Hotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm). Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 .

Our first trip to Bintan Lagoi was truly memorable, and our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at the Emerald Class lobby. The bellboy greeted us with such energy and friendliness—it immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that complimentary shuttle service is provided for all guests, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel is also just about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, making it easily accessible. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine smiles by the reception team. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Lagoi Beach. The hotel amenities were impressive for a 4-star property. We especially enjoyed the huge family pool, the 24-hour gym, and the convenience of 24-hour room service. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of stay provided.Location is great near to the beach and Lagoi Bay plaza. Food at Rempah Kitchen was definitely one of the highlights. The local Indonesian dishes are a must-try—especially Rawon Sumsum and Gado Gado, which we would rate a solid 9/10. The breakfast spread was good overall, though there’s room for improvement in the Western selections and milkshakes. We also appreciated the complimentary photo shoot, along with a photo frame to take home as a lovely keepsake. This is a destination we would highly recommend for both couples and families. The service throughout our stay was truly top-notch. A special mention goes to Niken at the front desk—she was always smiling, warm, and incredibly service-oriented. The restaurant team and all other hotel staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay, for such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning again.

Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. It's close to both Nagoya and the harbor. My room got upgraded to a larger one with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The facilities are a bit dated, but the breakfast was good. For the price, it's quite a decent stay.

Very efficient and friendly front counter service and there is hotel staff assist in crossing the busy road. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back if going to Batam.

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

This hotel made me feel like I paid for a cheap stay where everything costs extra. It was the first time I've heard of paying extra for early check-in. Eventually, the staff let us check in early when they saw we weren't going to pay. Some staff members were enthusiastic, others were just okay. At the Indigo restaurant, the server rushed us to pay our bill even though it was still during working hours. The kids' play area only allows one adult and one child, which isn't very family-friendly. What, is one parent supposed to sit outside while the other takes the child in? The breakfast tasted alright, but the variety was very limited. Even though there were available tables, the staff wouldn't let us sit there, insisting we sit at a further table, presumably so as not to disturb the foreign guests next to us. Sigh. Overall, it was an okay trip with the kids, but I won't choose this place for a vacation again.

Overall I would say, for the price I pay, I can't complain much. Massage wise was quite good and it is 24hrs so can't complain.. up to standard, service is up to point as well. It is near two shopping malls, BCS was just right beside, while grand Batam is slightly further. Picture is an indoor playground at BCS, worth it..

Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3.
