"I was very satisfied with the room. Even though it's at the airport, I barely heard any noise; the soundproofing was excellent. The view outside the window was also open and pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a room in the 'Junting' section. It's also super convenient, less than a ten-minute walk through the skybridge to the departure hall."

Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!"

"Traveling with my elderly mother, I requested a quiet room when booking. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, arranging a room on the top floor for us. They also provided detailed recommendations when I asked about local dining options. Oh, and if you're driving, I'd recommend parking in the outdoor lot; the underground parking is a bit of a trek. Breakfast quality was good. "The hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, salad, and a wide variety of dishes. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels when I visit Jinan again!"

"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."

The location is its biggest highlight, being right in the heart of Jinan's downtown commercial area, next to Guihe Shopping Mall. You can walk to attractions like Baotu Spring, Quancheng Square, and Kuanhouli, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I specifically chose this hotel for its prime location. The hotel's facade and lobby are grand and impressive, with a high ceiling design that gives it a luxurious, high-end feel. My first impression was definitely upscale and sophisticated. However, the room's hardware is a noticeable drawback. The hotel has been open for quite a while, and the room facilities are generally dated. You can see clear signs of wear and tear on the furniture, bathroom fixtures, and appliances. The decor style is a bit old-fashioned, lacking the refined touch of newer hotels, and the maintenance of details could be improved. What most affected my experience this stay was the communication regarding services, with multiple basic oversights. I booked two rooms, but upon check-in, I was only given four key cards for a single room. After going upstairs and realizing I couldn't access the second room, I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones, which was a time-consuming hassle. Additionally, the booking included the hotel's standard spring water bottles, but neither room had them. When I went to the front desk to ask for them, there was a lot of back-and-forth and blame-shifting, requiring repeated communication for a minor issue, which lowered both the efficiency of my check-in and my overall impression. The bedding was comfortable, and the basic living functions were fine. It's a good choice for travelers who prioritize a city-center location and mainly focus on sightseeing."

"Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids."

Especially impressive are the family rooms, which allow you to stay in a suite with elderly family members and children, making it very convenient to look after them. The housekeeping staff is also incredibly thoughtful; realizing we had children and would need to wash clothes daily, they thoughtfully left us laundry detergent and a sweet note. Truly wonderful!"
