Das Zimmer war super grosß, das Bett total bequem. Es war sauber, die Mitarbeiter nett. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut in einem Hotelbett geschlafen! Wir kamen genau zum Check-out Zeitpunkt ins Hotel. Den Aufzug konnten wir noch benutzen, kamen aber nicht mehr in den Flur rein und somit auch nicht ins Zimmer, weil die Chipkarte nicht mehr aktiv war. Alles super safe. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sie dann wieder aktiviert und wir konnten in Ruhe das Zimmer leeren und dann auschecken. Falls ich mich nicht falsch erinnere,war das Parken im Parkhaus auch kostenlos. Aber keine Garantie dazu. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Everything was fine. Room with enough space and cleaning. Location is not central located but fits perfectly for our family visit: next to Kaufland. Short driving distance to every where. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Mainz.

Parking: Ample parking space available for guests. Cons: Limited Dining Options: On-site dining was limited; however, there are several restaurants nearby. Basic Amenities: The hotel is more of a straightforward accommodation, lacking some luxury features found in higher-end hotels. Sound Insulation: Some noise from neighboring rooms or outside could be heard, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. Overall: Hotel Circle Inn provides a reliable and comfortable stay for those visiting Ramstein Airbase, especially if you prioritize location and cleanliness. It’s a practical choice for military personnel, contractors, or travelers seeking a no-frills, convenient hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful castle and convenient for hosting a group of 6. We had our own area so no need to be forced into the common area. Beds were good, but the rooms are a bit noisy when there are other guests in the adjacent room. We were lucky that we were able to join the ****** dinner theater show that was planned the first night, that was a lot of fun. There was also a wedding party in the basement the second night. Sound wise not too much of an issue with the music, but the guests were smoking and talking in front of the bedrooms until very late. Not a huge problem, but it would have been better if the hotel made sure the wedding guests were standing on the other side of the courtyard as now it was like they were standing inside the room. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast excellent. An ideal location for a short trip. Highly recommended.

Really good price for a hotel 100m from train station. Short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We were there for the Mainz v Stuttgart football match and it was perfect. Bus stop meters away so super convenient. Good sized room, comfortable beds, very clean and functional bathroom. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Very easy to access just off main route from Autobahn. Will certainly use again next time we visit Mainz

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice and big. Service is so so and there are not many amenities available at all. For a place to sleep it's ok but not for more than a couple of nights.

Good view and fresh air feom the balcony. Full green outside evwn to see sunset or go trail running. Quietness. Meanwhile you have norhing neaeby except you drive or take the bus 11 (hotel front door). No AC, though not necessary even in this special summer. Standard indoor heating. Thw curtain rails don't move smoothly and lifht space is to be left in the morning so you wake up immediately at sunrise.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.

Service was absolutely first class from email contact before arrival, help with a luggage issue upon arrival , checking out, and everything in between. All staff were really lovely and helpful and always smiling! Food was perfect and the restaurant staff were really engaged with us, recommending items from the menu and perfect wine to accompany the food. Prices were very reasonable too. This was my second trip to the Mercure in Koblenz and I will definitely be back. Even as a lone female traveller, I felt very comfortable which is a huge benefit to enable enjoyment of the whole trip. MARVELLOUS, thank you
