"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! We stayed for two nights with breakfast and dinner included, so we got to try a good variety of dishes. The atmosphere is very Japanese and elegant. The hotel service was exceptionally good, and the environment was very clean. The path to the onsen was a bit scenic and made for some great photos. They even have colorful yukatas you can choose from!"

"The breakfast was incredibly authentic, rich, and delicious, making me feel warm both physically and mentally – truly amazing! It was so good it could easily account for 1/3 to 1/2 of the room rate, haha, that's how much I loved it. My only regret is that I only stayed one day and thus only got to enjoy it once. 😄 The breakfast was so incredibly good that I could even overlook the bathroom setup where the tub and toilet were in the same room without a separate partition. 😂 The hotel is also super convenient for getting directly from Kansai Airport by bus without any transfers. This location was perfect for us as we were planning to visit Kishi Station to see Stationmaster Tama. We also had lunch at the hotel's ground floor cafe, and the food there was excellent too."

"The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the facilities were a little dated. However, the sea view was absolutely breathtaking – it was so refreshing to open the curtains to that sight. The hotel offers direct access to Shirahama Beach from its first floor, which was super convenient for swimming and watching fireworks. It's also very close to the dining street and Daiso, making shopping and eating incredibly easy. The bus stop is just a minute's walk from the main entrance, making it easy to get to attractions. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and buffet styles. The hotel service was excellent – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed."

"I read many reviews before my trip and finally chose this hotel. My experience was quite good. The hotel's location is very easy to find; just follow Google Maps straight ahead, and you'll see it. Check-in was smooth too; the front desk lady spoke English, so communication was seamless, and she was very diligent, providing detailed information beforehand. Opening the door to our reserved room, the sea view was unobstructed and delightful... The facilities were a bit old, but thankfully the quality was still good, just showing signs of age. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and plentiful. Since we don't eat sashimi, we emailed the hotel before our trip to ask if the dishes could be adjusted, and the result was very satisfying. We also tried the hot springs, which were nice. It was convenient to take the bus to Kumano Kodo and to the pier to watch the tuna auction. Our trip to Kii-Katsuura was quiet, relaxing, and unforgettable."

"Visiting this hotel was an incredible experience, and I was utterly captivated by the breathtaking views it offered. The property features both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, and I must say, the outdoor hot tub is particularly special, providing a stunning backdrop for relaxation. Each morning, I looked forward to a delightful buffet breakfast that exceeded my expectations; the selection was diverse and delicious, ensuring a great start to my day. The hotel rooms were meticulously maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment that made my stay even more enjoyable. Location-wise, it couldn't be better situated—nestled right next to the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, there’s a mall adjacent to the hotel, along with a charming bookstore, offering plenty of options for shopping and leisure. Overall, this hotel truly impressed me with its amenities, cleanliness, and prime location!"

"Very nice hotel with wonderful outdoor onzen bath, great service and excellent food. Two downsides though: Our bedroom was facing a brick wall which is not what you would expect when booking a hotel in this location, and at that price level. I wish we had been notified beforehand. Also, the service in the restaurant was very rushed. The hotel was very busy due to the ***** new year and I guess they were trying to get clients quickly through dinners to rotate services quickly but given the quality of the food, it was unfortunate that we could not spend more time enjoying it. But other than that, the hotel was great and I highly recommend it."

"I can only give points for the environment and convenience of travel. The hygiene, however, was truly disappointing. When I went to the room to use the restroom, I found that the toilet paper hadn't been flushed down the toilet, which meant the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I figured I'd just let it go and didn't say anything. Later, when I went to boil water at night, I discovered there was still water in the kettle, meaning it hadn't been cleaned either! Since the Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk had already left, I sent a message via Trip.com, but no one ever replied. Oh well, it was just for one night, sigh."

"This hotel was our last stop before heading to Kansai Airport, and it seems many others use it as a convenient layover point before their flight. It's incredibly easy to get to the airport from here; it's about a 7-8 minute walk, just two or three intersections away, to a Wakayama Airport Limousine Bus stop. Personally, I find the airport bus more convenient than the Shinkansen because you can hand your luggage directly to the driver instead of lugging it around. The airport bus costs 1400 JPY and takes approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Kansai Airport, which is actually more convenient than traveling from central Osaka. Secondly, this hotel, though small, has everything you need. Its bathrooms, both indoor and outdoor, are spotless. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices, including sashimi and seafood rice bowls. Everything is presented in small portions, but it's all very clean and delicious. The hotel provides a map showing nearby attractions. After a bath, complimentary ramen is offered – we didn't try it, so I can't comment on the taste. There are also ice pops. I particularly recommend the room type I chose because it has a split bathroom layout. The vanity is outside, while the toilet and shower room are enclosed. As many know, some Japanese bathrooms are tiny, with everything crammed into one small space, making it impossible for two people to use at once for washing up and using the toilet. But this bathroom is separated, and it even has a small door that can be pulled shut to create a partition between the wash area and the sleeping area. This is ideal for guests with different schedules. This was a twin room, and it was quite spacious, with enough room to open up our suitcases. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and this particular room type."

"This is a large and luxurious hotel. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious, offering great value for money. However, the hotel is quite old. While it's well-maintained, the rooms definitely show their age. The location is also a bit out of the way; it's fine if you're driving, but I'm not sure about public transport."

"The location is far away,  Fortunately, there is a bus stop station manager to call the hotel call Special car, the room is still clean, but the door lock seems to be bad, can not be double lock, other aspects are wrong, the scenery is good, the bath location can close the sky curtain and the screen weather is not afraid, the hotel has Indonesians can speak English very well, not afraid of communication, Staff 10 points courteous. The environment is different from the general hot spring hotel, everyone can experience it"
