The environment and hygiene are both excellent, and the twin room is very spacious. The surrounding area is nice, and it's super convenient to get to the airport directly from the hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town. It's a great choice if you're staying overnight for a connecting flight. Breakfast is optional and can be paid for on-site.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective.

The room was large and comfortable. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is convenient, and the view from the window was also fantastic. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

The breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Liaocheng was incredibly rich and diverse, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. They even had braised beef noodles and various types of omelets, not to mention a fantastic selection of stir-fried dishes. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very attentive. Plus, bathrobes were provided in the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Overall, it was okay. However, there were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, on the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM. The front desk told me that a room had just become available and they would clean it immediately. They said they would call me once it was ready and suggested I go to the lounge for afternoon tea in the meantime. I waited until 3:00 PM, and no one called me. I called the front desk again, and they said the room was still being cleaned and asked me to continue waiting. I said, ”No, the check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM. Why isn't the room ready?” The front desk asked me to wait a moment, waited about twenty seconds, and then said the room was ready for check-in. I was like, ”Huh??” In the end, I did manage to check in smoothly. Second, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could hear people talking in the hallway and the opening and closing of doors in the next room very clearly.

located just 100m from airport bus station, huge libby, decent size room, very comfortable down pillows and duvets, i will ask for 1 more pillow next time, as they were slightly low. I also i will bring my own light proof curtain , size 180cm x120cm, so that i don't wake up with the sun going up on 5.30 am. Breakfast was delicious but poor me i stayed in bed till 8.45, that was late already. Very calm environment despite proximity to bus and train station.

This hotel is perfectly situated right across from the train station, and the long-distance bus station is just downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are all sorts of local snacks and eateries nearby, offering everything you could possibly want. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the lovely manager is not only beautiful but also kind-hearted. The service is top-notch; they're always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied. I absolutely recommend this place; it'll be my go-to whenever I visit Weifang again.

The hotel environment is acceptable. I give it 5 points because Zhang Xiu'e from the catering department provides excellent service. In addition, the guest room facilities are unreasonable. 1. There is no extra two-phase power socket next to the table. It is awkward to plug in a table lamp and a router. 2. The switch control panel cannot control the bathroom light separately unless the master control is pressed. Once the master control is pressed, all the lights in the room will be turned on. 3. There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. The razor socket cannot handle the power of the hair dryer. There is also a knob next to it that makes no sense. The two-phase plugs are located at the bedside and the mini bar, which is not suitable for drying hair. 4. The bedside table is too old and looks awkward. 5. The bathroom floor drain should be self-sealing. The problem is that the water pressure needs to exceed the self-sealing force to start draining. The water will accumulate in the side trough until it submerges the slippers worn in the shower and soaks my feet. . . Then it starts to drain. . . I don't expect the hotel to improve. This is just a personal suggestion.

I booked a king-sized bed, but when I got to the lobby, I wanted to ask the front desk if I could switch to two twin beds. The male staff member who was assisting me was about to check when a female front desk staff member at another computer interjected, saying it wasn't possible, they were fully booked with a group today. I'm okay with not switching; I was just asking to see if it was an option, as it would be perfect for my child to have an extra comforter. But I was a bit taken aback by the female staff member's attitude at that moment – haha, just a minor hiccup. The hotel has direct access to Wanda Plaza from B1. In the evening, my mom took two bags of trash downstairs to throw away. She carried them all the way to the 26th-floor lobby but couldn't find a large trash can. When she asked the front desk where she could dispose of them, a male staff member immediately took them from her. We were very grateful, and also a bit embarrassed. The view from upstairs overlooking Suochengli and the city nightscape is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean, and my child loved it. The staff kept a close eye on the pool, and the rule about changing into slippers before entering the pool was very well enforced. We went to breakfast around 9 am, and there was plenty of food. However, the service quality of the restaurant staff was noticeably lower than the lobby staff. Our table didn't have cutlery, so I had to ask a young male server for some. Later, we ran out of tissues while eating, and when I asked for some, the staff member actually asked me how many I wanted! I jokingly asked, 'How big is one sheet?' Haha, the tissues were so large that my child even asked me to take a picture of him with one. These were all fun little anecdotes, and overall, I was very satisfied. 👍
