Environment: Excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the terminal, about 15 minutes on foot. The surroundings are open with good views. The room is a bit small, but for a one-night stay after a late-night flight, it's perfectly fine. The shower pressure is good. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Breakfast: Buffet style, with a wide variety of options including cold and hot dishes, coffee, and drinks. The food tastes great. Service: Warm, attentive, and polite. The explanations were also comprehensive. Summary: Feels like a home away from home, highly recommended!

A very modern and clean hotel. Good fixtures and fittings in the room. Rooms not massive but a good enough size for normal needs. Very good shower, good temp control and water flow. Easy walk into town for pubs and restaurants. Car parking very limited, booking essential at £15 per night. Did see other car parks near by. Only disappointment was the room safe didn't work and the fridge was not cold. The staff on site were friendly too. Definitely worth staying at if your visiting Luton.

The accessible room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the airport station and easy to find. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear doors opening and closing in the neighboring rooms.

Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton.

Really conveniently located for our needs. Nice spacious room Comfortable bed with two options if needed Coffee, tea etc. available when needed. Breakfast although self produce, fave enough options and variety to start the day and journey home. Staff we saw were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you.

First time visiting Bedford and I loved this quick hotel here. Walkable distance to the train station, a few restaurants nearby and short distance to the center for shopping and food. . Greeted upon arrival with a smile, the rooms pretty small for a 6’3 athletic guy such as myself. However, it’s functional with everything you need.

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Very helpful friendly reception staff , we couldn’t get in the main restaurant so they called “The willows “ which was on the same site to make sure we could get food there and also watch the football which was what interested my son. Room was lovely, clean, comfy huge bed and lovely powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, constantly topped up with fresh food. Lovely quiet setting would definitely come back but would make sure we arrived in time to use the pool.

Lovely hotel it great location. Stains and hair on bed when we came into our room and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We was also questioned into paying there for our room when it was already paid for. Don’t expect this with the price you pay to stay here.

Booked hotel because it was very close to Luton airport. Arrived and was served immediately, however I did not find the person particularly friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom large. Overall stay was nice. Room was quiet so I slept well. 4 stars
