We stayed at this hotel the night before through another app and liked it so much that we made a new reservation through the Trip app. Because the room types were different, we had to pack all our belongings, check out, and then check in to the new room two hours later – it was pure torture. Our request for a quiet room was ignored, and there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. The hotel could have used the room upgrade initiative but didn't. On top of all this, the day we booked, the site ran a promotion and halved the price of our room, offering a price guarantee, but there has been no follow-up on that. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would think twice before booking through Trip.

Stayed here during the first week of August during a big heat wave, but the AC worked GREAT. The hotel was quiet, but I can imagine on the weekends if there is an event, it gets more lively. Still, I thought the overall was good. The matress was firm and I loved it, blankets and pillows nice and fluffy. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The front desk staff was very kind and English was no problem at all. I had my laundry done and took it to the front desk - 3 hours later they were knocking on my door and it was DONE!

The hotel on Fabricii de Zahăr street, no. 18C in Târgu Mureș was a pleasant surprise! First impression: impeccable cleanliness and a warm atmosphere right from the entrance. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and attentive – she explained all the details of the check-in quickly and clearly, and also gave me some useful suggestions about the city (where to go for a good soup or a glass of local wine). I didn’t expect her to be so knowledgeable and willing to help! My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and there were all the amenities I needed (stable internet access, instant hot water). The breakfast food was varied and tasty, with fresh products. I highly recommend this hotel – not only for the good location, but also for the staff who make the difference.
