Amazing river view! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. My friend, who has neck issues, slept so well they immediately ordered the same pillows. It's surprisingly quiet inside – even during a massive downpour one day, I couldn't hear a thing, and despite being high up, there was no wind noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast; they had a few different dishes each day and refilled everything promptly. If you're a Shanghai local looking for a relaxing getaway and a slower pace of life, this place is definitely a great choice!

I've stayed at the voco Sanya Jinmao often, and it's always better than I expect! The room feels more spacious than the photos, and the decor is simple yet stylish. The toiletries are gentle and effective, there are plenty of charging ports by the bed, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The service is attentive and thoughtful – check-in and check-out are quick. There are lots of great food options nearby, and the mall has tons of franchise stores. The room comes with free water and basic toiletries, showing great attention to detail. I really have to praise the cleanliness – the bed is neatly made and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is fresh with no unpleasant odors. The staff are polite and professional, responding quickly when help is needed, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, just about 50 meters from the subway entrance, a few minutes' walk. I keep coming back because it's so reliable – the quality across their various branches is consistent, maintaining high standards for hygiene and service. I specifically chose this hotel because it was close to LalaDubao and the giant Gundam statue, so I could take my child there. It was great value for money. It's conveniently located near Exit 1 of the subway, about a 5-minute walk, and very easy to find. There's a 7-Eleven and some small restaurants downstairs. LalaDubao is a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel, so there are plenty of places to eat. Originally, there were no twin rooms available when I booked, but when we arrived, they gave us a family room with one large and one small bed, which was very spacious. They even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was comfortable. There was no TV, but we didn't have time to watch it anyway. We came back late from our outing, and around 11 pm, we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. The water temperature seemed to be around 30 degrees Celsius, below body temperature but not cold. It was too late to bother the staff, so we just took a shower. The room had a washing machine and a clothes rack, etc. Overall, I was satisfied. For such a cheap price, cleanliness is a big plus.

I've stayed in many hotels, but my experience in Shanghai this time truly deserves a special positive review. First, I must thank the front desk and staff. Due to my itinerary, I checked out two hours late and was prepared to pay a late fee. However, they were incredibly understanding; not only did they waive the fee, but they also proactively asked if my parking was convenient, helped me register my license plate, and handled my exit. The entire process was seamless. There was no cold, procedural feeling; instead, I felt truly cared for. I later realized I had left something in the room, and they kept it safe for me to pick up, showing no inconvenience whatsoever. This level of service and communication is a huge plus. As for the room itself, the one I stayed in had excellent natural lighting. When the sun shone in during the day, the entire room was bright and very therapeutic. It wasn't that enclosed, chilly hotel vibe; rather, it was comfortable enough to make you want to stay in and not go out. The air conditioning didn't blow directly on you, so I didn't wake up feeling dry at night. These small details, only those who've stayed there would know how important they are. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's surrounded by a pet-friendly park, so bringing my dog was absolutely no problem. It was very convenient to take my dog for a walk downstairs; the park was quiet with good greenery. Just a short walk away were cafes, so I could grab a coffee after my morning dog walk, which was especially pleasant. For those with pets or anyone looking for a quiet place to stay for a couple of days, this place is really suitable. In summary, this stay allowed me to have a very relaxing time in Shanghai. The staff's accommodation and thoughtfulness, in particular, left a deep impression on me. I will definitely return if I have the chance. Thank you all.

The windows were stuck shut and the glass was dirty. Soundproofing wasn't great, and the smell from the downstairs garbage bins wafted up. The showerhead filter clearly hadn't been changed, and there was a constant strange noise in the room. Getting around was extremely inconvenient; only buses were available nearby, and the subway was a long walk away. The view was of residential buildings, so no Oriental Pearl Tower, and it's quite far from Lujiazui. Even the subway station was a good fifteen-minute walk. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked really well, the TV was functional, and the room was spacious and didn't feel cramped. The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. It would be perfect if the cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

For my birthday this year, my friends and I chose the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel & Residences for a staycation. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise. The hotel knew it was my birthday, so they specially decorated the room with a birthday theme and thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which really made the occasion feel special. The room facilities were in excellent condition, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view of the Huangpu River. At night, the cityscape was absolutely stunning, and it was so comfortable to chat by the window with my friends. The restaurant staff were polite and enthusiastic, proactive in their service, which significantly enhanced our dining experience. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. You could tell the dishes were freshly prepared, not pre-made. All the dishes tasted wonderful. My friend raved about the braised fish, and both soups were amazing, with very unique flavors that we hadn't encountered much before. I was very satisfied with everything, from the room environment and service to the dining. It's perfect for a small gathering with friends. I'll definitely come back to stay if I get the chance and will recommend it to my friends!

Just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and close to Huashan Hospital. The free laundry room is super practical, and the room was clean with no strange smells. The complimentary coffee, mineral water, and free laundry and drying facilities, plus free parking, are incredibly convenient. They even offered a thoughtful tea service upon arrival. Breakfast was both delicious and beautifully presented!

Their support and effort made a big difference and showed a high level of care for their guests. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again whenever I’m back in Shanghai.
