Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

The hotel was beautiful! We had a great view of the pool and the room was really clean. There was a path directly to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay

The hotel environment is very good and stylish. The facilities are complete, and the swimming pool and hot spring are very clean. The breakfast is delicious, better than many luxury star hotels. The service is very good, especially the housekeeper Chen Huixin's service is very thoughtful, and hot milk is prepared for check-in at night.

The room is quiet and comfortable, the environment is very beautiful, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the beauty of nature is intoxicating. I am very grateful to the housekeeper Xiao Wang for his excellent service and for helping to upgrade the room type. All aspects are satisfactory!

After we arrived, the hotel upgraded us to a suite. We originally booked an outdoor garden king-size bed room, which was so nice!!! The suite was very comfortable to live in. The dressing room, living room and bedroom were all separated, and the balcony was super large. It was indeed a high-end hotel. The butler Xiao Wang was super good. He helped us move our luggage to the room and delivered takeout to the room. He responded quickly to any help we needed. This was a very good experience. We were just a little rushed in our schedule, and we didn't have time to visit the beach wetland park that the hotel had visited. I will stay here again next time I come to Haikou! I chose this hotel after seeing the Wuyuanhe Wetland Park in Ant Forest. I didn't expect the park to be so small, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. It is the most cost-effective one in Hainan. The hotel facilities are beyond the price range. The wetland park next to it is a five-minute walk to the beach. I don't know if it's because of the cold weather, it's quiet unlike Hainan.
