Excellent hotel! There's a parking lot right across the street, and everything you need is downstairs – super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Great value for money too! You can see Sakurajima Volcano right from the window, which I absolutely loved. The hotel facilities are fantastic as well.

We were three people in a room with three beds, and it was very comfortable. The price was also really good, making it excellent value for money. The hotel even had a curling iron, and the tea bags at the front desk were delicious. They also provided a great selection of toiletries, including Sekkisei and DHC products. The station is right downstairs, and the service was excellent.

Extremely satisfied! The location is super central and convenient for getting around. The view from the hotel window was a complete surprise – absolutely stunning. The congee for breakfast was particularly delicious 😋 - fantastic! The hotel's hygiene and facilities are absolutely impeccable.

Traveling with family, I specifically booked a non-smoking room, even though the room description indicated it was a smoking room. I made sure to add a note requesting a non-smoking room because we have young children. However, upon check-in, I was told only smoking rooms were available due to the May Day holiday, and they couldn't accommodate our request. We had no choice but to check in. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. I immediately contacted Trip.com for assistance, but they said there were no non-smoking rooms available. They did offer to deodorize the room, but it would require us to vacate for three hours. We stayed for two nights, and we couldn't even close the windows to air it out. This is my first time in Japan being assigned a smoking room with no alternative or compensation. Very disappointed.

The triple room was generally small and a bit cramped. The only plus was the shower/tub combo, and the bathroom itself was quite spacious. The toiletries provided were excellent, and the hairdryer was a Refa, with both a curling iron and a flat iron included. It's worth noting that none of the rooms offer a view of Sakurajima; you have to go to the rooftop observation deck to catch a glimpse from a specific angle. The hotel is quite a distance from the central station, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage. However, downstairs there's a food street, shopping, and a supermarket, so everything you need is readily available.
