a bridge away from BGC, making transportation incredibly convenient, especially for business travelers visiting clients. It's also right next to the SM megamall area, so shopping, strolling, and dining are all very accessible. Every time I come to Manila for a business trip, I stay here.

Super happy ang mga kids ko even my friend na nag stay kami sa hotel F1. At first parang di okay kasi medyo maliit ang front pero nung nakapason na kami sa mismong hotel na amazed talaga ako kasi super linis at napaka bango talaga.yung room perfect for family talaga kasi ang laki niya.when it comes to food super sarap ng bfast buffet.malulula ka sa dami ng choices at ang sasarap talaga.
