The room was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I was exhausted from my layover, but I got a great rest here. It's also very close to the terminal, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I have a layover in Qingdao.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective.

Traveling to Zibo with my child, this was my first stay at a Sheraton, and I was quite impressed! First, the location is excellent; it's very close to Badaju and surrounded by plenty of amenities, making it a great area to explore. Second, the room was very clean, and they even upgraded my room type. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My top choice every time I'm on a business trip in Liaocheng. The environment is great, I sleep well, and the breakfast is fantastic. One morning, I casually tossed my clothes on the sofa, and to my surprise, when I returned to my room, they had been neatly folded. For a week-long business trip, you'll inevitably need to wash some clothes, and the room thoughtfully provides laundry detergent. The instant tea powder in the cabinet, all the flavors are really nice. See you next time!

I have to give a shout-out to Alice and Amy at the main switchboard! These two ladies have such gentle voices and provide incredibly professional and thoughtful service. Not only did they answer all my questions thoroughly and carefully, but they also enthusiastically recommended great spots to see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon. It was an amazing experience and made me feel so warm inside. Definitely a five-star review!

located just 100m from airport bus station, huge libby, decent size room, very comfortable down pillows and duvets, i will ask for 1 more pillow next time, as they were slightly low. I also i will bring my own light proof curtain , size 180cm x120cm, so that i don't wake up with the sun going up on 5.30 am. Breakfast was delicious but poor me i stayed in bed till 8.45, that was late already. Very calm environment despite proximity to bus and train station.

Facilities: Exceptionally comprehensive, everything you could possibly need. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, bright and spacious. Environment: Excellent location, close to both the train station and Taihua. Service: Fantastic service, the front desk lady was very gentle. Bonus: The TV supports screen mirroring, so you can watch shows with crystal clear quality.

The hotel environment is acceptable. I give it 5 points because Zhang Xiu'e from the catering department provides excellent service. In addition, the guest room facilities are unreasonable. 1. There is no extra two-phase power socket next to the table. It is awkward to plug in a table lamp and a router. 2. The switch control panel cannot control the bathroom light separately unless the master control is pressed. Once the master control is pressed, all the lights in the room will be turned on. 3. There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. The razor socket cannot handle the power of the hair dryer. There is also a knob next to it that makes no sense. The two-phase plugs are located at the bedside and the mini bar, which is not suitable for drying hair. 4. The bedside table is too old and looks awkward. 5. The bathroom floor drain should be self-sealing. The problem is that the water pressure needs to exceed the self-sealing force to start draining. The water will accumulate in the side trough until it submerges the slippers worn in the shower and soaks my feet. . . Then it starts to drain. . . I don't expect the hotel to improve. This is just a personal suggestion.

This is my umpteenth time visiting Yantai, and this time I snagged a special deal for the Pullman. The location is absolutely top-notch, right in the heart of Yantai city center. The famous Suochengli is just downstairs. The front desk staff (a woman with glasses, I think her surname was Yu, I glanced at her name tag but can't quite recall now, haha 😂) even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. Before we left, she gave us a Yantai fridge magnet, really going above and beyond with the service details. The room's hardware was pretty much as pictured, with expansive views and no noticeable dirt (a few mud splatters on the exterior window glass are an unavoidable hardware issue, easily negligible for me). Soundproofing was also good (no issues with being woken up by other rooms in the middle of the night, though I'm not overly sensitive to noise, so this is based on a normal perspective). Overall, the room was great. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the in-house dining, but it's super convenient to find food nearby. I even went with my local Yantai friends to try authentic Penglai noodles nearby. Whether it's your first time or a repeat visit, I highly recommend choosing this hotel in Yantai (at least the off-season price is truly a steal, offering incredible value for money). P.S.: This hotel genuinely has a lot of international guests; I constantly saw Koreans, Russians, and other Eastern European faces 😂
