An older hotel. The price on Ctrip is very good, but the sound of the TV in the next room can be heard clearly. It is not far from the train station and there is a McDonald's opposite. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is big enough.

The room was comfortable and quiet, with no noise. Highly recommended. Environment: The environment is beautiful, and the surrounding area is great. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the service was excellent. Service: Excellent service.

The room that touched us had wooden sticks on the roof and it seemed that room in time not looked at it xq the whole roof is full of tears the next day we commented and took them together with photos. I don't know if it looks on the photos. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Otherwise everything right

The room was much larger than expected, the bed was very large and comfortable, and the toilet was old but well-equipped. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, all the items are very delicious. The location is also perfect and the price/performance ratio is very good.

As usual with the facilities of the Tourism Paradors, they are often excellent: large rooms, very comfortable beds and everything expected in this type of accommodation. It is not the typical Parador located in a historic building, this is a more modern building, but the village of Sos of the Catholic King is beautiful. The Parador is located in one of the extremes of the town and you have to walk a little to get to the center, but it is a very pleasant and grateful walk on the road. The hotel is very easy and is in the nearby area. I eat at the restaurant of the same Parador and it is up to the top. The staff: very good professionals, sympathetic and close. I would certainly repeat it.

The hotel is in a great location. The cathedral is just opposite. It's very convenient to travel. The city is not big and everything can be reached on foot. There was a major power outage on April 28, but the hotel power was restored at around 6pm. No unpleasant experience.

La ubicación y las vistas son muy buenas al menos la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros tenía unas vistas estupendas,el trato de los empleados fue estupendo y la habitación estaba limpia, pero los muebles son muy antiguos creo que se la debería dar una vuelta y en el baño la bañera está muy mal preparada para meterte si eres una persona mayor o no eres muy ágil y otro fallo que tiene es que no tiene aire acondicionado

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

The hotel is a great hotel, 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 adolescents) for just one night, spacious room and bathroom with everything necessary. We took dinner on the ground. The breakfast included in our formula was top. The staff at the reception and service was very pleasant. We will return there without problem.
