Good clean hotel with clean rooms and white sheets. It is not apartment, more like hotel room. 24 hour convenience shop in the building. 24 hour reception. Just 10 minutes walk through the park to Maglev and subway station.

Good hotel, friendly staff, small room but clean and new, walk around 15 mins to metro

Hotel is 1km away from the Longyan road station but away from the main attractions. Room was not so clean and the air condition didn't work so well. The bed was hard, maybe ok for local people.

I was satisfied with everything except for the location. The way was too long and not very safe late in the evening and early in the morning

Good hotel with amazing staff! Conveniently located a short walk from Century Park mrt and longyang mrt. Also nice for runners to have century park less than a kilometer away - went running there suring our stay and loved it. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff! We wanted to buy an extra suitcase on YD, but found that this was practically impossible without a Chinese number when ordering to China. Thankfully, 毛主君 who was working at the reception, spent a good 15 minutes brainstorming with us and ended up figuring out a way to order it. Really really thankful for the fact that he managed to help us out and with such a great attitude!

(Written in June 2024) Good location, pretty close to Longyang station (subways and maglev train to Pudong airport). The staff is flexible and always tries to help, but they only speak Chinese. No English unless they use a translation app. The air-condintioning at the entrance is always freezing cold 🥶

Although it was not the National Day or Spring Festival, the bed by the window in the room that cost more than 2,000 yuan was a hard bed!!! My waist hurt so much when I slept there! The backrest of the stool was broken, and the walls and floors were broken. There were two rooms, only one of which had normal water supply for showering, so we had to take turns to shower in the other room. The air conditioner in one room was set to the lowest temperature, and we woke up from the heat when we were sleeping. We had to go to the front desk to get toothbrushes every day, and there were basically no other facilities. The most hateful thing was the woman at the front desk. Not only was her attitude bad, but she didn't even provide basic services. Only the attitudes of the other two men were okay. The card she opened couldn't open the elevator, and she didn't say that she could swipe that elevator.
