This hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby. The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person. For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM. Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old. Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

As a JAL member, I always choose this hotel. It's located right in the Disney resort and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is decent, and the dinner buffet is good too, so you can choose to eat at the hotel if you don't want to go out. Just make sure to book breakfast in advance. This time, we chose a room with views of Tokyo Bay and Mount Fuji. The stay was excellent.

Convenient for late arrivals and early departure. In between 2 train lins. We have stays here every year. It’s definitely due for and upgrade to rooms and fixtures. Our bath was quite dirty. Staff are friendly. Didn’t use the restaurant. Twin rooms seem to be bigger than a double.

Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger. Bathtub a plus. Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california.

This hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport. They offer a shuttle service for early morning flights, which is super convenient. The driver was very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and giving directions. There were a lot of guests from various countries staying there. Plus, there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the ground floor, which is a huge plus.

Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. It's also great that Kamogawa Sea World is within walking distance. When we arrived at Awa-Kamogawa Station, we were greeted by a minibus, left our luggage, and headed directly to Kamogawa Sea World to watch the killer whale show. We were greeted with seawater by the killer whales, and both my husband and I got soaked! It felt amazing! The building has moved from the former Yoshidaya to a location adjacent to Kamogawa Sea World. Before the move, it was a popular inn, but it has now been demolished and replaced by the modern Yoshidaya building. In the basement of the current building, there is a memory museum that brings back memories, and it was a nostalgic experience. There are many baths, including a large open-air bath, three bathtubs, and a sauna. Soaking in the open-air bath while looking out at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves was incredibly relaxing. For breakfast and dinner, a buffet of Japanese and Western dishes is served, with so many options that families with children can enjoy, it's almost impossible to finish them all. The food was also cooked right in front of us, so we enjoyed it piping hot. Kamogawa city has lost much of its former charm and feels a bit deserted, but there are still lots of surfers and it feels the same as it did in the past. The coffee shop is gone, but in its place there is a single konbi restaurant in front of the station. I chose Kamogawa Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Due to transit of over 20hrs, I had chosen here for one night stay. Clean and huge room at great pricing. The best thing will be the shuttle bus service from hotel to airport via versa which is super convenient and on time. Never thought it was a luxury huge bus and the driver is helping with the luggage handling too. During peak hour departure, hotel is arranging separate buses for reaching different terminals at one go as you may see from my images uploaded here. Surely recommended for anyone especially those seeking a good place to rest during long hour transit!

[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

BBudget Solo TravelerOne of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is, to put it mildly, a mixed bag. The facilities and hardware are decent, but the service really needs a major upgrade. As a Marriott Sheraton, an international hotel, there should be a certain standard of service, but it felt like some staff members lacked a good service attitude. The breakfast restaurant service, on the whole, felt average and not very friendly. Surprisingly, the amusement park charges separately and doesn't accept WeChat or Alipay – the payment options are really subpar. The staff seemed inflexible and didn't seem to consider guests' needs. The shuttle bus staff for airport transfers were even worse; they saw guests struggling with lots of luggage but didn't offer to help load it, and even checked tickets prematurely. One female staff member wearing glasses particularly stood out. Overall, the service is poor, lacking warmth and consideration for guests. It feels like a superficial politeness without genuine concern for customer needs. Marriott management really needs to refresh this hotel's culture and values. If they can't genuinely serve guests and even discriminate against Chinese tourists, then their service team needs a complete overhaul. On the positive side, some staff members were good, like the young Japanese man at the luggage storage, who was very helpful. Overall, I probably won't stay here again; the experience was generally poor.
