Overall a good experience to stay not too far from nanjing Road but not too near the huge crowd. However, the bathroom sink keep on clogging. I think it need fixing. But overall experience was good.

The room was clean and the view was great. We booked the hotel with the breakfast because someone here in the reviews said that the breakfast is good for vegetarians and vegans. And it really was so thank you! The location was quiet and within walking distance from People's square and Qufu road metro stations. We were there in December so it was nice that we could operate the room's heating system ourselves.

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient, close to the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Lovely view, nice hotel, the rooms are excellent, new and clean. Some stuff not working but reception always fixes everything in a second.

Room is big enough to open two luggage. I got one occasion that my leg was itchy and redness after one night sleep.

The receptionist 江琪 is very nice, their overall service is very good, and the hotel buffet breakfasts are excellent. Recommended for travellers who want to stay close to city centre of Shanghai.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. A bit of walk from the metro to the hotel especially if you are dragging your luggage. Neighbourhood is a little quiet at night. Hotel is clean! Overall good stay.

Though I got suspected bed bug bite at first night, the staff quickly do service recovery by upgrading our room and offered complimentary breakfast. The staff service was good and there are gym at level 1 and washing machine and dryer too. The hotel is quite near metro line 1 and nanjing east street. The breakfast is sumptuous too.

Hotel exceeded my expectations! Location was only a 10min walk from Nanjing Road and had many stores around. Service was great too, we were able to deliver packages to the hotel and the staff were helpful. House keeping came everyday and provided fresh towels and water bottles. Overall would highly recommend and is great value for money!

If you’re foreigner do not pick this hotel, the breakfast lady will not welcome you at all. Especially when you need some noodle and some cooked eggs she will always yell and ignore you with angry face.
