I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

A very well placed hotel, and police most of the day and evening. A small bemol for noise inside the hotel with staff who does not make a effort to be discreet when checking in the new guests, has all hours of the night ... The staff is very helpful, and the reception team speaks English A special mention for the very complete breakfast, and the possibility of being in the complete black in the room to rest

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

O hotel tem seus pontos positivos e negativos. Confesso que fui com uma expectativa alta devido a vídeos e comentarios sobre o local, mas me decepcionei d+. Não sei se foi devido ao dia inoportuno que fui, mas a localidade do hotel deixou a deseja uma pouco. A primeira coisa que descobri no hotel por conta própria com a minha família, já que não fomos informados sobre isso, é que o hotel faz parte de um condomínio, e quem mora por lá tem acesso a tudo do hotel, mas quem é hospedado não tem acesso a tudo do condomínio, pois ao andar em um certo local do condomínio, para ir a praia com a minha família, fomos de imediato parados por dois seguranças de bicicleta que nos fizeram retornar para um caminho mais longo, eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 2 anos. A abordagem não foi grosseira, mas foi ríspida e incômoda, como se fossemos ”meliantes”, já que os mesmos ficaram nos seguindo como se fizessemos algo grave, sendo isso absurdo, já que o hotel está dentro do condomínio, porque motivo não avisam no check-in onde deve e onde não deve andar, pois não dar para saber já que tudo é aberto, dúvido que qualquer um que tenha ido de primeira viagem não tem ser surpreendido com essa limitação, caso esse não tenha sido avisado. Outra decepção foi que no dia que fui com minha família, havia alguns trabalhadores do próprio condomínio atuando com o cortes de árvores que ficava no parquinho, crianças brincando e galhos caindo no parquinho, risco de alguma criança se machucar, nesse quesito não vi seguramça bloqueando a área para evitar esse risco, o mesmo ocorreu ao andar com minha filha pequena e ser surpreendido com uma moto jogando veneno na rua, quem tivesse na hora inalava aquela fumaça de veneno, e porque motivos não avisam os horários que ocorrem isso para evitar esse constragimento, me sentir como um estranho no qual não era bem vindo ao ambiente. O único ponto positivo somente foi a praia e o atendimento dos funcionários, pois até para dormir foi difícil, travesseiro muito alto, eu e minha esposa acordamos com dores, e no banheiro, a pia saia alguns insetos ao ligar a torneira. Mas enfim, de toda essa ocorrência, para quem até aqui leu, fica a critério em ir ao local, eu já fui em vários ambientes de Salvador, Deville, Gran Hotel, etc..., eu e minha família todo mês reservamos um momento de lazer diferente, mas definitivamente o Bahia Plaza Hotel é o local que não retornarei nunca mais.

Excellent service, exceptional breakfast buffet, cleanliness, laser area. You have to pay R$5.00 for the pool towel. My son cut his foot on the beach, they carefully bandaged it. I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel.

I loved being in Brisa, the staff of the staff, the location of the staff was great, and whoever loves to cut, he has a lot to do for the surroundings. Whoever has children, this hotel is great, play kids is very good for children. I will certainly return myself.

We had already been hosted in November 2019 and we are now back in August 2024. The hotel is undergoing reforms: the outer track areas on the back (which has a super and beautiful view of the city's coast) are unfortunately prohibited. The outdoor/balcony where in 2019 the breakfast buffet was stayed (reformed) moved to the interior part of the hotel in a slightly small environment and sometimes lacked place. I asked the boy who was in the reception to provide more chairs, and he was ready to take care, and I asked for a cover for my daughter, but it was not available, and they took me another towel in the place. When confirming the reservation, I asked the WhatsApp of the hotel if there was still “the other unit of the hotel” on the street above where I previously left the car during the previous stay. But when they arrived at the other hotel (to keep the car) they told me that the unit was no longer part of the owner, they didn't know anything and that if they left the car there, they would have to pay the daily. Finally, I was on the values because I was traveling with the family and I didn't want to stress. Despite its simplicity and points to improve, the hotel is still (for me) a good stay option, place with excellent location, with several (economic) options of night fun, sea, food, markets, night bars and so on. It's worth experimenting and having your own opinion

In fact, good hotel, but: - The surrounding area is full of moskitos, that's natural, but the hotel should look that you can close the windows. Unfortunately, it always had 2-3cm columns that remained open. Therefore, countless moskitos came in. Instead of renovating, the hotel preferred involumes of poison sprayed, which was not even pleasant. - Wifi was extremely unstable, was always offline for hours. -Breakfast buffet costly. You seemed to have kept the Corona setup... (You couldn't take it from the buffet yourself). Eventually because the guests eat so less? ... Sorry that these details were not true... The hotel would otherwise be good.
