Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. The large public bath was very comfortable. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The garden view was beautiful during the snowfall. However, the staff's service was a bit lukewarm, lacking the attentive attitude one would expect from a hot spring hotel. I hope this can be improved.

A nice hot spring hotel. There is a bar in the hotel which is open until 2400. It is refreshing to have two drinks after taking a hot spring bath. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with Japanese, Western and desserts, as well as local Shimane specialties. You can also purchase additional wines, so you can try Japanese sake from different wineries in the Shimane area at once.

施設は古いですが掃除が行き届いていました。 お店の方のサービスが良く、快適に滞在できました。 旅館入り口に燕もいて、ほっこりした気分になりました。 巣は壊さず、とっておいてあげているので毎年燕が戻ってきているようでした。素晴らしい👍 古い旅館ですがエアコンやトイレ、空気清浄機など部屋の備品は新しくなっていました。 1点改善するべきは、エレベータから部屋の前までの共用部分の匂いがきになりました。 部屋食なので仕方がない部分はあると思いますが、脱臭換気した方が良いとおもいました。 一人旅での予約がこのサイトでしたできないのが残念です。自社ホームページも可能にしたら良いと思いました。

The hotel lobby is very large, the facilities are new and clean, the staff have good service, the parking lot is large, and the twin rooms have enough space.
