"Absolutely loved this hotel! It's nestled quietly on a hillside, directly facing Sakurajima, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the volcano erupting. The gentleman at the hotel entrance, dressed in an old-fashioned uniform, was so friendly. He saw us taking photos and specially came over to take a group picture for us, and it turned out great! The hotel offers various dining options and a convenience store. The breakfast, though, was the real highlight – easily one of the best quality breakfasts I've had in a Japanese hotel. The hot springs (onsen) were also wonderfully relaxing and fully equipped. Highly recommend!"

"The furniture is a bit dated and worn out but it has a million dollar view of Sakurajima. I had planned to stay only for one night on my way elsewhere but after seeing the view from my balcony, I immediately booked another night and the next day, the staff were very accommodating to allow me to stay in the same room without checking out and checking back in later. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The facilities are complete, and the front desk is on the third floor. The location is great, very close to the Planetarium business district. There's a large Don Quijote right across the street from the hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, so not too far. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Coming from Fukuoka to Kagoshima, I felt the rooms here were quite affordable! 😂"

"good hotel, very new. nice location. quiet and spacious. good personnel. thank you for everything. a beautiful drawing in the room! wow! but there are things you can improve. the curtains are short and they allow light in, you need blackout curtains! for some people tge totel is probably too minimalistic: a minimal welcome kit, an empty lobby where you dont feel comfortable even to talk (because you can break the silence). a welcome kit is scarce - only one tea bag (not a selection of tea, no coffee bag), (you could add cotton pads, cotton swabs, skincare kit). but they supply you with a bottle of water every day - thank you. the garment quality that you need to have on when you visit the bath on the 10th floor is not a good quality. the toilet seat is cool but lots of excessive functions you never use, it makes some noise voluntarily any time, and always when you pass by it. it' s too sophisticated and it consumes too much electricity - wasteful and not eco-frindly. anyway thank you!"

"We stayed here to celebrate after recovering from a serious illness. Even though we checked in early because my father wasn't feeling well, they allowed us to enter the room early and were very kind and helpful. The welcome drinks and sweets were a welcome respite. The food was also well-prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. Above all, the kindness and politeness of the staff made us feel very welcome. If I were to be picky, I would say that there should have been a ramp on the stairs to the bath, and that the toilet in our room was a little small and difficult to use. Everyone was able to relax and we left feeling very refreshed. Thank you very much."

"The hotel is excellent, with great service and comfortable, well-designed rooms. It's affordable and in a good location, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel is small, it has everything you need. It's a bit of a walk to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, but you can take the tram. Plus, there are lots of great places to eat right around the hotel."
