Wenliyuan (Phoenix Ancient City Scenic Area Hongqiao Branch)

Room was clean and big, super friendly and welcoming staff, free shuttle from train station to hotel. Nice environment. Free trip to miaozu village. Completely smoke free with good ventilation. Easy to find and centralised location in Fenghuang Gucheng. Super good service. Overall 10/10 experience, definitely would come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a much more spacious room. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also provided free breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Hongqiao and very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently introduced the local attractions and recommended sightseeing routes, which made our trip much easier. The complimentary railway station transfer service was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. There is also a self-service laundry and dryer room on the top floor, which was very convenient. The rooftop breakfast area offers a nice view and is a relaxing place to spend some time. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff for a lovely stay! Rooms were super clean, the amenities were fantastic, and the front staff helped us with every little thing. The rooftop was a beautiful space to stay and spend time, and the hotel was steps from everything in the old town. Would highly recommend and if we're ever in the area again will return.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It boasts an excellent location right inside Fenghuang Ancient Town. The hotel provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed railway station. All staff members are polite, warm and always ready to offer help. They reply to messages super quickly. Highly recommended for travellers visiting Fenghuang.

The stay was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, they even game me a free upgrade. Also they provide breakfast for free. And they pick me up and drop me back the station, also for free. I can't give enough compliments to the staff.
