I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Suitable selection if you want to avoid busy Puncak street but still with some decent green and resort hotel vibes in nearby Bogor area. View to the Mountain is superb and hotel lfacilities still well maintained. Amenities provided is very basic eventhough good enough. Good options if you are family with children and eager to spend their many facilities and entertainment provided especially on weekend Surely will come back again

Nice hotel with great locations. I stayed for 1 night during eid holiday so its quite crowded. The breakfast is good with lot of varities and desserts. Very recommended!

This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots. Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.

Slippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅. For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food. Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge. Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull. Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍
