"The service was indeed excellent. Before arriving, I saw various reviews and pictures, which prepared me for the hotel's situation. It's true that in an emerging market, older five-star hotels that don't keep up with the times can face significant challenges. However, the human element of service is dynamic, and as a benchmark in the service/hotel industry, every staff member here left a great impression on me. The concierge asked if I needed a carry bag when storing my luggage; when I told them I didn't need housekeeping the next day and requested a bottle of water, the attendant immediately gave me four. For my two-night stay, I was provided with welcome fruit, and upon checkout, I was even given packed fruit and snacks to take with me. The room's cleanliness and facilities were generally very good. The surrounding environment is perfect for a slow-paced trip. Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Yuhuangding and convenient for all the attractions. It's very clean and the service is excellent. I booked a room with a view, but when I opened the door, it smelled a bit like smoke. The staff immediately changed me to another room. This new room had a better view than the previous one, though it was slightly smaller and the decor was a bit different, not as new as the original. The bathroom also wasn't as good as the first room's (pictures 1-3 show the original room, picture 4 shows the bathroom of the second room), but the view was definitely superior."

"I specifically came to Zibo for the renowned BBQ and after comparing several hotels, I chose the Sheraton Zibo. My entire stay was absolutely flawless, earning a solid five-star rating. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. The hotel's location is truly prime, right in the heart of the city. It's directly connected to the second floor of the Vientiane Hui shopping mall, so you can shop and dine without even going outside, which is incredibly convenient, especially on a rainy day. The Babaju Market is just a ten-minute walk away, where you can easily grab local snacks like purple rice cakes and stir-fried pancakes. Getting to Zibo Railway Station or the Liuli Cultural and Creative Museum only costs the minimum taxi fare. It's a one-stop shop for dining, shopping, and entertainment, saving a lot of commute time and making it very friendly for out-of-town visitors. The check-in experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were gentle and patient. Upon learning we had traveled a long distance and were on a tight schedule, they proactively arranged an early check-in, thoughtfully provided a complimentary parking voucher, and even hand-drew a local travel map. They meticulously recommended reputable BBQ restaurants and glass workshops, and patiently answered all our transportation queries. There was no robotic, perfunctory language; every interaction was filled with genuine and considerate service. The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making it convenient and fun to order drinks or daily necessities with just one click. The cleaning staff meticulously cleaned the rooms daily, wiping down every nook and cranny, and bathroom surfaces to a spotless shine. They even neatly arranged the towels in a decorative way. Any request to the front desk was met with an incredibly fast response time. We stayed in a high-floor scenic room, offering an expansive panoramic view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. By day, we could overlook the entire city's streets, and at night, as the lights came on, the entire cityscape was breathtakingly beautiful, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spacious and airy, featuring a new Chinese-style light luxury decor blended with Qi culture elements, making it elegant and cozy. The bedding was soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of support, and coupled with excellent soundproofing, we couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or the busy street, even though we were in a bustling commercial area. We had a peaceful and restful sleep after our busy days of exploring. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. The full set of toiletries was high-quality. The walk-in closet included an iron and a weighing scale, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The high-speed WiFi was stable and smooth, ensuring no disruptions for work or leisure. Every detail was meticulously taken care of; I couldn't find a single flaw. The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, and also featured Zibo's local specialties like freshly prepared lamb soup, 'san tang' (a local soup), and Zhoucun biscuits. The ingredients were fresh, and staff promptly refilled dishes. Desserts, fruits, and hot and cold beverages were all available. The top-floor executive lounge offered stunning views, and during the evening happy hour, complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. Watching the city sunset from the terrace was absolutely captivating, elevating the overall experience. The fitness center on the fifth floor was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy city views while running, combining exercise with relaxation. From its location and hardware facilities to the service from all staff, the Sheraton Zibo truly delivered a five-star standard. The entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, without any unpleasant incidents. This stay has completely won me over, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zibo. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling to Zibo!"

"This is my third time staying at the Guihe InterContinental. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Quancheng Square as soon as you step out. It also has direct access to the Guihe Shopping Mall, which is incredibly convenient for shopping and taking the kids out. A special shout-out to Evan Liu, who patiently helped with all our luggage. His service was meticulous, thoughtful, and he was enthusiastic and polite throughout. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is right at the airport, which is super convenient for catching early flights. The rooms are great. However, there are two downsides: 1. The soundproofing isn't great, and you can really hear other guests slamming their doors in the hallway. 2. The hotel isn't smoke-free. Korean guests were constantly congregating and smoking right outside the elevators, filling the area with smoke, which was genuinely annoying for other guests. If you want to smoke, do it in your room! Doesn't the hotel know that smoking isn't allowed in public areas? Why don't they put up signs?!"

"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."
