The room is beautiful, the facilities are comprehensive (some furniture is slightly old), facing the sea, although the sound of the waves is a bit loud at night. The hotel provides luggage storage service before and after check-in, and you can also order food in the room. In addition, the breakfast is also very rich.

Great location for those staying in the burburin and Fortezza region.
The site was refurbished and has a beautiful rustic/modern decoration that I loved.

Simply delightful... level of service. Room cleanliness with nothing to complain about. Very nice view from the room. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom with lots of comfort and hygiene items. Physical space with excellent value for money. We spent the New Year's Eve party with super crowds. Still impeccable service and cleanliness. Excellent choice at any time of year I believe.

An absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling.

The resort is located in a very nice area right in front of the beach, breakfast was above average and a great deal overall. Room was very modern, clean and bed extremely comfortable; staff was very attentive and definitely a place to come back if returning to same area.

We had an excellent stay. Great service, beautiful beach club- really nice. Room is functional and great views of ocean/beach. Breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely ambiance. Nice check in amenities and a beautiful cake in room for anniversary. Top stay.

The hotel has a part that seems to be underground, with a very strange layout. The front desk staff are quite nice, but the hotel only has two floors. If you're concerned about lighting, you might want to consider booking a different place.

Second time at this hotel and as good as the first. However I placed in a family room which was fine but outside for most of the evening had kids running past shouting but of course that got quieter as the night went in
