This was my first time choosing Wyndham, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 10-minute walk to the A-line entrance of Tianmen Mountain. It's also convenient for dining and strolling around right outside. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded me to a mountain view room for free. The room had very new tech features, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The breakfast was quite rich. The front desk staff also helped explain the scenic area's tour routes and purchased tickets for me, which even saved me a bit of money! 😁😁

This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes away from Changde Station Very close to the city center, close to Wanda Plaza, Baima Lake Cultural Park The room environment is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Baima Lake directly The scenery is in full view, comfortable and cozy!! The bedding is soft, and people who are familiar with the bed can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is also great, quiet. The dry and wet separated bathroom also has a sink, bathtub, TV, and desk. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool🏊♀️Children's playground... The public facilities are very good. The front desk lady has a good service, basically responds to requests, and smiles full marks! ! ! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. My buddy came to Changsha for a visit, so I booked him this river-view esports twin suite. During the day, we explored Wuyi Square, enjoying all the food and sights. When we got back, we jumped straight into some gaming – a perfect way to unwind! 😁 The dual PC setup was super smooth with no lag, and the stunning river view was right there whenever we looked up. 🌉 The central location was incredibly convenient, with food and attractions right outside our door. My buddy was really happy with everything!

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Oh my, I don't know where to start - our stay was just perfect! Really this is the best hotel I stayed in. The room, all the facilities, breakfast, free services - all was amazing and people are very helpful! They met us around midnight as our flight was delayed, explained everything about the park and the hotel, and they even prepared birthday cake for me! That was super sweet! The hotel is just 1 min walk from the park entrance, which is very convenient. Nearby many nice places and cafes (Xiangjiantu Restaurant is the best). Definitely recommend to everyone.

The location is a bit distant from the main area.  It’s walkable and pretty on a nice weather, but will be unpleasant if it were raining or hot.  The room is nice with good fixtures.  Windows are thick and pretty sound proof.  Water pressure in the shower is weak.  Overall the stay was comfortable.  Because of the location, you cannot take public transportation to the hotel.  However, if you are concerned about breaking your luggage wheels, this hotel is not far from a main road so you won’t need to wheel your luggage on stone road too much.

The hotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and so photogenic. The rooms were lovely, but honestly, what made our stay unforgettable was the customer service. The team went above and beyond to cater to every request, and it truly made all the difference. Special shout-out to Sunny for being incredibly kind and attentive. Our stay was great! The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in, and the room we were assigned was excellent – spacious, clean, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation design. There's a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which is super convenient. Getting a taxi to Wuyi Square wasn't far at all, and the subway station is just a 5-6 minute walk away, making it really easy to get around. Highly recommend!
