GGuest UserPalvelu hotellissa oli todella ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Kaikki lisäpyyntömme otettiin huomioon ja henkilökunta oli paikalla läpi yön. Huone oli melko pieni, mutta erittäin toimiva ja hinta-laatusuhde huomioiden loistava. Vuoteet olivat miellyttävät ja tilavat. Saimme käyttöömme huoneen, jossa oli pieni oma sauna ilman lisämaksua, jota arvostin erityisesti. Aamupalatarjoilu oli monipuolinen. Tarjolla oli monipuolisesti ruokia sekä tuhdimman ruuan ystäville että kevyempää ruokavaliota noudattaville. Henkilökunta tâydensi pöydän antimia ahkerasti. Minulle oli tärkeä myös ilmainen parkkipaaikka hotellin takapihalla. Suosittelen Best Western Apolloa Oulussa henkilöille jotka arvostavat keskeistä sijaintia, ystävällistä ja mutkatonta palvelua, sekä erinomaista hinta-laatusuhdetta!

GGuest UserWe were in a really hot hotel with no mechanical air conditioning. The temperature in the room on the 6th floor was around 26 degrees, even though the fans were blowing at full blast. Otherwise, a good and clean hotel in cold weather, but in 30 C heat, it was impossible to sleep because of the heat.

TOO MUCH MOSQUITOS AT NIGHT TIME.
TAKE A WHILE TO REACH THERE OR LEAVE.
SWIMMING POOL IN THE SPA IS SALTY. VANTILATION IN THE SPA IS FAIR, SOME ODORS ARE ALWAYS THERE.

FFeifeifeifeimaVery satisfied, because the time was wrong when booking, Trip.com came forward to adjust the time, very smooth, after the hotel checked in, the children were very pleasantly surprised. The service is good, there is a service staff to take the children to the room in the middle of the night, thank you, the meal is good.

GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is very good. The staff at the lobby desk are very considerate. I checked in too late on the first night and found that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, which surprised me! The next day, we negotiated with Ctrip to change rooms. Although the breakfast was not very rich, it had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It was no problem to feel full. It was only a few minutes' walk to the city center!
