This hotel was truly excellent, and probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with regard to the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the service provided. The building: reception, interior, balcony, and rooms themselves, are all extremely modern, well maintained, and have lots of technology such as automatic curtains, voice control (in Chinese only), large televisions, big windows, EXCELLENT air conditioning, robot food delivery, in-room alarms, electronic light controls, modern electric toilets, and even more that I won't list here. The hotel also has on-site free laundry service (self-service but the detergent is provided), gym, and a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, and we found it convenient for everything we wanted to do, including being only a short walk (or Didi) from the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the true stand out of our stay was the service. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, provided a cake, happy birthday lettering in Chinese, and made sure that the surprise was kept from me until my partner arrived to be there with me to receive it. I would like to especially thank Xiao Li for helping to arrange everything during our stay, and all of the staff that were involved in our care. The service was truly outstanding and far beyond what I have received at five star hotels in the past. They were quick to reply to any WeChat message and no request was inconvenient for them. We really felt looked after. We booked the mini-suite and this room was incredible. Extremely spacious, with two toilets, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a LARGE amount of storage space and cupboards, two televisions, a bath, a shower, a fridge, and three sinks for washing. This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and we were so sad to leave. There was no smell of smoke in the hotel at any point. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so special.

Staying at this B&B in Changsha was an absolute game-changer! I struck gold finding Wusu B&B; its location is divine, a dream come true for anyone who hates fussing over travel arrangements. ✨ It's right in the heart of the city center. Downstairs, you'll find Changsha's famous 'Cha Yan Yue Se' tea shop and the 'Gongjiao Xincun' noodle place. No need to wake up early to queue or trek far – you can enjoy milk tea and noodles just by stepping out. Talk about maxing out on Changsha's culinary delights! Getting around is super convenient too. It's incredibly close to Wuyi Square, IFS, and Pozi Street. You can explore, eat, and shop without feeling rushed, making it easy to enjoy Changsha's main commercial areas. The B&B's aesthetics are also top-notch, with a strong sense of design that's perfect for photos. And they really spared no expense on amenities: latex mattresses and goose down bedding provide a super soft, cloud-like feel that instantly melts away travel fatigue. Plus, there's a Dyson hairdryer, taking the shower experience to a whole new level. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, facial towels, and mouthwash – all the little details are covered! Add to that 24-hour concierge service that's always on call, whether you need directions or have other requests, they're quick to assist. It made for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay. If you're coming to Changsha and want to relax and focus on eating and exploring without any hassle, this Wusu B&B is absolutely the place to book!

This hotel is right at the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, just a short walk to the scenic area, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. We booked a family room, and both beds were huge! The room was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around freely and making our stay super comfortable. The entire room features large French windows, and opening them reveals a beautiful pastoral view – the scenery is truly stunning. The overall environment was clean and pleasant. Our family was very satisfied, and I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You can't go wrong with this one!

The location is super convenient, just about a three-minute walk to Dongmen. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the service is great. Their afternoon tea is delicious! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!

This is a wonderful hotel, and what impressed us most was the service. It's an independent hotel run by a family, and they are incredibly caring and friendly. First and foremost, they greeted us upon arrival and took all our bags. Each bed in the room had roses, and importantly, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and are well-heated. For breakfast, they prepare omelets to order and can add things like sausages for you. Each room also features a smart toilet. We were given a tour of the rooms so we could choose our preferred view, and we picked the highest room on the 4th floor with an outdoor jacuzzi. But the main reason we booked this hotel was for the breathtaking view of the Avatar mountains and the park itself – it's truly indescribable and incredibly beautiful. They even drove us to the park and offered to pick us up later, though we didn't use that service. Overall, we are absolutely delighted! Besides the accommodation, food, and transfer services, the rooms also have projectors that you can connect to your phone to watch movies. We've recommended it to all our friends!

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. Our room was spacious and welcoming. Good water pressure for the shower and the smart toilet was very friendly. Comfortable beds and a bowl of fruit upon our arrival. The Front Desk Team were very helpful. We felt a little overwhelmed by all of the options Zhangjiajie held to offer, but they walked us through all of the available options for the national forest park, the Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mojntain. They provided maps with annotations and booked the tickets on our behalf. They were also vigilantly on WeChat in case we needed to ask for any assistance with our tickets. Breakfast offered a nice range of western and Chinese option for multiple palettes. The hotel is also a short walk or DiDi from the (surprisingly) bustling Wulingyuan - which offers plenty of options for food and drink. We can’t recommend the Four Seasons enough and would encourage guests looking for a complete experience of Zhangjiajie to book with them.

I’ve been travelling for decades and stayed at a huge variety of places. By far this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The whole staff and expecially our butler Yuan yuan和xiaotang were super helpful and friendly. I was so much impressed by their help and readiness to adjust , find ways to solve our problems or fulfill requests. We’re travelling with a child , so we had a lot of requests! We’ve been to a range of 5-star hotels around the globe, but have never seen such help and hospitality. I’d highly recommend using the hotel taxi for the airport pickups and getting around since it is much better than the local didi choices. You just don’t have air conditioned didi options in the village no matter how much you’re ready to pay. Just old cars with open windows. The hotel cars are new, spacious and comfortable. And the drivers are all very good. We’ve also enjoyed breakfast very much. Lots of options. And especially good for a child (not spicy and a huge variety of buns). The location is close to the national park entrance and you walk around 10min to the entrance through a very nice and picturesque park by the river side! The hotel features its own natural cave with colourful lights. So beautiful! And it’s a great escape in rainy days or demanding days when kids and elder people aren’t exactly eager to go anywhere else but still wish to see something. We’ve even discovered a tiny colony of bats inside! The hotel has several nice terraces overlooking the park, riverside and the village center. We’ve found it ideal for having snacks or tea outdoors and enjoying the village lights in the evening. The whole hotel territory and the pool are so beautiful, well designed and perfect for taking pictures.

After comparing several companies, I finally chose this place and I was not disappointed. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and tidy, and the living was particularly safe. The most important thing is that it is very close to the temple. The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room. It is a gospel for people who are away. It not only saves worry but also saves a lot of time. I really recommend it to everyone!

Changsha 🎐 I just adore the rooftop pool at this hotel – it's so romantic! 🥀 Ladies! I've discovered a hidden gem this time, a fabulous cultural hotel nestled amidst the city's vibrant charm – Pinmanxi. 📍The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. Everywhere you look, there are floral arrangements, green plants, and thoughtful touches. Sunbathe on the top-floor terrace, or enjoy afternoon tea at the dome-shaped book bar. You feel completely rejuvenated. ☕ I stayed in a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. In the morning, the sunlight streams in, and the view is superb! At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Changsha nightscape – full marks for ambiance! 💯 The entire room features smart voice control with ”Hello Xiao Xi,” a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience. The bathroom also has a starry sky showerhead and a makeup mirror! ✨ 🎎Pleasant little details: The hotel offers exquisite Hanfu for free, which is perfect for photos and adds a wonderful touch. They even gave a small farewell gift when checking out – so thoughtful! 💝 You really have to go! Once you stay, you'll understand. I'd come back to Changsha just for this hotel! ❤️

I absolutely have to give this guesthouse in Fenghuang Ancient City a glowing review! Two things stood out the most: First, the free shuttle service to and from the station was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The driver contacted me in advance and had a great attitude – a huge bonus for tourists unfamiliar with the area. Second, the location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the core district. It's walking distance to Tuojiang River, the Jumping Rocks, and the ancient city walls, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a Western Hunan style. The service was warm and attentive, making for a truly enjoyable trip. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
