Really great location , full of foreigners and worth the money , breakfast is to be bit improved

Awesome location and good service from the front counter. Room cleanliness and brightness very awesome as well.

Superior room doesn't look any different than the Deluxe room. So there is no point of paying more in my opinion. Only once have I got the bigger room while booking the Deluxe room so now I know the difference.

One of the best hotels in Shanghai! It's in the centre of the city (we even managed to visit the whole city by foot!). The hotel was very clean, the staff very nice, there was a wide range of options for breakfast (including for vegetarians/vegans), you can use the gym for free and the WiFi worked really well (also if you use a VPN). Really recommended!!

The hotel clothes to xinzha road station which is exit 6,and there is park infront of the hotel which u can stroll at evening. Also tehre is halal food that cheap at xinzha road, exit 1. The staff at desk infront is very friendly and very helpful. Helping us in keeping luggage even process the check in early. Hotel close to people square where u can walk to nanjing street around 1km. Room also big. I would stay again here if i come to shanghai. Thank you.

The room we booked, had electricity cables exposed. The shower was broken. We weren’t given a wifi connection.

This hotel is good location. Not far from Nanjing road. Breakfast is good. Room is large. It has enough space to open big luggage.

Location is good. 10 min walk to People’s Square and Nanjing Pedestrian Street. Well connected by Metro Line 1 Red, station Xinzha Road. If you use bike system, the Bund is 10 mins ride only; or you can walk through Nanjing Street and get to the Bund while seeing its many shops and attractions. Starbucks and other coffee shops, as well as restaurants, close to hotel, less than 5 min walk. The hotel in general is OK. Confortable bed and spacious room, good bathroom and shower, good cleaning, provides complimentary mineral water. Staff: nobody speaks even 1% English. Come on guys, I know it is China, you should, at least the basics… they just could not communicate with me. You receive hundreds of intl’ visitors, make an effort (I am not a native English speaker either…). Bad point of the hotel. Breakfast: horrible. No options. Just fried eggs, some tomatoes and a few fruits. Regular filter coffee which was a bit burned and tasted bitter. Only manufactured bread (the one they sell in supermarkets). No fresh bakery. Sweet bakery like croissants of very low quality. And then Chinese food which I love but not for my breakfasts, maybe lunch or dinner. I suggest not to pay for thar breakfast at all.

Not so near in nanjing road. but the staff are nice and they help me whenever i asked them for help. All in all thr service is good.
