The room was tidy and very clean. The bedding was fresh, and I slept really well, better than I expected. The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. I especially want to commend the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and efficient, and seeing that I had luggage, they proactively arranged for a bellboy to take it to my room. Later, when I asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants, they provided detailed information. Check-out was also smooth. Throughout my stay, their attitude was natural and friendly, and they answered any questions promptly. Overall, there were no complaints, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

I've stayed at Ramada Pudong several times now. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The gym is well-equipped. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful and even sent us breakfast. Housekeeping is also very responsive. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in the internet speed, which I hope continues to get better. My child really likes it, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again when we come to Shanghai.

<Location> The navigation was spot on, very accurate. We flew in, took Metro Line 2 then Line 6 from Pudong Airport, and it was just a 900-meter walk from the station. <Environment> Overall, it was quite good, with all the basic amenities covered. The high-floor view was also nice. <Service> The service was indeed excellent. The front desk lady upgraded us from a windowless room to one with a window, which made us really happy! 😊 They even provided special kids' slippers for my child. <Facilities> I have to say, the facilities are a bit old. Many power outlets required a lot of force to plug anything in. However, the soundproofing in the room was great, and the air conditioning was incredibly powerful – no complaints there. <Restaurant> The breakfast selection was decent, but a bit pricey at 58 RMB per adult. Still, they offered hot noodles, and the food was quite palatable. Overall, a good experience!

I stayed at the麗呈酒店 (Licheng Hotel) on Pudong Avenue this time in Shanghai, and the overall experience was better than I initially expected. I think the most convenient aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the subway. You're practically right outside Xiepu Road Station on Line 14 as soon as you leave the hotel. In a city like Shanghai, where you often need to visit many places daily, staying right by a subway entrance can save a lot of time. It's also very convenient for getting to places like Lujiazui. The room itself was generally clean and spacious enough, and the bed was quite comfortable. The decor isn't particularly luxurious, but it feels fresh and has all the essentials. You can even have food deliveries brought up by a robot, which is quite handy when you don't feel like going downstairs at night. The front desk service also left a good impression on me. They were quick to assist with any issues, and their manner of speaking felt natural, not robotic at all. Additionally, the hotel is quite close to Pudong Riverside, so if you have time in the evening, you can go for a walk. The only minor point is that the hotel has many rooms, and the corridors might feel a bit confusing when you're first trying to find your room, but you'll get used to it after one night. If you're coming to Shanghai primarily for tourism, business, or official matters, I think this hotel offers good value for money. It's not one of those hotels you stay in just for a photo op, but its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and consistently good service are actually more practical than a lot of flashy amenities. If I need to be in the Pudong area again, I would definitely consider staying here.

Amazing river view! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. My friend, who has neck issues, slept so well they immediately ordered the same pillows. It's surprisingly quiet inside – even during a massive downpour one day, I couldn't hear a thing, and despite being high up, there was no wind noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast; they had a few different dishes each day and refilled everything promptly. If you're a Shanghai local looking for a relaxing getaway and a slower pace of life, this place is definitely a great choice!

My family was traveling with a small dog and needed to book a room for an exhibition. We found this place by chance – great value for money, so we booked it right away. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The manager was very generous and polite. Note: Although the management contact number is from Fujian, don't worry! It might just be the management number. The building, hallways, and rooms were all very comfortable and clean. The neighbors were very polite. Underground parking was very convenient. We sat on the floor every day – we loved it!

I always stay at Ji Hotel for business trips, and this particular branch left a great impression on me: all the staff, from top to bottom, are incredibly cheerful and friendly. They genuinely care about the guests, and it's not just a trained professionalism, but a sincere kindness, which really speaks volumes about the company's culture. The soundproofing in the room is good, and the facilities are also excellent.

As a loyal Atour guest, I was fortunate enough to check out the newly opened Jinqiao branch. The overall environment was brand new and comfortable, with a spacious lobby. The guest rooms were bright and quiet, perfect for a good rest. The 24-hour self-service laundry service, plus the front desk's assistance with laundry, was a thoughtful touch, especially for business travelers. The late-night congee was comforting, and the steamed buns were delicious. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. Overall, a great experience; I would definitely choose to stay at the Jinqiao branch again next time I'm in Jinqiao.

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. The room was clean, and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated. They even gave me a free upgrade, which was a great bonus!

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and an excellent washing machine. The view was lovely, and the hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great supermarket, making it very convenient for longer stays. Although the hotel is not so close to Shanghai’s main tourist attractions, the metro station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. I would especially like to give five stars to the front desk service because of Aron. He was consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to assist with every request and made a real difference to my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with another front desk staff member was quite different. She did not speak English and, when I called to report an issue with the washing machine, she simply said “no English” and hung up. On another occasion, I asked for assistance with making a reservation, but she seemed unwilling to help. While I understand that not everyone is expected to speak fluent English, a willingness to assist or find a colleague who can help is important in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, Aron’s outstanding customer service more than made up for this experience. Thanks to him, I left with a very positive impression of the hotel and would happily stay here again.
