"Hotel with restaurant and bar. There were many people who chose this structure to eat and to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, silent was the night. For breakfast you can find a variety of suggestions from classical toast bread to good cakes made at home. Recommended!!!"

"The Hotel Castilla Termal Solares had a lot of high expectation, but compared to other hotels in the same chain, the Burgo de Osma and Olmedo, which I have gone, there is a lot of difference in maintenance and storage and facilities such as The one of Olmedo had an outdoor thermal pool and more conservated.In summary, the Solares depends on the room you choose for example a standard, it has very small television and in Olmedo the same category had better television, and generally a higher equal small and old television that you have nor to put Netflix. Breakfast is very well as others.Finally my rating would give you 7/10."

"The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented."

"Great experience at this centrally located hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the checkin process. The hostel is centrally located in Santander, and has a nice atmosphere inside. There is plentiful space to hang out and work, with great kitchen facilities and also a vending machine and coffee machine for guest use. The hostel was very clean, and the bunks had privacy dividers which I personally find very valuable for a good nights sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!"

"El alojamiento es muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. La limpieza es impecable. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda y da consejos de que visitar. El desayuno es delicioso, además con varios postres caseros y diferentes tipos de café. Volveremos seguro . El único pero, quizás es que sería mejor poner mampara en la bañera, ya que las cortinas son menos higiénicas y además tremendamente largas y dan poco de mal aspecto al darse la ducha, pero nada gave."

All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service."

Completely recommended hotel, we had double room with outdoor view,very cosy,with modern decoration and the location at two streets of the center,to rise is expensive upwards but on the street there are mechanical stairs that lead you to the street of the The hotel and best the full breakfast with a variety of things. I would certainly stay again and the chic@s of the reception very friendly.

The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. Great experience at this centrally located hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the checkin process. The hostel is centrally located in Santander, and has a nice atmosphere inside. There is plentiful space to hang out and work, with great kitchen facilities and also a vending machine and coffee machine for guest use. The hostel was very clean, and the bunks had privacy dividers which I personally find very valuable for a good nights sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!

Lovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb. The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕 A small gripe. Would recommend.

The hotel is very basic and functional but feels tired overall. The room was clean on the surface, but the floor was dusty; I knelt down to unpack on arrival and my trousers picked up a lot of visible dirt, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. The lighting throughout the room is very bright white, which makes it hard to relax in the evenings. There are no softer or warmer lighting options. Amenities are minimal. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray, which would normally be expected by international travellers. The furniture and fittings feel dated, and while everything worked, the room lacked comfort. The bathroom was clean but very utilitarian, and the overall impression is of an older hotel that hasn’t been fully refreshed. Acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or relaxation.

This was a wonderful hotel! It was very clean and the location was amazing. It’s literally on the beach and it’s such a clean and popular beach. The restaurant served limited food but what we ordered was delicious. The breakfast was good but the lady that was working at breakfast was very abrupt and made you feel uncomfortable. I would also prefer a kettle in my room but of course I understand it takes you to the restaurant.The shower was strange as it didn’t have a door or curtain and no option of having the shower hooked up so you had to hold it. The weather was on the cool side and didn’t rise above 24 degrees but it was warm at times I’m at night so I would assume it could get uncomfortable in heights of summer.

Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

LOVELY and beautiful hotel WITH A GREAT BUFFETT BREAKFAST FOR A GOOD PRICE. IT OVER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Ana, Antonio and Son's have a wonderful way to treat their clientela. And Merce, the head housekeeper is always on the look to assistance you with whatever your needs are. She's absolutely the best, a real asset to this corporation. My only suggestion is to install safety bars in the bathrooms. But it's a great place to stay, whether itsolo or with fanily .family . Young children will enjoy the swing set on the beautiful garden

Despite some bad reviews, everything went quite well. The room was clean and bright, with a very large TV and comfortable beds. The heating worked perfectly. There were only three minor things I didn't like: 1. The window was a bit broken and I couldn't close it completely, but it wasn't a huge bother for that reason. 2. I felt the blanket smelled a bit off. 3. I would prefer if a small tube of toothpaste was included. But, for this price and considering all the good things, I can say it's a good spot.
