This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! You can even go swimming here in the summer. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – it's close to all the main attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There's even a pharmacy across the street and a store similar to MINISO right next door.

1. The room was spacious with high ceilings and an open feel. Stepping out, you're greeted by the pool and mountain views. 2. Breakfast was plentiful, a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options, perfect for fueling up before heading out to the mountains. 3. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

Great location, close to the historic district with convenient public transportation. Lots of food options downstairs. Facilities: The bed was just right, not too soft or too hard, so I slept comfortably. There's a small bathtub, good air conditioning, a TV, and even a partial river view. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily. They provided bath bags and replenished room supplies promptly. Service: Timely and thoughtful, with instant replies to messages.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Changsha before, and this time I brought my family and drove here, choosing to stay here again. The location is excellent; it's convenient for shopping and dining even without a car. The views are first-class, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They thoughtfully provide complimentary drinks, steam eye masks, alcohol wipes, dental floss, and earplugs, showing great consideration for every guest.

Stay was very good. If you stay for at least 2 nights they provide complimentary transfer to the hotel from train station/airport which is very handy. Location is quite convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the middle gate. If you do your research properly, middle gate is not a very popular initial destination but it’s actually closer to Bailong elevator and hallelujah mountains, so we found it quite convenient to move around and avoid crowds. You can also go to other gates using taxis. Room was spacious, modern, simple but has all you need after a full day of hike! Breakfast was good. It starts at about 7:30 but you could try ask if there is anything ready earlier if you want a head start to the park. They don’t offer lunch/dinner but there are some restaurants nearby just a couple of minutes walk which are ok. Host was communicative. We talked before coming to China, he got us tickets for the national forest at a discounted rate. In person they were nice, speaking English and helping out. Overall we don’t have any complaints, we would definitely consider staying with them again should we come back to ZJ national forest.

Traveling with two others, we stayed for two nights. We were a bit disoriented at first, but once we got our bearings, we found the location to be very convenient. Our room was in the South Tower, and check-in was in the North Tower. The customer service was excellent. The hotel rooms are all very spacious, and the balcony offers a nice view. Opening the windows and doors provides good ventilation, which is handy for drying clothes. It would be a bit of a hassle if it rained, though. Improvements needed in the room include adding more floor mats and space for umbrellas, as rainy weather tends to make the interior messy. It would also be great if the washing machine was a washer-dryer combo, and the air conditioning vents need a more thorough cleaning. For an off-season price, it offers great value for money. Downstairs, there are bus stops, Fen Dian (noodle shop), and Si Jie Fen Dian (another noodle shop). A short walk further brings you to Pozi Street, and crossing the road leads to Taiping Old Street. There are plenty of dining options around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Xiangjiang Middle Road Metro Station, and one stop from there takes you to Orange Isle. I would consider staying here again.

This hotel, nestled by Baofeng Lake, boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment. The overall decor is very upscale. The ladies at the front desk are all so sweet and provide excellent service. What's more, the owner personally drives guests for pick-up and drop-off, which was an unexpectedly wonderful touch! I was truly touched. The room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were excellent and new (though I forgot to take pictures, only capturing moments of us eating in the room 🥲). Our family of three had a very comfortable stay. The location is also incredibly convenient, with food delivery arriving quickly. It's also close to the scenic area. Breakfast was very plentiful, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, which was great since most of the guests seemed to be foreigners. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel. I'd definitely want to stay here again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful travel experience. Grateful ☺️❤️

Come to Zhangjiajie to choose this one without stepping on thunder! The scenery is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and rivers, quiet and comfortable, clean and clean, very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, the butler's service is also very intimate and thoughtful, very recommended! ! !

A hotel which is about 2 years old, everything is new. We were quite impressed with the smart controls in the room. We can command it to close the curtains, turn off n on the lights, ask about the temperature for the day etc. We opted for rooms with the mountain view and we could see it from the room window every-day subject to weather conditions. Waiting for the rooms when we arrived, the reception was very nice to explain to us in detail which route to take to tianmen mountain, zhangjiajie grand canyon, National Forest Park (Avater mountains). We decided to make our base at this hotel while taking the didi (1+ hr to n 1+hr back) to the grand canyon n national forest park. It is a hassle to travel around those areas with luggages. The cableway to tianmen mountain is 10 mins walk, very convenient. Be prepared to walk a lot. Lucky there is a foot n body massage on the 4th floor of the hotel. It was a saver to our legs after a long day at tianmen mountain. There were eateries around but we were not used to the spicy n oily food, the San xia guo is a hot item sold around there, we stayed away from restaurants selling San xia guo after one meal with it, we did not like it. We try to find restaurants with food that was gentler on our gut like haidilao n Korean BBQ buffet. There is a breakfast restaurant 5 mins walk from the hotel which is a heaven as the food is more to our liking, they even had fresh soy bean, dumplings, non spicy noodle soup. The hotel breakfast was not bad, good n light. Please get the meicha which is a herbal tea from zhangjiajie, good for relaxing before sleep and it is said to be good for the 3 highs. Available in the shopping areas, the store at the lobby of the hotel sells it too. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, good amenities, good location, good views. Just a feedback on one morning where we out for breakfast and left our belongings unlocked, we put the not to disturb door sign on the door but the housekeeper came in to clean the room. Please inform the housekeeper not to enter the room when there is no instructions to clean the room on the door sign.

The staff was awesome , since we arrived They’ve tried to accommodate every single requirement to make our stay superb … and always smiling , breakfast is an experience , you’ll experience all the home made Chinese breakfast with a warm and welcoming good morning !!! Only one tip !! Make sure you chose the right room for your stay , the views over the river are stunning !!
