I have stayed in two hotels in Sanya, Tianyu and Gloria. This one in Xi'an is called Tianyu Gloria. Although the facilities are a bit dated, judging from the layout, it should have been an old five-star hotel before. I was given a room that was a bit noisy at first. When I returned to the front desk, the guy was nice and changed to a much quieter room. He also gave me fruits and ice cream the next day. The sour plum soup in the hotel lobby was also delicious. The location is excellent, opposite Wanda Plaza and Qiulin Food Street, and to the city wall. It's a ten-minute walk from Hepingmen and very close to Shaanxi Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Overall, the service is good and the price is high.

The hygiene is so bad, a lot of garbage comes out of the toilet when you flush it, the kettle, bathtub, and carpet are so dirty, do you dare to use them??? The phone in the room is broken, and you can't call the waiter. The service is also very bad, some children have gifts, some don't, depending on the waiter's mood; children have to pay to borrow their swimming rings when they go swimming.
